    We have received very good treatment at the time of our son’s birth. The gynecologist was very experienced and helpful. All the stuff and nurses are specially well mannered and supportive. The VIP cabin is big and beautiful. Surprisingly the hospital send us flowers bouquet at our home.

    Worst hospital I have ever dealt with. Especially their insurance department not linked with my insurance company that is well known…although I was insured, their system wasn’t working and my family had an emergency. My wife was in labor and they made her wait in ER for 45 mins just to open her file. The person at the emergency reception says he does not have the username password to log into the insurance portal to check as the details were with another colleague who’ll come in the next shift!!! I mean seriously??? That’s not my bloody concern! They asked me to pay cash and reimburse later from the Admin office. First the admin/insurance office made me wait 1 whole day to get the approval for the cash I had paid, then when it was approved, then they say we will not pay cash and give me a cheque which will be ready in a week!!! So I have to visit again after a week. They are making me run for my own money! Shame of the hospital, it’s service, as well as the senior management like the directors and CEO…wonder how this place is still running…

    If you are caring about your self and about your family never ever go to this facility because I can't call it hospital. Unfortunately very bad service. Doctor didn't know the procedure How to write the medicines. Medical approval staff very rude, unprofessional and they didn't care about the patient and he is taking rest every 10 minutes about 15 minutes. The pharmacy in the another level of unknow any thing about any things. I spent for my daughter around two hours to dispensing the prescription and at the end I can't do because the medical approval office they didn't know where the problem and doctor in the pharmacy also he didn't know what is the problem. In the another hand, next day I went to another hospital and I finished the appointment and dispensing the prescription with in half an hour.

    At first I was very happy with everything. I had a surgery and everyone was amazing. The next day, due to a nurse mistake, I fell in the bathroom and broke my ankle. She left me alone for a long time and when she came I was too dizzy and I fainted and fell down on my foot. Initially the nurse didn’t want to report and I was in pain for a good thirty minutes. She eventually called the orthopedist and did an x-ray which confirmed the injury. The next day I filled an official complaint and everyone was responsive and sympathetic. I got an apology from multiple people in high positions and got transferred to VIP room. I kept telling them that I only want to be treated since I do not have insurance. I’m not paying in cash for their mistake. They verbally said that the cast is on them, but never confirmed that I’ll finish my treatment there. I got discharged without any paper to confirm what happened and they even refused to give me a sickleave since I won’t be able to leave the bed for six weeks (the system they say!). They told me verbally to come after one week for a follow up. I called to make the appointment to find that there is nothing about follow up on their system! I tried calling patient relations, they don’t pick up the phone. So now I need to go on the day of the appointment and either pay cash to finish my treatment (including doctors visits, x-rays, and cast renewal if needed) or run around, with a broken ankle, to ask about my treatment plan that I was promised! It felt that they wanted to get this swept under the rug, get me on cast and I become somebody else’s problem. While in person they acknowledge the mistake, they didn’t want to see me through this by proactively providing the care I need until I am clear. It also seems that they didn’t want any documentation that links to this incident. My discharge paper mentions that I was clear from the surgical department and did not say anything about the orthopedic department. This is clearly unprofessional and highly questionable in terms on working ethics. Was I cleared by the orthopedic department to be discharged? Never again!

    Bad service. I went for pcr testing for my international travel. They informed Result will come in 24 hrs maximum. When it didn’t came in 24 hrs, they informed they sent the sample next day morning. So they asked me to wait another 12 hrs. After another 12 hrs result didn’t came. As I had to travel I didn’t want to take risk I approached another hospital for pcr test and I got the result in 8 hrs!! It is 48 hrs now but no report from Procare till now!!! Totally lost staff, bad communication, they do not speak English so difficult for any non Arabic speaking expatriate.

    Worst experience ever! I needed to see an ENT doctor. So I attended on time and the doctor was in a rush. We barely spent 5 min in his office. He examined me very fast for my nasal allergy and needed to get done fast. When I went down for insurance approval, had to wait for more than an hour while only one employee was working on data entry. The queue was very long and people were frowning. I also had to make a fuss so that they give me the papers after 1hr 15 min. This place is just a waste of time and I will never visit it again!!!

    Poor customer service in most divisions. Staff needs training deal with people, some of them were shouting on patients. System of lab test is very slow. Clinical reports : the staff is careless, playing with the mobile and doesn’t show any care to my request. I think if thing stay as it is, I will not visit again

    My experience with deliver was very bad in this hospital. I was in horrific pain and they wouldn’t do anything. Mu husband bought 4 doses of epidural from other hospital because they didn’t have which is absurd.they used one dose on me charged the price and kept all 3 doses left for themselves.

    DON’t book any appointment because you will never get to see the doctor on time. (Still waiting for more than 30 minutes) They will let walk in patients see the doctor before patients who have appointments. They really don’t care about your time at all. I Don’t think I will come here again.

    Although there are good doctor stuff. But, the system is the worst system in any hospital specially pharmacy. 99% of medicine is not available and you have to wait at least one hour for insurance to approve your medicine then search for out pharmacy and wait another one hour till pharmacy receives another approval. You have to waist all of your day to complete check and receiving your medicine and back to your home.

    Hospital is good but employees do not get their rights. Salaries are also being given delayed. For example: salary for month of July will be given on August yet it is still getting delayed. What a shame for the management who doesn't know to take care of their employees.

    This is the worst experience in my life. I did not see this level of poor customer service and this level of coordination. everything you should chase it by yourself otherwise it will be totally forgotten. I thank god that it is only a preemployment check only, I cannot imagine patients in critical situation. Nurses are uptight and always out of their tune. Only the doctor tried to help me and he escorted me to every step to expedite my checkups! Patients relationship office never picked a telephone.

    Worst hospital I ever dealt with! My sister in law booked with this hospital to deliver her baby since her Doctor works there. Unfortunately, she had COVID19 and apparently, the hospital is not prepared for such cases. They did not make her feel comfortable nor welcomed. They dealt with her as I she is too contagious and dangerous and did not assist her only a little. They left her hours alone in the room and for long times without any food. Worst service ever!!! I do not need to continue explaining as you can imagine the rest of this horrible experience.

    Super bad experience, I've been hospitalized today, my shift doctor never came to visit 🙃 I have requested drinking water like any hospital they have gave me 330ml bottle for the wholle night after requesting many many times , finally I have been in pain for the last 2 hours and I have requested to see the doctor with no luck. Finally nursing team will give you injections, test the vital signs.....with naked hands ✋️ 🙌

    I had a horrible experience in this hospital since first moment I entered it. Hospital looks very dirty, hygiene level is zero, the prove for that is cockroach, which was sitting in the waiting area for patients, where too much kids and patients. My experience with dermatologist dr. Husam also wasn’t that pleasant, as doctor was purely commercial. He wrote in the prescription different procedure, than needed to take the maximum amount from the insurance. If you care about your health and pocket, don’t go to this hospital!

    WORSE hospital! AC do not work! The nurses do not know what they are doing to be honest. All of their equipment is old and dirty. No place to sit in the waiting area. Too crowded and dirty. doctors will see you after one hour even if you have an appointment!!

    The hospital did not follow any of the protocols when check my son into the ER. They did not do all the proper checks to make sure there was not a torn muscle, fractured or broken bone. They doctor didn't even bother moving his foot to see if he had major injuries. The nurse walked in and started applying an ointment that we brought from the house and applied it thinking that the doctor instructed her to do so. It is sad that our kids are under the mercy of such poorly trained doctor and nurse. I cannot speak for all the doctors and nurses there. All I can say is that we had a horrible experience and i do not suggest their services. All that being said they never even gave us a prescription or paperwork from the hospital on his check up.

    Worse hospital ever! The AC were not working at all. I asked the receptionist & she casually told me it's not working from 2 weeks! Crowded and takes hours even if you have an appointment. Pharmacy shelves were completly empty! we were asked to take our medications from outside Pharmacies! It seemed like this hospital is Bankrupt/Closing down.

    This is by far… the worst, healthcare provider, ever. I travel a lot, and I have never seen such bad service & unprofessionalism compared to how much they charge. This is a terrible place & I do not recommend anyone to come in here for any service.

    It's my 2nd time here & will probably be my last. I seriously don't get some of these high praises.. it's confusing from the moment you step in. I didn't know where to go register, see a doctor etc. The receptionist mistakenly charged me a normal price even tho i have insurance. The didn't explain to me properly. It was frustrating. they need to be more organized.

    I have been bringing my children to Dr Absi the pediatrician for 10 years. This is because he never prescribes unnecessary treatment, or asks for unnecessary tests (such as X-rays or ultrasounds), which is different to other pediatricians I have dealt with in other hospitals. I have found him to be ethical, and professional in all interactions and highly recommend him.

    It has some really good doctors and nurses especially the pediatric section and this is the only reason i go there , other than that it is really bad ; receptionists are not nice and really slow in doing their job only if you find a receptionist ; many times i go there in rush hours and find only one or two receptionists to help like fifty customers . The insurance office is the worst part ; they have a really bad attitude , work slowly , they tell us that they’re gonna call our names when the approval is received and you wait but they don’t call so you wait much longer than you should , whenever i go there i feel really tired because i spend 2-3 hours on an hour process . Booking appointments can be really difficult because the website crashes alot , and when i try to call them sometimes nobody answers , there is a time when i needed to call them to book an online appointment for my child because it is safer than going there in the corona virus time ( the doctor advised me ) i am not exaggerating when i say i had to try all day long but there was no answer neither through phone call nor the whatsapp .

    I visited dermatologist Hosam Yousef for skin allergy . At first without asking he gave me lots of lab test & Complete urine analysis. Day after I did the follow up he gave me more test like T3 & Thyroxine (FT4) Glucouse (serum) fasting, SGPT/ALT without any medication. 2 Days later with new appointment I visited him & I showed him my skin allergy. Without any medication he told me visit another doctor in the same hospital. I have a question; Is he real Doctor or Butcher?

Glory be to HIM for the devine provision and granting my life back when I was in critical situation by bringing me into this, "my life saver hospital. PRO CARE HOSPITAL for me is a home of Best and professional doctors and nurses. They said these are their job to treat patient but for me I see something special in their way, I'm so gratefully thankful that I'm so alive and continuing the new phase of my journey. As I remember when I first arrived at the hospital my situation was very critical, I was just hoping and praying that may Allah will touch the minds and hands of the doctors and save me from the so much pain that I've been suffering due to negligence of others. I'm so sick but what real doctors did was never missed in my eyes.. they were so rigid in checking my problem..I was amazed in God's name really... Alhamdulillah ! They did everything to come up into a solution. In short they did a Successful operation in my abdomen and it made me free from a bad situation , though I went through a lot of this and this to recovery but then I surpassed it all...thnks to Allah . So from there I have to reminisce the phrases that made me feel I was not just treated but also cared in PRO CARE. " We are not allowing the severity of a patient " a phrase from Dr.AHMAD when he heard me coughing and catching my breath he instruct them and I feel relief . "He said he came to torture me in removing drain, but amazingly it was a magic really because the drain has been removed before I realized it. Very light handed Dr. Shariff.. thnks po! Even extracting blood no pain . To Dr. Sami an expert in finding my veins, To Doctor Ramadan who taking care well of operation thnks much doc... Dra. Noha who gave a relief for my sleepless nights.     They were bad years ago now they’re even worse, the receptionist booked me an appointment at 8 a.m when there is no one in the hospital except the securities and the help, the doctor who they claims she open at 8 a.m arrived 8:40 which is not acceptable. After paying and doing all the tests i needed they asked me to come back after 4 hours to hand the medical report to the department because they never heard of something called system :) i did came back then the employee shocked me with a false fact of the system not going to work to upload my test results until 1 month i checked with the ministry of health the system is working just fine i will definitely issue a complain to the ministry of health i will never go back Update: after 3 days of the above review they contacted me regarding the issue i faced today Ms. Saja is extremely nice and welcoming she took my complaint seriously and promised to solve the issue. I appreciate it when organizations care enough about their customers even after the service.

    I have been to Procare a lot of times in the past but yesterday was impressive. The new management is really doing great as my patient experience was excellent. I came to ER with a very bad migraine. Usually, in other hospitals when I come with my arab husband, I would be judged and not catered accordingly. Yesterday, in Procare I was accomodated nicely without hesitation. Doctors’ management and nursing service was great. Kudos to the new management!!! ❤️❤️❤️

    My experience with Dr. Hossam Yousef in ProCare since 2016 and he never failed me! Honestly he is the best dermatologist that I’ve encountered with the best treatment plan!     ```Careless staff in Insurance , Reception & documentary work in general , which making everything slow and you have to spend 3 to 4 hours every time you visit this hospital, iam writing this review now on 12-09-2021 while waiting for them to modify a mistake done by them during uploading a Request on 07-09-2021 for medical check ups for my Pregnant Wife and due to this mistake this check ups still pending and even there is no one to complain to , Procare is Very bad in my opinion and if you have any other choices go with it , i want to give Zero star but this choice isn’t available.```

    الرعايه الطبيه ممتازه جداً ،، لكن الخدمات سيئه اعطيها 4/10 دورات المياه متواضعه وطول الوقت مافيها محارم ومناديل لايوجد مصلى داخلي للرجال ولا يوجد سرعة تجاوب من الممرضين والموظفين اغلب الوقت المكاتب فاضيه لكن احقاقاً للحق يخدمونك بعد ماتتعنى في البحث عنهم ومكتب التامين لاتثق فيه يقول كلام بالليل ويمحاه بالنهار

    They have the worst system in attending patient needs. First time this happened to me wherein I need only an MRI but their system is to go to a doctor to have a request for the scan in which this is not what is going on in almost all hospital i visited with from before. Insurance department have the worst waiting time. The hospital is JCI and CbAHi accredited but they do not stand on their accreditation reputation. Although the physical structure of building and office are good but it is the opposite for the employees. There are a few who are very accommodating, the security guard in the OPD entrance near the insurance office is very well mannered. Those sitting in offices are just moving around the hospital doing nothing and killing time. A very bad experience.

    My review is for Nahdi pharmacy located inside Procare hospital. The most idiot and careless pharmacists are working here. Pediatric specialist doctor prescribed one injection and some other medicines for my daughter, the pharmacist just ignored that injection and gave me other medicines, when I asked him about that injection he was like.. "that is not important, required for emergency only, no need for that.." When I told him this is emergency case, doctor prescribed it for some reason, I need it urgently, then he said that is not available if you want go and check other pharmacies! and returned the prescription. There is no one to supervise them or teach them some manners???

    Dr Murtada Alsaihiti provided an excellent dentist experience..Dr Murtada took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was.. he is very informative and let you know every step of the way what's going on..he was professional ..he really took the time necessary to do everything right...he is perfectionist,friendly,compassionate..he makes you feel comfortable..great atmosphere😊

    Very bad experience after baby delivery. We selected this hospital for child delivery purely on the basis on the good reviews of the Gynea Doctors we received after talking to other patients during our check-up and follow up visits. Medical staff in the labor room were helpful, understanding, caring and skillful but after shifting from labor room, the experience was completely opposite. Room shown and provided were different. Air condition was not working properly. Complained several times to the nurses. Wife had to stay in that room whole night without proper cooling and next day early morning, nurses came to sign the discharge documents. Indian nurses were rude. Meal & service for patient (wife) was extremely poor. Pathetic caring experience after baby delivery.

    Good day! The experience on delivering my baby here in procare hospital was so amazing. My OB dra. Mervat is so kind, she really took good care of me and my baby until i deliver him. We are so thankful. And i'd like to thank Ms. Amal for the foot and hand print gift frame. My son really loves ut. And its a very nice gift and idea as avery memorable gift. So beautiful and anazing!! Thank you so much ❤️❤️

    All the staff , from the Nurses to the Housekeeping, to all the other departments who served me were more than excellent .. They took utmost care of me during my stay here and made me comfortable. I'm truly honoured to have registered myself in procare hospital and would recommend to everyone I know. Dr Sulieman has been our Dr the majority of the time but Dr shazia was exceptional alongside . Dr sara did my delivery who was no less of an Angel ,made me stronger. .another who I met ,Dr Ayesha.
