Took
my
lady
on
an
impromptu
date
night
to
smoked.
It
is
a
former
boat
house
convert
to
a
quaint
restaurant,
with
a
great
top
deck
for
dining
outside.
I
ordered
the
half
rack
of
ribs,
added
some
pulled
pork.
Chose
cucumber
salad
and
queso
Mac
and
cheese
as
my
side.
My
lady
ordered
the
slides
brisket
plate
with
fries
and
coleslaw.
All
the
meats
come
dry
(meaning
no
sauce,
the
meat
itself
is
still
tender
and
juicy)
but
they
bring
the
sauces
to
the
table!
Even
without
sauce
everything
was
smoked
perfectly
with
a
great
flavor.
Adding
sauce
only
enhances
an
already
tasty
smoked
meat.
I
tried
all
the
sauces
before
our
meals
came
out.
I
decided
to
mix
the
spicy
Kansas
City
sauce
with
the
blackberry
jalapeno
sauce!
Food
was
great
and
service
was
top
notch!
Brandon
was
working
this
evening,
and
very
attentive!
