Good place to pay money for the 40 minute waiting time. I advise you not to save money and hire a sushi assistant on days with a large flow of clients because in general sushi are good.

Not often, but sometime they are making a mistakes in delivery and take away orders, sometime you will wait much longer, then they said you should, and this is not a problem. But if you will start a dialog about their mistakes - be ready for disputes and rude attitude, which is made this place for me disgusting. Manager hunts in Facebook for a critical comments and sending requests to the administrators to delete them. Pity and shame.

I ordered for pickup. When I picked up my order, I said to be sure there was ginger and wasabi, and he said it was already in the containers, but at home I found there was none. I called and reported and asked what they could do, and the manager told the sales girl that I could come back and get some! I assured her that with that type of customer service, it was highly unlikely!

Worst delivery time ever! Never order from them, unless you want to eat the next day...

Very bad customer experience

Slowest Service ever. 30-60 min. Staff served the wrong order, and refused to change it.

We came to the late night, on the Facebook page in the first post they said that every day from 21:00 to 23:00 there is 1+ 1(there were not expired date). When we got there nobody knows about it ! Even the person in charge .

Vegetarian sushi is not great

Will never order again from Panko . Have been waiting 3 hours for order still not arrived. Spoke with a guy by the name of Ofri. Has such a bad attitude. Could not care less. Eventually when order did arrive. Delivery person tells me it's cash when I had paid by card and already received receipt on Cleap. WARNING TO OTHERS. FROM A VERY ANGRY NOW WILL BE EX CUSTOMER WHAT A DISGRACE

Good tartar

Came to order sushi and asked which rolls are suitable for a pregnant woman.. The worker at the shop immediately said his manager doesn’t take responsibility for things like that.. first off, I never asked anyone to take responsibility? After I asked to make my own sushi roll with the things I wanted in it, I was told I can’t make an order because they don’t serve rolls to anyone pregnant. I’ve never heard something so ridiculous in my entire life and I’m actually SHOCKED. The only vibe this gave me is that they are probably serving things that aren’t fresh in general, and they are scared someone pregnant may be more vulnerable than others. There are sushi places in Raanana like Queen Lu that specifically have a section on the menu for pregnant women. Bad experience all together. Won’t be coming back, pregnant or not.

Limited services limited menu pay at counter more for takeaway

This is a very simple no frills restaurant, not elegant, but the owner was friendly and very helpful even making to order (i.e. off menu). The sushi was good and we weren't hungry.
