This place gives you that vibe that you are not in Kimberley as it is so refreshing to be. The hotel is lovely, have modern design and finishes right in the heart of Kimberly. The staff members are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel amenities are great and user friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and perfect for any kind of a stay weather long or shot. I wish they had lots of rooms available as the number of Rooms runs out quickly. One should book the room in time to avoid disappointments. I just love what management and the designers/architectural did with the limited space available to come up with this gem of a design inside a small space in the heart of Kimberley. Looking forward to the next visit

Rooms are neat as a pin, all the luxury you exspect from a 4 star establishment. The restaurant upstairs has a beautiful view at sunset and the food is exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to ant one traveling to Kimberley for Business or pleasure.

The hotel is giving modern chic vibes. Situated in a very safe location that is very close to a shopping center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was another wow experience, the chefs served us the best meals and the ambiance was great. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure or business.👌👌

This is a really pretty hotel, with lovely looking rooms but I had a truly terrible experience, which I am hoping is an outlier. My room should absolutely not have been booked out to any human. I arrived at 6pm and the room was not ready, I waited about 45 minutes until I good go to the room. it smelt so badly of still, dirty water. I spoke to housekeeping, who was still in my room, making the bed, she said yes the drain is an ongoing issue she's alerted management to. She then, at 7pm, drained it and threw some chemicals in to diffuse the smell. My room smelt chemical. I went out for dinner and left the balcony open to clear the smell. At 10pm I returned with the room smelling 10x worse. From 10pm until 11pm the night manager, who also admitted to knowing this was a problem, had to try to sort out the room, threw even stronger chemicals in the bathroom, making me high from the fumes. I had to keep the room door open until it was okay for me to sleep. The next morning the kitchen staff were also not very friendly or helpful at breakfast. A truly terrible experience.

Worse place to host conferences only a single unisex bathroom on level 3. Otherwise, you have to use level 1 bathroom, which is also a single unisex bathroom. Poor service

I took a chance on this restaurant - I'm so glad I did. Game is not an easy dish to prepare, the chef most certainly got it right. The fillet mignon was just as delicious. If you are wanting to spoil that special person this would be the the place to go. Well done chef and staff.

First time visit.The place fittings outstanding 4star standard. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom poor. Restaurant food,oil used, smelled like old oil. My advice is for management to supervise or train staff so as to improve service rendered. I've experienced a lot of issues, which made me think that may be due to a lack of training or supervision

25 December 2022. I celebrated my birthday there. It was so nice. I really enjoyed it. Their service. Care and they welcomed us well and they are very friendly

The service this time was very poor, the waitress kept on forgetting our orders, or bringing them late. There isn't enough staff at the restaurant, they forget even the things you ordered because they don't write down orders. We even had to cancel our last drinks because of waiting forever for them. Not enough parking for guests coming to the restaurant.

Wow what a Gem in the City that Sparkles, the view form the Restaurant is breath taking at night, we enjoyed the Lamb Shank and Oxtail. Rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you need. Netflix available on TV's what more do you want. Keep up the great work guys staff are amazing and very help full. We will be back!!

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds and the breakfast was delicious. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay .

A beautifully appointed boutique hotel created by the stunning owner and hostess Tsholo. Delicious food in beautiful contemporary style. Great ambience with jazz playing over the hubbub of patrons enjoying themselves. We were fortunate to have a view of a Highveld rainstorm on the horizon on the rooftop terrace,! Oh and did I mention the delicious food?

The rooftop bar is a lovely gem hidden here in old kby. Food is delicious and drinks are great. And the sunsets are amazing. Really helps to imagine kby in a different way. The vibes and music were also perfect for a casual meet-up and didn't get too stuffy or busy. I will say though, the restaurant should remove items on its menu that it apparently hasn't served in ages - according to a waitress - as that was a bit disappointing when neither your first or second options are available.

The hotel is immaculate, what you see on the picture is exactly how it looks. It clean, comfortable and beautiful. The attention to detail in the room really delivers on the boutique hotel experience. The staff is great, responsive and helpful. The food is good. It offers an all round great experience I would recommend to anyone traveling.

Appalling service. Orders taken in advance for a group 30 guests. When we arrived, new menus were offered. We had arrived at 6 and at 8 we still don't have meals. Some have starters albeit cold. What a mockery of an apparently boutique hotel.

Starters were cold, main courses were cold , waited for an hour for meals. Music was too loud, my first and last visit to this establishment. An extremely sad evening to spend my surprise 52nd birthday party. Really disappointed. Dr. Govender.

The ambiance of the restaurant was really nice , great views and decor . Unfortunately the steak was over cooked . The burgers are excellent (can't go wrong with a burger ). All in all I do recommend this place for sundowners on Sunday or any day of the week .

This is a beautiful place, great staff and awesome restaurant. Thou I do wish there at least two toilets - separated according to genders and more parking space. But I'd go back there.

This has got to be the worst service ever. First we asked for 3 wines on the menu not one available. We were a large group who all ordered 2 courses. Some of us are still waiting for the first course. Many walked away with only one. If they couldn't cope with such a large group they should have said so. Sorry guys maybe you have another stream of income but you won't be getting me back.

Looks better in real life than photos! We had such a fantastic stay at NARE Boutique hotel. From the seamless , efficient booking directly from them, to our arrival! The team is truly passionate about their work and super friendly and helpful! We had a work function and we used the conference room and also got assistance from the team moving around and setting up upon our arrival. Rooms are gorgeous and the finishes are absolutely stunning and very well thought out! Perfection all rounder!!!! There’s Wi-Fi and well sized smart tvs in all rooms 👌! Air conditioning is good too! Food is absolutely delicious and the kitchen staff is really passionate about their industry! Oh and make sure you go upstairs to Anastasia restaurant for a good time, bubbles, food, cake and a beautiful view of Kimberly! Thank you so much for accommodating us and for such a lovely stay! We will definitely be back again!

The restaurant doesn’t even need this one star. I reserved a table when we got there, my name was not on the list. Fine, they give us a table anyway. The food was cold and we asked them to warm it up, it came back still cold. I am definitely not coming back again. This place ruined my date! I am typing this while at the restaurant waiting to pay so that we could leave. Would have been better to have ordered in and stayed in doors!! Bad service
