Uva's new location on Simonton St has a fab collection of wines from all corners of the globe. Whether a gutsy Italian red, a crisp French white or a drop from Napa, Uva has it... & much more. The owner, Mark, is passionate about all things wine - his intimate knowledge of every drop & no-frills honesty will help you find the perfect wine. It never fails trusting him to choose the right varietal for all our occasions. Mark knows his stuff - don't let the rockstar hair & tattoos tell you otherwise. And the selection of imported Italian pasta, Parmigiano & cured meats are always a great addition to the pantry. Uva has been my one-stop wine shoppe for years & will be for many more. Cin-cin!

As someone who rarely writes reviews, I am very happy my boyfriend and I decided to stop at this Wine Shoppe. Mark was so helpful and picked out perfect pairings for our dinner at Lola’s. We even learned a bit about the types of grapes. If you need to buy quality wine, this is the place. Great wine and recommendations!

Mark was super knowledgeable. We had a common background in Red Bank and immediately connected. He carries a great selection of Burgundy at very good value-for-money prices. Also makes an awesome Cheese Board.

Great little wine shop. The owner was very helpful in choosing a wine for our beach picnic. We also picked up some delicious items to make a charcuterie board.

Absolute gem of a wine store. Wide selection of top producers from old and new world. Very knowledgeable owner, who will help you out with good advice, if you are unsure what to pick or just want to have something new for a change. Also good to know that you can bring wine from UVA to a couple of local restaurants at no or low corkage fee. Again Mark can tell you which places these are.

Mark is a wealth of knowledge about wines and not just your typical varietals. His recommendations are always spot on and I can count on him to produce exceptional wines that don’t break bank.

This is the go to place for great wines and amazing Italian food products. Mark knows so much about wine and has the best reputation in town for carrying a great selection and not overcharging. This place has it all. DO NOT Miss this place

Anyone looking for wine in Key West, this is the place for you. We were recommended Uva by one of the mates on a catamaran tour we took – and I’m so glad we were! Mark was quick to help us find two bottles of wine for a dinner reservation we had that evening. Based on a couple of questions about our preferences he was able to direct us to the two bottles we ended up buying. Both were fantastic and exactly fit our taste. Besides being extremely helpful, Mark was also a blast to chat with. Thank you Mark for the great wine recommendations and for taking the time to chat about music! We will definitely be back next time we’re in Key West!

We are new to wines, Mark spent time to teach us all about new varieties we might like and sent us home with some amazing new wine. We loved this shop and it will be the first place we visit next time in key west

So impressed with the owner! She really understood our vibe and made great recommendations. Loved having a guide that wasn’t just trying to upsell. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing selection of world-class wines to fit any budget - all hand picked by the owner, Mark. You won't find a better shop of international wines in the keys. Super friendly and helpful.

I looked at this place online and was very interested. I felt the owner was dismissive and disinterested. I felt like I was prejudged. I got a weak offer for assistance if I needed it I.could easily buy any bottle of wine in the place. Never think you know people. It cost you a sale and a customer. There’s other places to get wine and they are welcoming and pleasant.

We spent about an hour in the shop talking wine, food, music, New York, New Jersey, Key West,… with Mark. He’ll hate the bougie-ness of this descriptor, but he has a wonderfully curated selection of wine. We stopped in for a couple of bottles for dinner at Lola’s Bistro and he nailed pairing wines with the food served there. He also recommended some other bottles that we really enjoyed and some local restaurants (only made it to 7 Fish) to help us on our first visit to Key West. Highly recommend the shop for a selection of wines that are probably different than you’ll find elsewhere on the island, moderately priced, and sold by someone who really wants you to enjoy your wine.

Great selection, location, etc. Uva checks all the boxes, but where it really shines is with customer experience. Mark goes over and above to provide quality recommendations and makes each visit special: he knows his product, community and what makes a glass of wine with friends a memorable event. Uva was innovative during the COVID shut down and provided delivery, which remains a greatly valued service in town. The app is effortless to use - I ordered from a busy sidewalk, biked home and had two bottles delivered an hour later, wow! Uva is hands-down exceptional!

I went to Uva looking for a bottle of champagne. Mark, the owner, gave me a quick lesson on the difference between actual champagne and other sparkling wines. He then most highly recommended a bottle for my purposes that was at the bottom of my price range. How refreshing here to find someone who cares more about being helpful and honest than making a buck. Great experience!

Last night my girlfriend and I happened to stumble upon Uva while on our way to Fausto’s in search of a nice bottle of wine. We were immediately greeted by Mark who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and sported some of the best hair on island. We knew we had found the right spot. We had as much fun buying our wine as we did drinking it later. Apart from his clear love for wine, is his passion and support for his country and those who defend it. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment!!!

Stopped in for wine before an amazing dinner at Flaming Bouy. Mark spent a lot of time with us picking out the perfect wine & also making local recommendations for the remainder of our stay. Very cool little shop. Would definitely recommend a stop in there!
