Five stars hotel with amazing suites design. The suite consist of two floors, the bed in upstairs and the seating area is down. The hotel is considered out of Izmir in an industrial area 20 min driving away. The staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is available and was good.

First of all , the attached photos are not mine but similler to my room which it was a standard room in third floor, my room was without view and extremely dull, i stayed two nights with my wife and my little daughter ,the cleaner cleaned my room next day but they left it without tea and coffee set , also the special shampoo in shower was missed. In general the staff was polite and communicate in English , when i asked them any thing they make it. This hotel is far away from the city but there is a free shuttle leaving the hotel at 10am (11 am on Sunday) and return 6:30pm but i didn't use it. Due yo Covid19 the breakfast was not open buffet it was a very simple traditional Turkish breakfast. Thanks for the staff .

Not bad place to stay.Location is very far from other popular parts of Izmir but if you have a car it is not a problem.Breakfasts are very narrow in choice but rooms and service is great!

hotel is good for short visit to be in the industrial area. nice staff. staffs need to improve when it comes to power failure. they should have emergency response team to check the elevator for any trapped guest. I myself experienced being trapped inside the elevator for 10 minutes on April 27, 2017. Got response after almost 5 minutes of knocking the door of the elevator. Some of my colleagues were walking towards the lift and no emergency lights for guidance. I believe there is a very big opportunity to improve.

Rooms comfortable and kind personel, but the food at the restaurant was terrible: they gave me a fish and chips completely burnt. They were sorry and take me another one not burnt but not good at all (uncooked chips and very hard fish). My suggestion is to eat elsewhere.

Nothing near the hotel that you can walk to. The hotel staff were not all nice. Some were just rude and present you a bill to pay when you are just asking about something else.

Rooms are good and the service is also ok but food only mentioned in menu items if you ask extra not provide

NO Stars for location; it is in a horrible location for Tourists as it is far away from Tourist Attractions and Restaurants, etc. No close by areas to walk and miles away from everything. Ahmet was a refreshing breath of air. Excellent English. Extremely helpful and pleasantly engaging. He alone made my stay manageable. The Buffet is not good quality. Boring and tasteless offerrings that do not change from day to day. Very disappointing and unappetizing.

Price is correct for the place. Spa and fitness room are at a good level. My room was good, but nothing in the fridge and single bed. Window is not possible to be opened. Breakfast average but dinner was great.

This is in the center of industrial area of Kemalpasa, Izmir. Location is bit faraway from airport but if you are working and accessing any company or organisation in Kemalpasa, this is best option. Additionally there's a nearby restaurant where you can eat good food. Additionally, there's no place to visit nearby. The hotel also had one restaurant and Bar inside. The restaurant is good and serves fresh. I had dinner/supper around 6 pm and even then they served fresh and warm. Staff is polite and courteous. Most of them can speak English, but those who Don't will be assisted by someone who can. Rooms are big and clean. Air-conditioning has to be checked, but it's OK overall. For travellers coming by car, overnight parking is available. However, no public transport nor taxis and you need to call the taxi to go anywhere

A fine hotel. I did not use the spa and other facilities the hotel offered. Only room and restaurant. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner. Only poor thing was that the room was heated up to 30°C. Took a while before the hotel got the temperature down to my wishes. Next day same again. Pity. Taxis do not show or come late. Take into account when ordering. Hotel is quite remote in an industrial area. For my work it was good but as tourist I would choose another location.

Food is not good enough i ordered ottoman kavurma was not good . But room service friendly.

Weak points: 1. Not all customer facing Staff can easily communicate in english (I'm not a natural speaker but there are some terms like "Juice" that should be considered as minimum. 2. Located at the city outskirts, transportation is a challenge.

Excellent hotel. I strongly recommend this Hotel if have to travel in Izmir.

Spacey, clean and very useful rooms. The restaurant is delicious with fair prices. The location is perfect for industrial zone visitors. Clearly, it is not a city hotel for touristic purposes.

My room had a non-working AC I called it in and they brought in a fan, the location is near town and easily jump in a cab go for a stroll. The best part was the pool located near the Sauna area.

Good price/quality Nice hotel to rest in road south Turkey. The hotel is placed in intersection Izmir-Istanbul or Izmir-Ankara road.

Verry Nice room clean and a lot of space and airco. Smoking and non smoking rooms. A spa in the basement And the restaurant is verry good. Eating and sleaping there for 1 week.

Hotel It's very nice. At 6th floor you can get a suite. Suites are large on two floors. Hotel has swimming pool, gym, sauna. Unfortunately to reach Izmir city centre needs more than one hour.

Beat service and so staff are so helpful, love the place 👍🙏
