A true find in Jerusalem. Two employees stood out - Takvor and Mori went way beyond my expectations and made for an amazing stay. Both of them are 5 ⭐️ level employees. The rest of the team are great as well. Location is perfect. Easy to walk around or catch the tram. Breakfast was great. With a wide selection. Happy hour with free wine and food was nice after a long day of touring around. There was only one disappointment. One staff member referred me to the Amber gift shop across the street. I ended up getting ripped off by the owner as he kept changing prices on me. Best to buy at one of the museums.

Good rooms, although on the small side and could use some touching up. Great location, service, breakfast and happy hour. Very good overall - recommended.

Cannot fault it. Free evening drinks and snacks a great surprise. The buffet breakfast the best of a 10 day tour of Jordan and Israel

Great boutique hotel located in the center of the center of Jerusalem. The service was outstanding, the staff was really nice and were willing to help in any of our needs. There is parking in the hotel for additional payment.

This is absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The location is the best, the rooms adorable and the staff are the most hospitable ever! I was amazed at the gorgeous and bountiful free breakfast buffet every morning and the also bountiful happy hour each evening! You could literally make a meal of that. There was even free wine. Some of the best food we had on our whole trip was on the Harmony Hotel breakfast and happy hour buffet!. The staff was also exceptional. Upon arrival, Takvor sat down with us and a map and went over each location where we were to meet tour groups. He answered all of ur questions and was very friendly - even gave us his phone number in case we got lost! Another desk clerk, Tarek was also super helpful. He actually walked to the ATM WITH us to be sure we could understand the language and get to the one with the lesser fees. Who does that??? Then, one day, when we were going to the Dead Sea and I borrowed a towel, he gave me a Harmony Hotel bag to put it in. Every day there is cold water and little snacks at the desk including sunscreen packets! Again, I have never stayed anywhere that exemplified hospitality like the Harmony Hotel. All I can say is I want to go back soon!!

I guess we had the worst room in this hotel. We felt like we went back in time, maybe 1980.Very old room, mainly bathroom, not renovated more than 30 years, small window and noise from outside construction during all nights. Do not stay there find better accommodation. Breakfast was poor,we stayed in the same chain in Tel Aviv and there was much more better… I am disgusted with our stay!

The rooms are definitely small by US standards but typical for many hotels abroad. The location is convenient to many areas of Jerusalem and has a shawarma place across the street that has the best hummus in Israel. Even better than the location is the staff. Super helpful and will go out of their way to do so, Tarik especially.

First time to Jerusalem, the location is fantastic. The rooms are out dated and small but the service, location and buffet breakfast more than make up for it. By far the best experience is the breakfast. Kasem the chef and his team are fantastic. In my extensive travel experience, this is by far the best buffet I’ve had. Healthy and fresh produce and the house made cappuccino coffee is perfection.

Convenient location in downtown Jerusalem. 15 minutes walk to the old city. Breakfasts were very nice

Highly recommended. The hotel couldn't be in a better location - walking distance from all of the major attractions Jerusalem has to offer and surrounded by restaurants, stores and pubs. The staff is very frirendly and super professional. The parking with the car elevator is genius and priceless in this area of the city. The only con is that the rooms and amneties are a bit ourdated but this is common in prime location hotels. Overall i would totaly recommend and come back to this hotel.

I loved my stay at the Harmony Hotel. The rooms had everything we needed, the service was excellent and the location made it a clear winner for us. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the evening cocktail hour was relaxing and perfect.

A very good comfortable hotel, great location in the center of Jerusalem. The staff and Tarec were very helpful, room and breakfast are nice and tasty, good equipment and bed lining all over. The entrance and dining area are very nice designed adding to the good environment. Parking is a challenge, but to have a parking in the center of Jerusalem is a privilege! We have enjoyed our vacation to have a walking distance to interesting museums and public transportation near by. Fitness room can improve the overall good experience.

This hotel made my days in Jerusalem magical. I believe that the spearhead of the hotel is the staff. From the moment I entered to the moment I finished my overnight stay, all the staff were precise and careful at every detail. I believe this is worth every single moment spent in this hotel. You don't feel like strangers, but guests of friends. About practical information: the location is strategical, close to all the main attractions. I had the room in front of a pub, but I was not bothered by it. The room (at least mine) was basic but more than excellent. I had a view of some of the rooftops of Jerusalem. I loved the softness of the sheets! The breakfast is plentiful and top quality! I love that the staff come personally to ask for the coffee order. The hall of the hotel invites you to sit and chat, in fact every day an excellent aperitif is served from 5 to 7, free and pleasantly informal. Upstairs there is also a nice terrace and a pool table. Impeccable cleanliness, I have never noticed a detail out of place. There is also an ironing room, should it be necessary. Last but not least, there is a bicycle service which can be used by hotel guests. All the above services have contributed to the professionalism and warmth of all the staff that made the choice of this hotel one of the best I could have ever done.

Our stay at the Harmony Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The walk-in accessible shower was perfect for my elderly Mother! The evening happy hour was great after a day of touring with hot temperatures! The snacks and beverages including wine were a big bonus. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection. The location is very good and with lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the front door. It is only a quick taxi ride to the Western Wall. If you are driven to the hotel make sure you give the front desk a licence plate number and that will give you access to get close to the entrance. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

We booked this hotel to spend Passover there and in the city of Jerusalem. Given the security situation we wanted to postpone our stay to better times. Tarek at the front desk was rude and didn’t want to help. All he cared about was money and charging us for a night stay. Won’t book here again and horrible customer service, avoid at all costs.

This centrally located boutique hotel is charming. Nice rooms, great breakfast, and helpful staff. But be warned, the hotel is located right next door to an outdoor music venue so be prepared to listen to rock covers until 11pm most nights. Not the hotel to pick if you want some quiet at the end of a long day of sight seeing.

We had a wonderful stay at the harmony hotel. Great location and very kind staff. The place is not too big, but is very nicely decorated and is just what you need for a lovely stay. The happy hours with snacks and a light meal were also a nice treat. We'll likely be staying here again.

Just returned from a stay at the Harmony. I had a really pleasant stay! My room was comfortable, the staff was helpful and the Israeli style breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offers 'happy hour' every evening which essentially can serve as a light meal. The room was small but comfortable. Only two negatives: I could hear music from a neighboring restaurant at night, but it ended by 10 pm so it did not interfere with my sleep. Also the location of the restaurant means it will be impossible for a taxi to pick you up right in front of the hotel--it's located in the middle of a street closed to cars. But that was manageable as well. The central location of the hotel is fantastic--great shopping and restaurants right outside your door. I'll be back!

What an hotel! Great service great breakfast and great snacks at the evening! Always includes wine. Lovely room. I love the hotel’s design. Prime location- we walked everywhere, but there’s a lot of busses and an electric train near by. We came (a couple) on Tuesday until Friday. There’s no reason to come for the weekend cause almost everything in Jerusalem is closed . I think it’s 15 minutes from the mahana Yehuda shuk and the mamilla mall. I Recommend on the “beer bazar” at mahana Yehuda- great atmosphere and also “the thinkers distillery” tour

Great hospitality experience as a family ! a combination of the best location, beautiful rooms, very clean, one of the best breakfast we had, a lot of options to choose from for kids too and above all of these .. the team, the service is in very high level. Ayala and Tarec made us feel like we are the most important guests with a lot of patient to the kids and us. We are defiantly going to revisit Harmony! hopefully, as soon as possible

The location is great, close to everything. Arriving by car is a breeze (paid parking). Service was very good with all staff super attentive. Rooms where clean and tidy, it is not a luxury hotel but provides a great place to set out and visit the city and sleep with comfort. A basic but rather good breakfast was included and they have a nice happy hour in the afternoon with some snacks and soft drinks. Overall would recommend this one, was well priced for what you get. You can bring your family dog with you - a great vacation.

A perfect hotel 🎉 Everything was great: location can’t be better The staff was super helpful and so kind, providing us tips and a warm welcome The rooms are clean and cosy, with great views and a coffee machine. We also took the hotel bicycle free of charge for a trip around - great bikes and a great location. Also the hotel provides a nice happy hour every day 17:00 to 19:00 with drinks and snacks. And the hotel has a nice lounge with games and nice sitting spots. Bottom line - perfect stY and we will definitely visit again!

We came for a two night vacation. We enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff are excellent, Darin at reception was great and everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful - salmon, quality cheeses, omelet made to order, plenty of food. Happy hour is very worthwhile in the afternoon. Mini bar with free soft drinks and bottled water. We celebrated a wedding anniversary and a pleasant surprise awaited for us. A very small thing that was a bit disturbing, when we returned to the room on Saturday it was not cleaned, they immediately sent someone to clean it but this is something we are expected to do without us asking. Other than that it was perfect. The location of the hotel in the center of Jerusalem, walking distance from all sites.
