    I have a huge question: who hires administrators - such incompetent boors! They are rude on the phone and talk “from under Tishka”, when you enter the reception area, neither hello nor goodbye. And from the threshold: “Who are you seeing, who are you?” The wait to see the pediatrician lasts almost an hour. What then are admins using phones and brains for? Is it really impossible to warn that you might not come on time? It feels like this is a state clinic, where unhappy and rude women sit far away by the phones! Guys! Over the phone he began to deny everything, allegedly this could not happen and how could he even carry out the procedure under such circumstances. THIS IS EXACTLY THE QUESTION THAT TORTURES ME! After a long denial, the whole conversation ended with the fact that “.. well, my wife found it, let her get it.” WHAT IS THIS BACCHANAL? WHAT'S THE ATTITUDE? Instead of apologizing and offering help, such a bestial attitude? People, what are you doing? Therefore, I do not recommend visiting this place or specialist. Situations can be different, and, unfortunately, inattentive doctors also happen. But the attitude itself is NONSENSE.     Персонал вежливый, но вот как-то не профессионально ведут себя с медицинской точки зрения. Делала прививку от гриппа сыну 4 годика. Первый раз ставили. В конце сентября. Поставили инфлювак. Врач рекомендовала обязательно через 4 недели сделать повторную вакцинацию для получения хорошего иммунитета, так как делали мы эту прививку впервые в жизни. Хорошо. Я не против. Через три недели сам врач позвонила и записала нас на прием и на вакцинацию на 26 октября в 18-30. Мы пришли. И уже в ходе осмотра врач, как бы между прочим, мне говорит: " У нас сейчас вакцина Ваксигрип, но она взаимозаменяемая с инфлювак." Я не понимаю - мой ребенок - это кролик подопытный? Что это за экперименты над детьми? В инструкциях к данным вакцинам нет ни одного слова о том, что их можно заменить друг другом. И вобще, почему об этом не предупредили меня до приема? Я бы даже ехать туда не стала. Зря потратила своё, между прочим - рабочее время и деньги на проезд. Спросила врача: "Вам эту вакцину привезли вот прямо сейчас перед нашим приходом?" Я как порядочный человек думала, что может быть не успели меня оповестить. Но нет. Ответ врача: " Нет. Её привезли на прошлой неделе." Время для предупреждения было, но никто этого не сделал. Деньги важнее всего для этой клинике. А вам могут поставить все, что сами захотят, а точнее - то, что будет в наличии.

The sign is huge for the entire building, but it’s not clear where to go next: the Sberbank building and not a single sign on the entrance doors!!! It turns out you need to go into the Sberbank itself and there will be a small clinic sign on the stairs. 2. The ultrasound doctor is something!!     Отвратительно. Жена заказывала мед.книжку, сказали один срок, в крайней день срока сказали, что нужно ждать ещё неделю , в результате возникла весьма неудобная ситуация перед работодателем, однако при повторном обращении на следующий день резко всё нашлось. Сотрудник мед.центра повесил трубку на середине разговора, чек не выдали ни при предоплате ни по факту оказания "услуги", на стойке регистрации сотрудники позволяют себе обсуждать личные вопросы при ожидающих клиентах, свою работу при этом выполняют вальяжно, как будто между делом. Вообщем если у вас есть время и желание ощутить все прелести совковой поликлиники в современном интерьере - вам сюда. Информация для владельца, т.к. поступил ответ: Услуга оформлялась 3 декабря 2018 года в промежутке между 12:40 -13:10, звонок на счёт готовности и некорректный ответ оператора был 9 декабря 2018 года, забирали мед.книжку 10 декабря 2018 в 16:10-16:21. Если необходимы личные данные для проведения проверки, напишите эл.почту - отправлю ( у вас на основном сайте и сайте химкинского отделения нет почты для обратной связи).

    Наконец то нашли своего детского врача рядом с домом! Компетентность Ольги Владимировны Давыдовой на высоком уровне, всегда внимательна и отзывчива. Только она смогла разобраться в наших проблемах и все доходчиво объяснила. Теперь только к ней! Лишнего не назначает, родителей не пугает )))

But at the door of the office, it turned out that 5 people had signed up there at 11 am. When we asked how this happened, they said that there was no recording, only a live queue. What they didn't say on the phone. A separate story about the fact that after passing the doctor’s notes to the administrator so that she could indicate for the nurse what to donate blood for, the administrator could not make out the doctor’s orders! First, she suggested that I choose for myself which indicator we want to donate blood for (!!!!). Then she offered to wait until the doctor was free and then she would clarify. Mess!
