The food was good, but nothing more. I have never found a worse customer service 😅 the lady at the till wasn’t happy to be there. She looked like she doesn’t enjoy her job which it happens. I think is not for everyone staying at the till serving food in a fast food. She wasn’t smiling at all, always looking upset when speaking and not helpful. She wasn’t the king of employee who helps the customer deciding the right product. Then I asked some Mayo, she didn’t reply, I asked again and she just took some, put on the tray, without even look at my face, then left. No “yes” no “no” no “Bye or thank you”. If this is the customer service you give, you should definitely change job cause she damage the company reputation. I would never go back there.

As clean as you should expect!!! Prices might be slightly higher than what you are used to....but hey!!! You are in Key West!!! Everything is more expensive here. Just seat in the cool and enjoy your meal. You are going to be well attended my the guys, there is a very friendly atmosphere.

That’s my second time at Wendy’s franchise… and I liked it – again ! The stuff is friendly and is doing a good job. The burger (double stack) presented quite well and tasted good; 2 patties, a slice of cheese (cheddar?), pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard. The fries, we’re great, had a good taste and crunchiness. The frozen chocolate tasted very good. Though the straws are not suitable for that. Please either give a spoon or bigger straws ! Also I tasted the chili Nuggets. They turned out ok, but not „brilliant“. Just „ok“. The Ghost Pepper Sauce/Dip is kind of nice. You can serve yourself ketchup. I don’t know if they do refill. Restrooms are clean. The restaurant itself was clean, but not really inviting to stay. Shades or a few more seatings outside would be nice. Mobile order works good, though I believe is prepared as you arrive. But also it seems I hade an unusual ordering process, so I needed to tell 'em by arrival. One little downside, was the stuff searching for my bill in the trash and taped it on the bag, well…!?

Today I came to eat at our establishment and I was served very rudely, there is no sanitation at all, people work without gloves. All people in the photo

We waited for our order which had 3 food items and 2 frostys. One was a cheddar potato. I got my potato without a single shred of cheese. A potato and a chili. They can't get THAT right. Oh, and no straws for those frostys either. They are terrible, almost forgot I also had a side of apple bites. While they didn't have to be cooked, they should have washed the poison off before cutting them up and bagging them because all I could taste was chemicals.

The fastest Wendy's on Florida they just took less than 2 minutes for get served and not just me I dine in and the next 6 orders was the same I even watch the manager also cleaning fast too

Great restaurant. Its the only fast food restaurant that I've seen on Duval. Prices are a little higher than other locations but that is to be expected. Crispy chicken sandwich was very fresh and the fries were tasty.

I eat here a couple of times a week because I work close by. I like them, they always work hard and get orders out quickly. Thank you Wendy’s!!

My double Dave burger was very good but on the expensive side. Just under $10.00 for only the burger.... Nothing else. But it is Key West.

This was the WORST service in key west period. Sandwich came burnt. Like black burnt. Manager argued with me that is wasn't, finally giving a refund due to a customer behind me agreeing. Forgot fries and drink for girlfriends order. This is KEY WEST, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

It was terrible to eat at Wendy's when you're in a great food place like Key West, but we needed something quick to catch our Ghosts and Gravestones tour, so this place was welcome for a quick snack!

I was expecting the worst after seeing so many negative reviews regarding this Wendy's location, but fortunately I had no issues with my late-night, post-bar hopping visit. It was just a 5-minute wait for my meal, and it came out as hot and delicious as I wanted it to.

Huge sign in the window that states they are open until 2am, yet at 12:57am, just one minute after making a purchase, I am kicked out and denied usage of the restroom for being a paying customer because now they suddenly close at 3am. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave right now. Better off going to the Wendy's on Roosevelt instead. At least they have Biggie Bags at that one.

Have not had fast food burgers in a long time but have to say the burgers were fantastic. Fresh tasty lettuce, Tomato and onion and baps the same. Service was excellent as well. Recommend.

Had an awesome experience here the other day! Person helping us was super friendly and even gave my son a new frosty when he dropped it. Cobb salad was great.

My wife and I both had the Apple Pecan salads. They were very good. The young lady that took our order was not having a good day. The tables were not messy but they were not clean either.

This Wendy's is fantastic and right on Duval. I told the workers there that this was the best food and service we've had at Wendy's in a really long time. If the owners see this be proud of your staff!

Moise was very pleasant and welcoming. He took our order and we received our food in a timely manner. My family and I were very pleased with our service.

Sorry Is not a good deal was $14.81 no idea if the cashier do not understand my order but the hamburger come without tomatoes and lettuce THE I DID ASK FOR El almuerzo muy caro. El Baconator cold and extremely old PAPITAS FRITAS HORRIBLES it’s not a clean place I know what happens? MAYBE THEY RUNNING OUT OF EMPLOYEES I’m not happy I am not happy

I have gone there twice in the past week and they have had my food within 10 minutes. execcelent staff who are very friendly and pleasant

No Fish Today, No Baked Potatoes today, we ain't got Chili ... how about puttin' your change in our Tip bucket... Got a Bourbon Burger...not edible. Bacon was all crumbles, Burger was cold and greasy. Sad But the Fries were Amazing. Was my first and last visit. * Stopped here for a quick inexpensive lunch. Cost me almost as much as a half pound burger...Burger... fresh beef, almost anywhere else.

Filthy Dirty location, manager rubbing his nose with hands, handling cash and then working with French fries and food then his cell phone???? This guy is the manager what are his employees up to??? Nobody wearing hats or gloves in the kitchen. Health laws never followed. Never sanitized his hands or washed them between functions. This guys needs some health pointers and fast before someone gets sick. Must have rubbed his nose 6 times in the 5 minutes we were in line and never went to wash hands.. We left without ordering. Very rude too to customers in front of us.

First and probably last experience with a Wendy’s. The staff couldn’t be more moody and uninterested than we experienced. Unbelievable. And as a bonus, the food was literially smashed onto the plate, taco salad was disgusting and the bagged (!) taco’s came from underneath the counter and were over it’s serving date. Also the kitchen looks disgusting.

I eat here a lot late at night when I don’t feel like walking too far. The crew is always great (please remember to tip them) and the food is always delicious. This is a very consistent outlet where you always know the food will be good.

We come to Key West yearly and always eat at this location when in Key West. The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. This visit the store was not as clean as it was in the past. You could tell daily cleaning was not done. The bathrooms did not have soap. Definitely not sure if I will eat there again.

Besides having a positive and friendly experience ordering our food I accidentally left my phone at the counter and left. It was a while before I noticed it was missing and when we went back to check at Wendy’s the very nice man at the counter had put it away safely until we came back for it. I’m so grateful for his kindness and honesty! Ps-the sugar cookies were delicious! :)

I love french fries and I was craving them, so we decided to pass by this Wendy's. Service was quick and effective. They have seating area inside and outside. The COVID prtocols were put in place!

The food was good and fresh but the staff is very snotty and lazy. Prices are different of course I was shocked considering they are located in the heart of key west. It is a tourist attraction. Need less to say I will not be back.

Not much space inside so when it's busy, it'll be a tight squeeze. Doesn't serve all the regular menu items or deals. Nice people

Please teach your staff to not use the same cleaning cloth on the floor, seats and then the table tops. Otherwise it was a typical Wendy's which we love! Just need to educate some people who did not have moms to teach them!

Tip... So this Wendy's is much more expensive than most Wendy's and even the one when you enter the island. So buy your food there at the beginning of key West because it is cheaper. I just bought a Dave single on the app which is on sale for $1 and the regular price just for that burger is $6.99. That's $5.99 off. So make sure you see what the deals are on the app so you can get a lower price or get the $4 meal specials. Think about it it's $2 more just to get a single burger over a burger with fries and nuggets and a drink That's $2 less it doesn't make any sense. But it is what it is. I'm traveling around the country in my van enjoy key West and if you want to get healthy cheap food go to the Winn-Dixie it's open 24 hours surprisingly

Dirty, dirty, dirty. I don't think the restrooms had been cleaned for days. The food was standard Wendy's, but it makes me wonder how well they clean the kitchen if they can't clean the store.

I initially avoided this place for months; however, once I finally tried it, there is a reason it's a lasting establishment on Duval St. Admittedly they can be a little slow, and the long line of tourists at certain times (albeit generally entertaining) can be a bit of a headache, but I've never had fast food burgers made with such care and precision as I have here. I wouldn't make it a priority, but it's definitely a worthwhile drunk-grubbing spot.
