I was at Petsmart today to purchase some items. At checkout, Alexandria, refused to price match this item that was on shelf for $7.99. She was abrupt, not polite and poor customer service! There were several of the same bottles on this shelf which was apparently misplaced and wrong price. In all the decades of going to this store, this was the poorest experience. And principal of price.

I called, and they were able to squeeze me in to get my dogs nails trim. They are short staff, and they were able to accommodate very quickly. Friendly staff and it was in and out very quickly.

The staff were all very lovely to deal with! However, the head manager, Kayleigh (I think), was incredibly frustrating to deal with. She seemed to lack knowledge in nearly everything I asked about and was rather short with me. Turning instead to the other staff members, I was greeted with a smile, and knowledgeable answers to all my questions. Great work everybody! But get a new head manager!!!!

Love Pet Smart. It was good fun grooming my dog and letting Ruby pick out a chew toy. I've been to other PetSmart stores and even though this is based on the one in Vernon and I went to different ones it's all good.

I went to see about getting my puppy's nails done. They took my puppy right away. Did her nails for free

The place where our puppy got Basic Puppy Training. I recommend this course to all puppy/dog owners. Barb, our pup trainer is an amazing trainer. So patient, knowledgeable and experienced. She taught us and the other dog parents on the class how to handle our dogs and how to be in control. We are so proud of our puppy. She's a smart pup and the training enhanced it even more. You can find so much food variety in here. (BTW: The only place where I could find puppy milk replacement, in Kelowna). Also the only place that still carries cat flushable (toilet safe) wood base litter (to train your cat to use the toilet for her business).

We love the range at Petsmart for our pup. Heaps of toys including lots of the Chuck It range. Fairly priced and our go to place for regular buys. They basically have it all here for your pup, cat or fish. Good range of harnesses. We got our big sturdy Kong tactical harness here for our GSD!

Took my dog for grooming, amazing service and super amazing staff, great price and deals for grooming packages..... I have an American Akita And she blows her coat out twice a year.... they did a super fantastic job at getting all her speeding fur out and she smell amazing.... highly recommend 👌 was my fist time taking my dog to pet smart grooming and its the only place I would ever take my dog 🐕

All around great just took my puppy to get her nails clipped and they did an awesome job was quick didn't even have to leave the store. Awesome selection of products for all pets from dogs to Turtles and the staff I can't say enough they were wonderful me and my pup have separation anxiety but they made her and me feel totally comfortable she took to them amazingly they were warm and caring and know what they are doing and do it well thanks to all the staff there and we can't wait to see you again

My 11 year old chocolate lab got bit on his nose by a tiny dog while at this location. The dog owner quickly left the store as I attended to my dog bleeding. Both dogs were leashed but the tiny dog lunged at Murphy. I can’t express my gratitude to the attention given to my situation. Jeremy the manager contacted me on many occasions. He offered a free bath/groom for Murphy and today I was overwhelmed that they covered the vet visit! This kind of care & compassion was above & beyond. Murph has a battle scar now and is very skittish around small dogs. Shame on the owner who left the ‘scene’ I hope she sees this. Thank you Petsmart ❤️

Great selection of pet food, supplies and toys. They have all we need for our hedgehog and our dogs. Store is very clean and staff are quick to offer assistance.

Just heard a woman complain that she was accused of stealing. Umm no she wasn’t, I heard the worker ask her nicely to not shop with her reusable bag and she can provide her a basket. She rudely asked why and he responded unfortunately that is how some people like to shoplift. In my opinion no one should be using their reusable bags to shop, that is why stores provide carts and hand baskets.

Audrey did an amazing job grooming my Belgian Shepherd! All the other staff are very friendly as well.

Great selection! Fair prices with decent sales. This store has a ubath for your pooch, beside their grooming department. Booking services is super easy through their website or their app. I will continue shopping here and having my dog groomed.

Myself, I’ve had a fairly good experience at this location. The staff is usually friendly, the areas are cleaned from what I can see. The animals in the enclosures seem fairly happy. And I 100% recommend the collar tags, I’ve had mine for 7 years now and not much wear and tear to them.

Just had to pick up some treats for my dog, and the staff was excellent help. One of the gentlemen working there was able to show me how to book my dog an appointment online with my phone. I didn't get your name, but thank you for your patience with me

Petsmart Kelowna, BC. inappropriate attitude and policy This morning Oct. 26, 2023 I had an appointment for my 2 year old miniature Schnauzer at Petsmart Kelowna. My appointment was for 9:00 A.M. and I arrived 9 min. early as is good manners. The stated opening time was 7:00 A.M. and policy states “Please note that if you are late for your appointment, late charges will apply.” Nothing else. I was met at the door by a RUDE older employ stating I would have to wait another 7 min. before I could bring my dog in. I am a retired 70 year old man with a handicap waiting outside at -2. There is no stated policy other than their late charge advertised. “Please note that if you are late for your appointment, late charges will apply”. I asked to speak with a manager when I was finally let in and was asked to go the back of the store where I met Katelin no last name give. She was sharp and non apologetic about the rude behavior and lack of customer information. I am VERY dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Petland Kelowna this Thursday Oct. 26 2023. No option to book an appointment for nail trimming or teeth brushing online, says walk in only - only to be told the location is “extremely short staffed” and can’t accommodate walk ins. Stood there for an extremely long time to be told this. No help from any of the other employees while I struggled to find a harness to fit my dog. I’ll stick to shopping at Homesalives Pets

I always liked PetSmart until the last time. I had gone in to get my dogs nails clipped because he had hurt one at the dog park the day before and was still in pain the next morning. They were quite long. They told me I needed proof of rabies vaccine. He had been there many times before. This time, he was in pain, and they told me to try agan tomorrow they were booked solid, and the one that did the nails didn't show up for work. My dog was fixed up an hour later by someone who cared my best friend was in pain.

Online order. I did curbside pickup by selecting I'm Here in the new PetSmart app. My order was brought out to my car, I was asked for ID, then they loaded my order into my car and closed my trunk. I love the night before online ordering with email ready notice, picking my child up from summer camp after I work a full day and getting this treat of PetSmart shopping for me and putting it in my car.

Incredibly friendly staff and great grooming team! This is my go to play to get my dogs nails trimmed, she loves it here and loves her groomer. They do an amazing job at keeping the store fresh and clean, 5/5.

No one around for help, and at the till, they didn't ask if I found everything I wanted and didn't ask me anything else. Just took my money for the two little things I wanted. They missed out on a big sell...

Good selection, awesome deals. Unfortunately a lot of the items I wanted were sold out in my dog's size. Not sure when they restock, maybe I just have bad timing. Staff is always friendly and helpful though, even my scaredy-dog is warming up to the place!

The new location is spacious, clean and very organized. It was easy to find the products I was looking for or an associate if I needed assistance. I will say I did get a little jealous of the dog owners leaving the grooming section with new haircuts as I can't really do the same for my fish.

Great place to buy pet needs. Friendly staff. Easy to use self wash for dogs, even our large dog fit in. Very nice grooming team as well!
