Good service, polite, genuine, room service is descent. Special rates are available for long stays. Rooms are spacious, quiet, but in need for maintenance. F&B are reasonable but high in price. No laundry, no money exchange, no transport, no mini bar, visitors are not allowed to meet you in the rooms and could be questioned about your visit, cctv cameras are watching all the time. Thus no privecy.

Very pleasant and well serviced hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacey and have good air conditioning which is a must in Khartoum if you want to get some sleep. Breakfast is gorgeous and so is the fresh Sudanese coffee.

It was good. But not now. No maintenance of lodging rooms.

Its very good hotel. Specially staff to much cooperative. Sime renovation work is going on. Overall very nice .
