We were able to snag a last minute reservation during our recent trip to Key West and thank gosh we did! This place is incredible!! The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are very attentive. The food is out of this world! I had the snapper curry as pictured and it is one of the best meals I have ever had in Key West! Cannot recommend Seven Fish enough!

This has been a long time favorite of ours in Key West and it still is. The house special yellowtail snapper is a home run. Everyone at our table thought their entree was excellent and everyone on our trip selected 7 fish as the best restaurant that we went to over a 6 day trip. Highly recommend you make reservations as they get very busy. You're gonna love this place.

Excellent food, atmosphere and service. We started with the grouper sushi roll and house salads. Both were awesome. Great texture and taste on the salad. The grouper sushi was very different but very good. It’s fully cooked, but grouper is one of my favorites. It’s an excellent sushi starter for those who are not into traditional sushi. We did family style with the curry snapper, mahi-mahi (fresh catch special) and the swordfish (fresh catch special). All were well seasoned and perfectly prepared. I almost ordered some to-go for lunch the next day. The key lime pie, key lime cheesecake and strawberry cream pie were the perfect endings. Our server Olga was great from start to finish. Definitely worth the time and money.

Nice service and food. Highly recommended 👌 Best for us waer3 Thai curry and chief's feast. (2nd&3rd photos) Thai curry sauce with fish was so soft and melting in mouth. Grilled shrimp and scallops were amazing in chief's feast with melted butter sauce...!

Amazing!!!! Food was fantastic and so delicious. Bartender made super tasty drinks and the kitchen staff...a loss for words. The attention and the hostess remembering it was our Anniversary was extra special!

I don't want to give this 4 stars or 5 stars - feel like 4.5 would be best because there are mostly pluses to our entire dining experience. When you walk in there is a very inviting ambiance. I liked the modern decor- very different from most of the KW restaurants we've been to. The servers were very attentive. It felt like the waiter got our waters within 5 seconds of us sitting at the table. We got two appetizers. The smoked fish appetizer was my favorite. My mom would always buy smoked fish for us during special occasions and it reminded me of those happy memories. I thought there were too many crackers for the amount of fish that you get. The ceviche had high quality shrimp but could use a bit more flavor. The chips that came with the ceviche were perfectly salty. I loved that they had the chefs feast for two - it is perfect for a date. The mahi mahi, shrimp, and scallops were all cooked to perfection and enjoyed by both of us. The portion was definitely big enough to split and still have some leftover. I do wish the bread was a bit less thick but I can see how some people might enjoy that. Snapper curry - very flavorful curry but overall mild by most standards. It has a little zing but I thought it could use a bit more. The snapper was cooked well. My father in law thought it was great though. Lastly the KEY LIME MARTINI - best of the island that we've found so far! Creamy with a delicious graham cracker crust rim.

Great food and wine! Beautiful restaurant! We got the Shrimp and Scallops Alfredo and the Locals Favorite fish curry! I had a wonderful time here with my aunties. This is a wonderful place for a date as well. Fancy.

With this restaurant having high reviews I was really expecting a wonderful meal. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and after our waitress who started off great kept forgetting things, she forgot to put in my meal. Not only were the three other people who were with me almost finished by the time someone even came over, we asked for the manager and he didn't seem too concerned. Offered to give me an appetizer and I kindly declined. We asked that only my meal be comped, and they said they would take care of things. Not only did they not comp the meal they only comped our drinks which we never got a second round because no one came back, they put a "desert" on there charged us but took it off and said that it went towards the 42$ credit we received. We also asked when ordering to get our fish blackened and they stated they can't do that they use their own spices, so needless to say the fish was bland. I was really looking forward to this dinner and was so disappointed. Hopefully they do better for others.

Food was excellent. They are flexible with substitutions as well. Wife had gnocchi and asked for shrimp instead of Mahi and it was no issue. I had the grouper special and it was perfect. The service was outstanding too. Our waitress was also a wine aficionado and was very helpful in selecting. Their wine prices were a bit high, but food and service made up for it.

The food was very delicious, we tried the banana chicken and the Thai curry swordfish, both were amazing. The key lime pie could of used a bit more lime in it but otherwise it was very creamy and delicious. The music was a tad loud for our liking, but it didn’t damper our dining experience. Would definitely come back again!

The food is fantastic. It was excellent. The vibe is fun. The service is impeccable. The servers are attentive, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the food selections. We did this for a birthday and it was a really wonderful experience. A lot of exciting entrees. Want to go back more.

Grilled Mahi Mahi with mashed potato. It was very tasty but I missed my gnocchi with blue cheese sauce... due to the limited menu. 12/15/2021 I'M BACK!!! Just arrived this afternoon and had dinner at my favorite place... we started coming to Seven Fish in the 90's when it was a little joint at the old location.

Loved Seven Fish. Make a reservation. We did and I promise you won't regret it either. The atmosphere is dressy casual. The menu is pretty broad and there's something for everyone. I had the veggie sushi rolls for an appetizer and Banana chicken for entree. Others in my party had the snapper, meat loaf, and a cheese tray that looked amazing. I highly recommend Seven Fish if you're visiting Key West. Prices are fair, dress is dressy casual and staff is friendly.

An ok seafood restaurant. The place is pretty large and seats many people. We had the spicy tuna roll and the crab cake to start. The tuna roll is smoked and pretty salty without the soy sauce. The crab cake was smothered in a very ginger heavy sauce that really overwhelmed the whole dish. I couldn’t taste the crab. I had the yellowtail snapper curry which was presented in an unappetizing gray sauce. It was ok. I finished with the strawberry whipped cream pie, which our waiter told us is their staple. It was quite literally just a pie with whipped cream and cut up strawberries. Nothing extraordinary. I was expecting a strawberry infused whipped cream or something a little more creative than just strawberries with whipped cream. I wouldn’t recommend.

We brought our party of 4 here for a change from the food around Duval street and were not disappointed. We had great food and great service. The key lime pie cocktail is delicious. We started with the tropical salsa which was very good, it reminded me a little of ceviche. The lobster claw was also good but wish maybe there was more to it. For dinner I had the banana chicken. I’ve never had anything like it but it was so so good. I was surprised how well the two normally opposing foods went together. Great experience overall.

The new location and the restaurant itself is very stylish compared to the little shack from years ago. But one thing remained the same: the excellent food and the great staff. This restaurant is reason enough to come back to Key West.

Great dinner for our group of 7. Olga took care of us and did a great job. The food came out perfect and nice & hot also. I had the Banana Chicken and it was great. Will come back again. Thank you!

Only stopped in because my coworker couldn't stop talking about the banana flambe. Had some drinks with our dessert. I have to say to it pretty good. Was sad I was full but I've promised myself that I'd go back to try the full meal. Service was great. Stout beer and banana flambe were awesome. Certainly recommend those.

One of my favorite dishes on the planet is the yellowtail snapper curry dish here!!! The grouper roll is so-so but the yellowtail dish amazing. Also would love for them to get hand stuffed blue cheese olives rather than jarred but that’s just me being picky!

Must try! Been going to Seven Fish for 10 years and never had a bad experience. The banana chicken is my favorite as it’s like nothing else I’ve had before. But everything on the menu is delicious. The sushi rolls to start are great as are all the desserts. Also have large selection of wine and liquor, as well as hard to find bourbon for those into bourbon.

Fabulous restaurant. Modern decor, inviting ambiance. Delicious food - large portions. Very attentive servers. Great specialty drink menu. Loved the bread. Popular place. Recommend making reservations ahead of time. Loved the video screen showing a fish tank - great idea.

The food was tasty, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. It was a great break from fried food. The service was also excellent, and they take reservations which is a nice bonus. The slaw and grilled shrimp were fantastic. It was a bit pricey and the tortilla chips were store bought, but I would highly recommend it if you want a nicer night out.

The fishes are really fresh and tasty! We tried two dishes and both are good. The portions are also quite big. The fish shape plate is also cute. We had 2 dishes: Miha Miha and yellow tail snapper. Daily special is worth trying!

“Five star everything” is how I’d describe the eatery. Cocktails, food and service was amazing! If you’re looking for a menu that is doing Key west a bit differently - this is it! Check this eatery out for sure!

We planned a last minute weekend trip to Key West mid-January. Upon arrival our first night our hotel concierge suggested Seven Fish for dinner and wow are we glad we listened!!! Beautiful atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, and the Yellowtail Snapper in a lemon grass sauce was one of the most delicious things I’ve tasted in a very long time!!! My husband ordered the scallops which were also perfect, Tasty, creative appetizers, delicious seafood, put this one a the top of your list!!!
