New office building with many restaurants and big food court. Not fully finished open yet. Some shops still under construction or decoration. Roof garden look nice. Lots of parking space. It’s free for 3 hrs parking or 5 mins walk from subway station. The building located at KlongToey intersection.

Wasn't here for the office 😁 2nd dose for my eldest child at Med Park next door. Shopping area, well you can't even call that since most of the tenants are Food Retail, from Coffee shops (the usual SB, TH, A are all here) to lesser chain Japanese, Korean chain restaurants, however there is a well-known food court though, Food Republic. Didn't see any of the usual anchor tenants though, like Fuji, MK, Shabu shi, Zen and etc. Overall very spacious, clean and well maintained 😁 best of all not busy. Staff are good, parking is good (probably less busy at the weekend, no office staff).

New office on the intersection of rama 4 and ratchdapisek. Free parking 3 hr. On weekend and holiday. On the third floor there is an out deck for a small park and Jetts fitness (red). 1st 2nd floor have many restaurants .

Office and retail building have many restaurants and clinic here which is very nice building not too crowded close to MRT queen siritkit. 🐳Mx cakes& bakery 🐳chatamure 🐳starbuck coffee 🐳 beauty clinic 🐳Tim hortons 🐳 Amazon 🐳Kamu 🐳Peace -the security guard need to more well-trained speak not polite much. -The rental price for space quite expensive due to the city centre local area. -Lot of parking space for ppl.

Great restaurant selections here. Lots of parking space. Beautiful design overall. Will be visiting regularly especially for the Japanese shabu place, Anri’s pastries, and cheat day’s healthy food options. The bar with live music here is often crowded with locals as well.

The location is near a MRT station, a lot of food store inside it. Not really crowded. The toilet is clean and there's water machine.

Nice small food center with occasionally flea market inside, good for stroller and shopping around, a lot of eatery inside with good toiletries available....
