Had a very bad experience. Don't ever ask for a custom design, they will not deliver. They will take a long time and force you to buy very cheap items instead. This is a scam they are doing for a long time. You will not able to recover your money as they usually charge around 20% of a premium. After I posted this on FB, people contacted me personally and share their stories, and looks like they are doing this for a long time. Their FB page is also filled with lies. They just scam the people and block them so only positive things are available on the page. PS: Solutions become solutions if and if only they solve the problems. Those are just your suggestions so you could scam me again. (Will update...)

One of the best customer service received from Kandy Raja Jewellers by the sales girl Sanduni and the rest of the staff members. Before I reached there I gave a call to the shop to know the location and they well explained it. When I reached, it was quite busy but they warmly welcomed us. Doorman's smile touched my heart. I think , I gave a hard time for them to select my jewellery , it took nearly 2 hours but Saduni and the other staff members did not hesitate to help me. As I am a 6 months pregnant lady, they went out of their way to make me comfortable.They were so atentive to me, just because I was suffering from cough Saduni brought non chilled drink for me. When its the payment time I came up with a problrem on my credit card and the manager & Sanduni helped me to settle it.
