I believe that the ratio of customers currently going to the disco at the hotel to the total customers does not exceed 5% or 10%. But, just because their disco is under renovation, they are currently making the whole hotel sound like an open-air disco at full blast. I think this is disrespectful to many customers. Due to the renovation, even if there is a disco in an open area, the sound should be much much lower. However, when we expressed our discomfort with the situation, they treated us very attentively and served us a la carte restaurant. The hotel's staff, rooms, restaurants and pools were satisfying.

We are after few days in Mirage Park Resort. Always the biggest worries for us is food because we have celiac disease in family. For all people with the same worries I can honestly say this is place for you. There is separate area in the restaurant for gluten free food. Access to place is only for people with green tag on hand. Selection of food is nice some local food, sweets and fruits. I’ve seen even people with standard tags trying to get food from are but very nice stuff here in second is asking people to leave place. Just safe place 😀. Very nice hotel with clean rooms and nice two swimming pool, water slides for kids and a lot of attractions. Lot of trees and green areas. Beach in walking distance from garden maybe 30-40 meters with nice bar. Animation team very friendly and active. I believe everyone will find something for himself. We are with two kids here and choosing where we are going you can have fun place with music or quiet place to read a book. It’s good we are staying for few days more 😀 Highly recommend for people with celiac disease but not only 😁

It is a great holiday destination. The hotel's architecture, location and beach are wonderful. There are many kinds of food and very high quality. There are also many cafes and bars where you can have access to all kinds of beverages. Pools are very clean and big. There are many social activities you can join as a family and a successful animation team. The employees are very polite, caring and smiling. Thank you very much for our peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

Good place, not super busy, plenty of space. Clean rooms; quite good service. Loved it; just keep in mind - Antalya city is little bit far from this resort.

As we knew we were booking our holiday at the start of holiday season, I telephoned the hotel prior to booking, to check that all the facilities and entertainment would be open for our stay, we were assured the hotel would be fully open for our stay. What we have found is: - Aqua Park closed - Restaurants closed other than buffet - Zero evening entrainment other than a Russian disco. Sadly with 2 children we have struggled to keep them entertained and had to spend money leaving the complex in search of fun. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and welcoming but everything is aimed at German and Russian guests, so if you are British I’d think twice about visiting this hotel. The limited food on offer was of average and the same every day, our kids struggled to find anything they liked, they arnt fussy eaters either. When we arrived we made reception aware the handle on the balcony door was broken, wasn’t fixed even after numerous reminders. We booked two rooms that were adjoining and were given 1 family room instead. We had a 11.30pm call from guest relations that woke our kids up that where sleeping to ask how our meal was that evening, random time to call. Curtains didn’t fit the window and duvet was too small for the bed. I feel we paid top dollar for a hotel that assured us we would have the benefit of the fully facilities but we had only 50% The hotel is at 30% capacity if that, but we are still struggling to get a late check out. Could of been such a great holiday but we leave tomorrow very disappointed.

Currently still on holiday here and it’s the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at! Everything is well taken care of, great food, no queues at bars because of how many are available. You can get something to eat basically any time you want. Nice pool area and beach as well. A great place for cat lovers as there are some roaming around😊 Would recommend 100%

We arrived at the hotel at 18 march together with family members. My first impressions about this hotel that caught my was very good sea line and shores and was fascinated about the lobby and also the food here was great especially dôner. Cleanliness in this hotel is one of best things about it. But our rooms had no bathtub.Although the weather was bad cold and there weren’t much activity to be done with entertainment team but they were trying their best and appreciated their efforts especially Mustafa.

An absolute relaxing and awesome resort.I was so happy that they had a complete gluten Free kitchen which served such a big variety of food and desserts. My favorite which I haven't eaten in 10 years since finding out I'm celiac was the baklava.I am definitely coming back to this amazing resort. The staff are so polite and friendly. Fatma, that worked as a waitress looked after us very well.Next time I'm booking 2 weeks.

I Don't recommend this hotel. There are a lot of hotels in Turkey for the same price but better quality and service. Pros: long beach; clear water; good air conditioner. Cons: IMPOLITE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF even at the reception we arrived to the hotel with a small kid (9 months old) and besides that from the beginning they gave us the wrong room in the second building (we paid for the room in the main building) the reception made us wait for about 20 minutes and served others instead! THE FOOD is the same every day, children's menu is very salty and sweet ! THE TERRITORY has few trees so when you go or come from the beach you are blinded and sunburned by the sun.

Great holiday It was a lovely holiday, my family loved it. We visited at the beginning of spetember the weather was great and we had a great time. The resort is amazing, the rooms are clean and get cleaned everyday, the staff are lovely and so friendly (shout out to Mehmet at reception who was so helpful and accomodating whenever we needed help). The staff reception and entertainment staff spoke English. The yoga lady was lovely. Foodwise it seemed there was a different theme everyday Italian, Chinese, Mexican etc. Loved the baklava and the pastries and the bread and the cheeses and the fresh fruit. Took my elderly parents we had 2 wheelchairs and it was easy and accessible. Sun loungers on the beach were always available, my daughter loved the slides by the pool (they could have had a few more). The slides are only open 10-12 and then 2-4. Somethings to note, it's a 90% Russian and German guests resort, we were muslim family so were gawked at a lot (few dirty looks), don't think they'd ever seen anyone in a hijab before. The lunchtime buffet could have done with being open a bit longer. Also it's a shingle beach. Overall I would recommend and would go back.

An Excellent hotel, you won't be dissapointed. Great facilities. Very clean. Hotel grounds are very looked after. Gym is great with plenty of equipment. Sauna is awesome. Would highly recommend! Room: Our room (2526) was excellent. Large, great shower, amazing view of both the sea and mountains. The room is technically twin, but they put the beds together for us and it was fine (They also offered to change rooms next day, but we decided not to) It had a stain on the carpet, but we just ignored, it didnt bother us. Food: Excellent food. Plenty of choice. Always something to eat. Good deserts and baklava. Drink: Great drinks. All bottled soft drinks. Bottled and Draught beer. Good cocktails. Beach: Very good beach. Its great that they have a roof for shade, rather than individual umbrellas. We always found free sunbeds. The pier is also really nice. Internet: Wi-Fi was great. Much better than I expected. We were even able to use it on the beach!

Really nice hotel. Huge selection of food and different cuisines. Amazing ice-creams! A lot of Russians, so the staff uses this language as a default. Sometimes it's hard to get along in English. I would better to hear Turkish greetings during the meal time first, since we are on vacation in Turkey, in a Turkish hotel and not in Russia.

We had a great holiday. The food was delicious, the facilities were great and the staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and nice. There were lots of varied food options and there was food available at all hours of the day. There was a variety of drinks at high standards both at the bars and the restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and kind and were very helpful with everything. The animation team made sure we were never bored and arranged an array of fun activities all day. They were also very friendly and would stop to chat or invite us to the activities that day. Since my kids are teens, we didn't use the kids club but we passed by it and it looks like a very fun environment for children. Unfortunately their water park was closed while we were staying but it looked very fun and we plan on coming back when it is open. The weather wasn't the best while we were here but nevertheless the sea and outdoor grounds were still lovely. It was definitely worth the money and we had an amazing time here. We will definitely be coming back and our overall experience was unforgettable. We loved it.

I stayed for a company retreat and had an overall great experience at Mirage Park hotel. The service was as professional and kind as you'd expect from Turkish hospitality. A highlight was the included buffet which had quite a nice variety of familiar international foods and local tastes to enjoy. I'd like to give special mention to chef Krishna who's Indian cuisine was the best food I had while staying at the hotel! He was very kind respectful and his station was the first visited for each dinner. Fans of Indian food will be very glad to see what he has to offer amid the selection at the buffet, as he provides both meat and vegetarian options that are extremely authentic and tasty. Lastly the rooms could use a little improvement as they was a slight smell, the AC was strange and didnt work well, but overall was comfortable.

Such a beautiful resort on the out-skirts of Kemer with amazing mountain views to the front and beaches to the back. We stayed for 3 nights, but I would have easily stayed for longer. This resort had so much to offer!! Firstly, the buffet served during Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Midnight Snack was phenomenal, such an array of options! You can’t resist but go for seconds, especially when it comes to desserts. I love that they serve a selection of Turkish cuisine as well as foods from all over the world, including diet & gluten free options. We travelled with our 10 month old and stayed in a large room where we were able to pop her porta-cot in a corner. The indoor & outdoor pools were fantastic! The beach cabanas superb, however we couldn’t use them bc the sea was still cold and a little windy by the beach, pool side was ideal for us during our stay. The only down side to our stay was that for a 5-Star Resort, they don’t have air conditioning in their rooms. The weather was 25-28 degrees during our stay and the only way to keep your room cool was to open the balcony door or the fan system in the room that we kept on almost all the time. The downside to keeping it on all night is that it would dry out the air and still make your sweaty & hot during the night. When we spoke to Guest Relations about this, we were advised to keep our balcony door open during the night which I wasn’t very keen on doing with a 10 month old sleeping in the same room and the mosquitoes that would enter the room. Overall such a pleasant resort that we would recommend for anyone.

I liked everything very much, there is a lot of cool non-paid entertainment: archery, bowling, beach volleyball, darts and much more. The food location, pools, views, cleaning and staff are just amazing. I really liked the animation team – Hoseyin is the best!

The hotel is targeting mostly tourist from russia, so most of the stuff speaks limited English if any. The stuff is attentive and is trying their best to be helpful though. It is probably a fun place for a party, yet it is not well suited as a business venue. Place is rather isolate with not that many things to do around - you'll have to travel to Antalya to do things and it's a 50-60 minutes drive. The rooms are spacious, yet the furniture is outdated and not well maintained. The food is plenty, but it lacks fresh vegetables and fruits, fresh juices.

This place was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Went on a family holiday and everyone had an amazing time. Always been skeptical about all inclusive resorts but this passed all my expectations. The food was all delicious and there was too much variety. The staff are all very friendly and so helpful. The beach and pool were beautiful. Their entertainment team had something planned for everyone and never disappointed each evening. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Excellent hotel. Lots of greenery, trees and flowers. Well-maintained paths, so well connected paths, to the beach, swimming pool, restaurant. A very large complex, with a lot of activities. Huge selection of food. The staff is very friendly. Everything is somehow neat, clean, and coordinated. The price of the arrangement this time was ok, considering that we were there in October, so maybe that's why the prices are more favorable. I hope we will have the opportunity to stay at Mirage Park Resort again.

Great food! Very good service. Desk stuff probably too tired after a busy season. Lots of things to do, including many pools, massages, jacuzzi (cold water!), darts. Rooms definitely don't deserve 5*. Otherwise a great place to spend a holiday at.

If you are really thinking about a luxury stay in Turkey at the seaside then this hotel is the answer. Everything is on the top level of comfort. Large and clean rooms. Restaurant is definitely the best you can find in any hotel: quality and selection of meals is amazing (trust me, I know how to cook well), the restaurant is certified with ISO standard (never seen it before!). The beach is large and there is enough sun beds with tents. If you like activities like tennis then it's place for you too! If your kids like animals then there is a small zoo! Evening entertainment program is various and we enjoyed most of shows. What else to say? Just book staying in this hotel and later write a similar honest review yourself. :) IMPORTANT comment: We had a wedding anniversary and the hotel staff made a nice surprise for us! A bottle of champagne and a heart-shaped cake! It was a nice touch to our stay in this fab hotel! Thanks.

We stayed here as a family of 7, and reserved 3 rooms. On the second day of our stay we were very surprised to see that some money was missing from our wallet that we had left in the room. We confronted this thing with guest relations, and their attitude was very chill and trying to put the blame on us for not putting the wallet in the safe, they didn't even say sorry at first. Service could be better, it took some time for the waiters to come take an order for something to drink at the bar (if they even came at all). We have been in other resorts in Antalya, and there the waiters were very attentive and all the time spoiling their customers, something that unfortunately I can't say about this hotel. Also, there was too much noise during the evenings, until 2AM in the morning. Beside this, hotel was nice, rooms were furnished with all necessary amenities, WI-FI was very good and there was plenty of choices for food.

Amazing stay in an off-peak time for all inclusive. The food was great (although I found the vegetarian options could be improved and needed extra seasoning from their handy seasoning pots.) If you are going for gluten free, there’s no chance of contamination, the staff are clued up and made it very comfortable. The drinks was strong, but never consistent - every waiter had a different take on each cocktail which was somewhat exciting but we slowly found our safe drink was a G&T. The views were amazing - mountains and sea, a beautiful pool and amazing water slides. The hotel felt luxurious and we loved our time there (but don’t think it would be as good in peak season). The spa treatments were amazing and spa staff (Ruhaya especially) were great! There was loads to do onsite and we only left the hotel once. The area is ok but for 3 girls, it was a bit annoying being harassed through the town. There also wasn’t much to do unless you wanted a day trip outside the resort. . The room was brilliant, although the AC wasn’t great. We were also were harassed by a waiter but we felt our complaint was received well by the guest relations team. Honourable mention to Süleyman, Gülay, Ruhaya and Abdurrahman.

Was amazing, hotel was very well equipped, good food, space and lots to do. Nice green areas, and two outdoor pooIs- one with water slides , indoor pool and spa. We had a very well priced massage, included Turkish Bath, was amazing! I am gluten free and they have an entire kitchen dedicated to gluten free so no risk of cross contamination and plenty of choice Staff were very nice- particularly Süleyman the waiter, Abdurahman the waiter and Gülay the maid. The only downside was an odd creepy person and inconsistent air conditioning.

Beautiful views, nice staff, clean and food was so delicious, entertainment available all the time. Freshly made food everyday, everything was so nice. Few waiters I want to say very friendly and helpful... Most of the people were nice and friendly... Best trip so far definitely will come again

Nice Hotel! We stayed there for a conveyance. The Organization was perfect ! We liked the food as well especially the lady with the Turkish Gozlema ! Sweetest ! The internet was not free, which they should make change! Otherwise enough pools, good beach!

Excellent place for vacation! High-level service, cozy rooms, tasty dishes. The hotel's part of seashore is long enough. It's pebble beach, so the water is clean. In addition, the hotel provides group activities like aqua aerobics, darts, etc all day long.

Honestly this hotel is beautiful and everything was nice. The security always called us a taxi and had a conversation with us until the taxi arrived. The reception staff were really friendly as we needed assistance a few times and they helped. Lovely beach for nice walks. The sea view rooms was totally worth it. The rooms was cleaned everyday. Food was ok but maybe mix it up each day and try cater for others? Review and feedback- 1) I felt like Kemer itself catered for russians. Even when we went on tours they speak russian and little english. (Not the hotels fault). 2) Maybe have a map of the hotel when checking in. Its very helpful. 3) Me and my wife woke up early to go to a boat trip and was running late for time. I asked the staff at the breakfast if i can have a bag to take away a few croissants which they declined. Sometimes small things makes a big difference as we had to wait for lunch on our tour. 4) My wife has phobia of cats. I understand this is turkey and cats are welcomed anywhere but maybe not inside the hall? Or in the lobby, we saw a few. Some days my wife didn't want to come down to eat as she was frightened. 4/5 Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our holiday at the Mirage Park Resort is about to end and we have had a really good time. The service has been incredible and a special mention to Mehmet from Guest Relations who was friendly and helped us change rooms as the air conditioner didn’t work in the first one. The views from the room and the rest of the resort was superb and there was always something to do. My only criticism would be the variety of food. I felt they could improve on the choices and not have the same menu everyday. But overall a great stay at a beautiful resort.

Fabulous hotel and all inclusive experience. Pools are lush, clean and modern. Lots of facilities for the whole family. The food was all fresh and tasty throughout the day. As two vegans, the options were somewhat limited but we still ate well and the staff were happy to help us understand what we could have. The rooms whilst very nice and comfortable, were looking a bit tired in ways. Paper cups were given instead of China and were not replaced on a couple of occasions. That being said, we did mention to the concierge that we were missing our welcome plater, and they arranged it within an hour or so. The spa services on site were great. The manager on reception is a little to pushy when trying to sell treatments which really wasn't necessary in that manner. However we did have a Turkish massage and it was lovely. The facilities and masseuse were fantastic.

firstly hotel location is very beautiful , its located between the sea and the mountain thats unique if you like great view . staffs are very kind and ı have to say bar & cocktail are excellent and wide variety but food options are not enough. rooms are very clean i didn't notice anything bad. i didn’t try open pool i don’t say anything about that finally having fun with your family if you want, you should definitely come here. Thank you also to Mrs Eda

The check in went flawless, rooms are somewhat aged in the building no 2., yet very comfortable and clean. The best thing about rooms is free sparkling water in every apartment (daily refilled) and 0-24 available coffee. Staff is very pleasant, especially the animation team. Food is good and available throughout the whole day. Overall, I would reccommend this place to a friend.

Very nice place! We encountered 2 problems: - The disco, which starts at 21:00 every day is very-very loud! We could not go to sleep before midnight :( - The food selection seems like lot, but meat eaters gonna be sad. No real meat at the restaurant. Also the menu becomes very boring after a few days. I would still recommend this hotel and services, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Thanks to this hotel for a very pleasant hospitality🍾 There are a lot of moments for which I want to thank Mirage Park! Food, territory, a lot of different shows and entertainment! We want to say special thanks to our family to the animators, the whole team remained in our hearts, thanks to every ray of sunshine, we were satisfied and happy🎉 See you soon, Mirage Park!!

The hotel's facilities and activities are great for families to never run out of things to do during your stay. My complaint with the hotel is that there are many stray cats that roam around the restaurant and underneath tables when eating. I have tried to raise this issue with guest relations and other staff in the resort. But there isn't an active motive for staff to try their best to remove or prevent the cats from entering the restaurant area. Also, some of the staff found it funny when were uncomfortable with the cats being around us, which is not professional and not acknowledging. There are three entrances into the main restaurant with many staff members standing by all three, so it is really unfortunate that nothing has been done. I have had to leave my food twice now. I think this is important for future guests looking to stay at the Mirage Park Resort, especially those with allergies. As mentioned to the staff, I am fine with the cats being in the resort, as I understand they are popular within Turkey. But I do not want to feel on edge or leave my food when trying to eat a meal. As I still have over a week here, I will try to minimize entering the restaurant (only to pick up fruit) and will only be eating in the outside lunch area and by street of taste, as I am able to have full visibility of those areas. Just to reiterate, the hotel has great facilities, just ensuring guest can eat in peace should be the minimum for all hotels to provide.

Mirage Park Resort is one of the best all-in hotels in Turkey. I really could not find anything to complain about. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. They really do care about the guests and make sure everyone feels comfortable. The food is top quality. What also makes Mirage different from all other hotels is the gluten-free kitchen. For people with celiac disease, it is a paradise. They are aware of gluten cross-contamination, the gluten-free food is served in a separate kitchen and it is not allowed to bring in any food from the main, regular kitchen. They also serve bottled beers (including gluten-free beers😎) and make real cocktails (not like many other hotels which often serve ready-to-drink ‘cocktails’). The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. I truly recommend Mirage Park Resort to everyone.

Very nice resort with ultra exclusive package. The staff is lovely and the various activities throughout the day and night make that you don’t need to get out the resort. I strongly recommend. The food quality is beyond compare. There is a variety of flavours, tastes and cuisine. They are constantly innovative.

I gladly recommend this resort. The resort itself looks very very good and is very neat. Pluses: -nice resort, -amazing view, -the food is extraordinarily good, - I'm celiac and I had no problems with gluten free. They have a separate gluten free restaurant and they are very attentive. -There are a lot of activities during the day, -shows every night. In short, it's nice here. Cons: at the spa you pay extra, if you are not careful it can fool you pretty quickly, my wife and I chose hamam but she being pregnant could not do a full massage or Turkish bath but the price was the same .. Rooms could it looks a little better for the 5 stars, I paid billiards and bowling even though it was on the premises. It's hard to find someone to speak English, but I totally got along with them. As a summary, I liked it very much and I will return with pleasure

One of the best hotels in Antalya. We stayed for a duration of 4 days and all I can say is that it offers everything you expect and goes beyond that. The services are high quality. The staff is super amazing and attentive to every need that you may have. They help you as much as you need to have the best stay. The good is of a good quality and provides many varieties including gluten free menu. The rooms are regularly cleaned and arranged. The pool offers many activities and it's also close to the sea depending on preferences. All the space is well maintained. I can keep writing non stop. The conclusion is that I recommend this place for vacation or any other reason to relax and have fun.

This place is just wonderful! We stayed during off season, thanks to that we had the pleasure to get to know all the staff and we can only say they all are superb!!! The food was always delicious so were the drinks. After day three I didn’t even had to say what I wanted cause the staff already knew all my orders 😂 and prepared them when I walked in. Highly recommend this place and I’ll for sure be back. And a special shout out to all the cute cats that are on the ground, perfect dinner partners.

A bit off of everything, but exactly what was needed at the time. Probably too quiet and to far away from any cultural high during a "normal" stay. Very good buffet and friendly staff. Good for families and small children.
