my experience at this jewelry store was disappointing due to the staff's arrogance and rude behavior. I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, but their lack of professionalism left me frustrated. unfortunate that even after raising my concerns, the higher management chose to ignore the issue of the staff’s arrogance and rude behavior. As a customer, I value respectful and professional service, and it’s disheartening when such matters aren’t addressed appropriately. I hope the management takes customer feedback more seriously in the future to ensure a better shopping experience for everyone. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY ELSE.

Edit: The manager soon after called and apologized. Original review: First, they lie over the phone for having silver coins and say they cannot mention the price over the phone. Once you visit, they say they don't have the item. Then, when I inquire about another item, they say they will show me a picture (because they have very limited knowledge about it), but the rude lady who works in the back who's supposed to show it to me, doesn't even look at your face and goes to the back and minds her own business. I was stranded in the shop without knowing whether anyone's going to help me or not. Do not disrespect your customers and expect future business.

The manager later called and replaced with a new ring.. The diamonds were perfectly polished and after 6 months of use the ring is still like brand new.. I have to say that the staff did everything they could to recitfy the initial issue and have shown that they do care about the customers.. I now highly recommend Shri Nadeeka Gem & Jewellery.
