Melenzane 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best Italian restaurants in Al Khobar with good vibes and cozy interior design. Super delicious and a great quality food. Each dish is better than the other one and my favorite dish is the kiki salad. As soon as you’re seated they serve you a special fresh bread with sun-dried tomato. The appetizers are very delicious and special. Overall, the food is excellent and this place is worth a visit. Surprisingly delicious Italian fare. We ordered their pomodoro soup and hands down the best one in the Eastern province. The Casarecce Rosa Pasta is delightful with a hybrid white and red sauce served with a healthy serving of melted mozzarella cheese. The staff is very attentive. The theme for me is a little too dark and uninviting for an Italian restaurant. Feels more like a bar but it does not really take away from the experience.

The way between seats upstairs is a bit compact but cozy,the staff is accommodating and friendly, we ordered the lime slice cake,green and mint tea, followed by crisp baby potatoes, sautéed veges with parmesan ,these small burgers I forget their name,and the mansano (not sure of the name) but it was steak with mustard cream sauce over an array of veges and beans. Everything was lovely,I ordered my steak medium and it was done nicely. Overall I liked this restaurant and will go back there.

This place could be very good with better management and more considerate, aware and courteous waiters. The overall rustic decor is nice and the seating arrangement is alright. Seats could be better. This is not the place for an elongated lunch or dinner. For the restaurant’s benefit, here’s my concern with the service: We walked in a good 20 minutes before iftar time in Ramadan. At least 30 minutes passed without any waiter offering to take our order. I had to chase them to get a dates and water to break our fast. I also complained about high and cold airflow where I was seated. It was also noisy. The waiter acknowledged the problem with the AC at this location but said he couldn’t do anything about it as they were waiting for the AC to be repaired. Note that when I walked in there were plenty of vacant tables. He could have simply warned me about the AC or recommended a different location. Also, you could hardly understand the waiter, who spoke very fast in an extremely low voice. The food variety was good and it tasted generally OK. The Pizza, coffee and desert were good. Prices on the high end. This place has the potential to be a lot more attractive in terms of service and experience. I would not visit again anytime soon. I’d rather give this place a year or so before trying it again just to give the owners sometime to inject better waiters into the service team.

I love this place. I visited on the Saudi national day, and they had an offer 93 SAR per person (without VAT). Including: appetizer, main course, dessert, and a soft drink. - Flaming chicken was the best, it’s a must have. - The risotto with mushroom sauce was ok, nothing special. - both desserts were amazing the chocolate cake and the brûlée .. must try Overall if you haven’t tried this place already, you’re missing out.

Our experience was excellent. The food was absolutely lovely and out of this world. Staff was friendly and appropriate. Prices were average to slightly the higher side. Definitely would be my favourite italian restaurant in the area thus far. Only negative comment was that the pizza was served warm rather than hot but it wasn’t too much of a problem.

We got the Manzo pizza it was so delicious, the pocket pasta was ok. strawberry mojito is a must.

Price , quality, taste and presentation are excellent. It has variety to choose. I loved all 5 menus I posted. Interior is chic with high ceiling. Highly recommend this place. It was recommended by many friends . I am so satisfied with service and foods. Bolognese pasta 64sr. Catania47sr

A beautiful restaurant with dim lighting. Boss Mr Hadi is the one who made the restaurant beautiful with morals and his attention to the smallest details and listening to the opinions of customers. Thank you to the management for their good choice of the hero. I have a note on the prices are higher than normal, Pizza prices are high and totally unacceptable

Lovely place and great vibe. We ordered Capra salad which was amazing loved the combination of caramelized onions and salad. Also we add two main courses lasagna and short ribs risoto both were fine. However, I have to mention the prices were so high

Bad and very slow service, the food is average but overpriced. The table and chairs are not clean and forks had a smell. I was avoid trying this restaurant for no reason but after my first try I have a lot of reasons for not recommending it.

Great experience and great food. And the mango salad is so super delicious, there were so many flavors that perfectly fit together I loved it. The pizza dough was also soft and crunchy!!

Great service. All the waiters was too friendly and helpful. All the dishes was perfectly done. Specially the short ribs risotto was juicy and tender best recommended dish. The oregano fries was average. Pasta was al dente even the thickeness of the rose sauce was great. Thanks for the service 👌

This place Is heaven for all the Italian Food lovers. The moment you pass by this place you can smell fresh pizza in making. Could not resist to try out this cute pizza 🍕. Tried their Chicken Lasagne. I would have ordered more but I was so full. Everything was so freshly baked in front of you. The lasagne was so cheesy and yummy with layers of fresh pasta sheet. pizza very thick and delicious. This place has a wide range of home-made handcrafted pastas and pizza. A highly recommend place.

The food is okay, I liked the pasta. We ordered one of the fries in the menu and it wasn't good at all to be honest. I would recommend the pasta. The only thing is that I think it's a bit overpriced. The least favorite part of the restaurant is the stairs.

Good Rustic Look….! To go choice for Italian in a posh neighbourhood in Khobar. Visited with family. Very well managed by the guys here. Courteous staff. Clean. Tried Pasta A la Zumano Formaggio Fungi Strawberry Mojito and Lemon Mojito……👍 Freshly made Orange juice. Strawberry is MUST NOT MISS……! Excellent service. Parking available though quite busy in the evening. Special mention for the staff: Sudha, Nithin, Abhishek, Sujil and the manager too. Keep it up guys.

This place is amazing! It was so good that I went back twice in the same weekend. I've been looking for a great Italian restaurant and this place was it. The lasagna was probably the best I've ever had. I also got mixed grilled veggies and a few appetizers to include the calamari. Can't wait to go back.

Delicious food . It’s vegetarian friendly. Have plenty of options. The ambience had a good concept. I would recommend must try aubergine casserole. New favorite place for Italian 🤌🏼🤌🏼

2021.06.15 The Italian restaurant is in a good location with enough space on both floors. We ordered pizza, pasta, salad and pepperoni fries. The food did taste delicious. Food came on time. Quick service.

The food was great. The beverage I wouldn’t order it again it’s underwhelming, And I just don’t like the vibes of the interior because I don’t like dark places…

-Quiet Place to have a dinner here . - I like the food in general except the mushroom soup . - The service was a little bit slow otherwise they don’t have a lot of customer that night.

We had a great time at Melenzane! The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our waiter Mahesh. We will definitely come again!

A great Italian eatery, but don't take the food home. I had an amazing salmon with a dill mashed potatoe, but the goats cheese salad was delicious while I was there. However, I took the salad home as well as a calamari dish and upon reheating found they were soaked in grease that was inedible. My advice to the kitchen is to change the oil daily and not every other day. I was looking forward to a lovely evening meal and had to throw it away.....not cheap! So, to sum up. A lovely place to eat in with a great service, but anything cooked in oil don't take home.

The food is very delicious and the variety of the menu is appreciated🙏🏽. The only flaw of the restaurant is the lighting why is it so dark even at noon? And the decor is pretty depressing and bland...
