Excellent food but a little bit slow service. Only me and 3 more customers and still had to pull their arm(yes literally) to get more beverages. Asked if it was possible to get The khaow pad kra prow with minced pork. Never got an answer but as picture show, it was not possible😁

I host events all over Bangkok and one of the venues is Monsoon!! The staff here are so nice and welcoming.. The appetizers we got were the best little mini pizzas 🍕, spring rolls and tiny chicken pate bites!! All very Yummy 🤤!! I had a pretty good turnout it was fun to network with everyone!! The food here in general overall is very good!

We enjoyed an early dinner and left when it looked full. Excellent service. Really friendly and efficient staff. The food was delicious, chosen from an extensive menu, specialising in Mexican favourites, pizzas, and Thai food. They also have a good drinks menu and a bar inside, making it hard to choose what to drink. However, pricing makes it easy to keep ordering different cocktails and alcoholic beverages to try. Thankfully, walking back to the hotel was all we were required to do after a great night at Monsoon.

I knew the monsoon restaurant since many years. Now after come back for 2 years (covid stop travelling to Thailand) the restaurant is open already also. The quality of food and beverage is already the same the staff is changing but same friendly like the old staff. But one thing is still changing and I'm disappointed. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET is still not available only a few things like American breakfast or omelette or sandwich you can get. And for what a high price.😡This is not what I expected from monsoon restaurant. This food you can get anywhere for cheaper money. I understood that the management cannot offer a buffet in hard covid times when have only some customer. But now the time is changing , customer comming back and for my opinion u must come back to the breakfast buffet. Also the cooperation with the Adelphi suites Hotel must start again.(they must offer a accommodation incl. Breakfast buffet) This will bring you more money and more satisfying from the customer. I spoke with many people about this and all of them they missed the buffet and the special atmosphere to strat with a good breakfast in the morning. I hope you will changing your mind.

The western food over here is fantastic; like a little piece of home (from NYC). So far I've tried the Monsoon Burger, Capricciosa Pizza, and Chicken Fajitas. The big burger, fries and coleslaw was made the northern US way, the pizza is Napolese style like in Little Italy, and the fajitas similar to what you might find in southern Cali.

Upmarket eatery with prices above the norm. Indoor (air con) and outdoor seating available. Great vibe, good service and nice food. Had English breakfast which was very good but was detracted by the Thai sweet bread toast. Good smoothies. Well worth the visit.

Love this place. I have been there for both breakfast and dinner. Wide selection of foods from Thai to Mexican to pizzas you name it. Great place to chill to have a drink all day eatery really. The staff even though very friendly sometimes there's a language barrier but their kindness and willingness to take care of their guests makes up for it. Prices are a bit higher than usual but the quality is good. Sometimes there's live music there if you are lucky. Great place👌🏼

We stopped by in the morning, it's a nice and quiet place. Drinking coffee while watching the street is a pleasant thing. The prices are reasonable and the coffee is not bad.

Upscale eatery with prices higher than normal. The ambience is nice and staff are nice too but you can feel that staff attention could be improved though mannerism is great. Tried seafood today, the sizzling scallops were an absolute delight with the sizzling hot butter droozling over. However, the Penne Seafood Pasta was quite a disappointment for me with way too much tanginess and the rubbery taste of the seafood ingredients (i.e. too over cooked).

Enjoyed lunch here. My Thai green curry was delicious. Thai and Western food available. Service was great. Would recommend

Came here for dinner last night with my Mom and Uncle. Busy place with a lot of locals. Nice atmosphere. We ordered the fried calamari to share, 2 duck 2 ways and a a bbq ribs. The calamari was good. Fresh, hot and tasty. When the main entree arrived they were short of one duck dish. The waiter only order one for us when we wanted 2. The food was good and tasty but my uncle cancel the duck because my Mom and i finished eating and his has not even come out yet. Not good on the part of the waiter. I would go back for the food. Just make sure your waiter knows exactly what you ordered.

Another great hangout spot on soi8 Loved the pad Thai here, its the best i have had in Bangkok for a restaurant set up! They have happy hours on fresh draught beer. Menu is large and consists of many cuisines like Thai, Italian. Service is quick and prompt here as well.

I discovered this place after walking around to look for a coffee shop that serves local food. I ordered their fried rice with prawns and the order came with four fresh large prawns. That was a satisfying breakfast meal for me.

Good food. Good location. You can sit outside and people watch or cool down in the A/C indoors.

Food was great, but was not informed prices were plus vat, and the service charge was very expensive, tbh I've eaten at great establishments for less than the vat and service charge

The food and the atmosphere here is very good. We had lunch here. They offer Thai food, as well as western food,burgers,pizza and fish and steak. We ordered vegetarian Thai fried rice which was delicious! And green chicken curry along with jasmine rice. Medium spice, really tasty, chicken very tender. Overall amazing! Price is also good. The waiters super nice. I recommend this bar also to just have a beer or nice tomate juice!

Nice food, I had the snapper there. The strawberry milkshake was also alright and the ambience was very nice. The hanging gardens outside the restaurant gives a very calming atmosphere. Prices are also competitive.

Mexican food here was quite good, but could have used a bit more flavor/salt and a good salsa or Cholula sauce. I asked for very, very spicy Thai food and they delivered! Staff was pretty quick. Cocktails were great. This joint has one of the better Bloody Marys I've had in Thailand. There was a live band which made it lively. I was impressed they could sing Spanish songs. I'd come back if in the area.

This restaurant was one of my favourite when we were living in Bkk and the favourite for the Mexican Fajita. However in our last visit the Fajita wasn't the same, as well the burrito. Though the snapper meal was great. Still recommend going there. It is a nice restaurant with pleasant athmosphere.

I stayed at the LYF hotel which was right next door and visited this establishment at least one time for breakfast afternoon tea and dinner over a period a week. The food was excellent as we felt the ingredients were fresh and well cooked. The waitresses were all pretty good with English and attentive to the service we required. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the indoor section was air conditioned; and the seats were comfortable. Great selection of food and the quantity matched the quality for the price we paid. Couldn’t fault this restaurant at all.

Very nice and clean cafe/restaurant with indoor and outdoor options. The lighting and the music made for great ambiance. Food was very good. Staff is great. Expensive though.

Amazing place. Good atmosphere and great service. The food was delicious and big portions too! It's recently been renovated and has one of the best terraces in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Always good food and value for money. Friendly restaurant and bar with air con interior or nice seating area outside with fans. Enjoyed all my meals at Monsoon. Varied menu of Western, Italian, Mexican and Thai dishes. The staff are full of smiles and are pleased to see their customers. Thank you to them and the chef who cooked me a delicious steak.

This is a great spot for a beer, a meal or just a coffee. In the evening it's lovely to sit outside and watch what's happening on the soi. During the heat of the day, inside, you still have a good view. The staff are very friendly. The food is fantastic. One morning I really just popped in for a cappuccino but added the pancakes with fruit and they were fantastic.

Nice place for dinner. Not too expensive and staff were nice and friendly. We had the antipasto, the tuna and Mexican grilled chicken along with a few cocktails. I recommend this place.

Had a long lunch here with friends. Most staff are friendly, the place has nice seating inside and outside. Bar inside and outside and the food was good. They offer seperate lunch and dinner services and you likely should make a reservation for dinner as it gets every busy. One of the few places that accepts reservation. Lots of beers, wines and spirits to choose from.

Went here for celebrating on last Thursday night. I've been here many times and not even once disappointed with the service. The staff are well trained. They all cheerful and friendly. The food that we ordered were tasty every dish. The only one thing that bothers me was the fan. On the evening it was very hot and the fan that facing at our table wasn't working properly. It's time to fix it.

The food is actually quite good, but I would suggest to hang out in another area of Bangkok.

Wow wow wow First wow is the place cozy and look nice. Second wow the price of food really great and quality I got 1 starter,2 main and 3 drinks my bill just 1,500 baht. Their wow a food is tasty I really like this restaurant and for sure I will come back again.

Consistently tasty food at fair prices in a very pleasant atmosphere. Probably my favourite restaurant for consistency, pricing and nice staff. You can sit inside in the cool or outside with lots of fans and cover. Good range of different dishes including Thai, Italian, American and Mexican. Super tasty salads too. Wide array of drinks available. Really nice place both during the day and at night.

The western food here is on par with the fanciest hotels (duck in picture). Perfect every single time!
