After reading the reviews on other hotels. I called here and they were very nice. They let us reserve a ground-floor room and since we travel with our Little dog, They let us check in early. I was very happy with the choice I made. Nothing fancy and everything we needed. Since I based my choice on others experiences, I hope this helps someone else.

Hotel was very accommodating of my last minute decision to brings my dogs. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was surprisingly quite clean and the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and the water pressure was lovely. Nice size flat screen TV and refrigerator. The room does not have a coffee pot (quite a bummer), staff tells me it's for health safety, so, bring your own or go by Walmart. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit the family.

Didn't have reservations yet Lou couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. She got a room for my daughters and dogs plus one for me. Prices were great, rooms clean. A/C works good. Thank you miss Lou for your help and friendly professionalism.

Great motel. Newly renovated rooms, clean, comfortable beds. The new finishes look great. The staff is always friendly. I stay here because you can get a room on the first floor and pull right up to your room. When traveling alone, I feel very safe here. It is super quiet and convenient to 95.

What a pleasant surprise! My husband, furbaby and I stopped here at 1:30 in the morning. The hotel room was immaculate, the bed was ultra comfortable and the breakfast hour was perfect between 6 AM and 10 AM. That give ample time to eat before getting on the road drive again. It may be the only hotel, that when we took a shower, the water did not leak everywhere on the floor from the shower curtain. That was refreshing. It was a quick stop before resuming our drive, but the little that we experienced was enough to look for this hotel the next time we have to travel at a state. I'm enclosing two pictures. Our furbaby bolted into the room and onto the bed before my husband and I fully entered the room. She made herself comfortable on the bed, but we had to move her, so we could sleep. It's s king size bed, so she ended up sleeping between us all night. She looked very happy and peaceful. 💖🐕😎🐾🐶 In addition, love the extended reading lamp on the wall. It was perfect! Thank you for everything and the hospitality.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Went above and beyond! Better rates for the quality of the hotel than other places in the area. Nice room and breakfast. Strong recommend.

Another one of Wyndham's great properties. I have no idea where the person stayed that talked about chipped tiles in the bathroom. The only tiles in the bathroom are on the floor and they were in great shape. Very comfortable beds. Quiet but within walking distance of 2 restaurants.

My wife is a traveling pathologist. She's from the Jacksonville and the St Mary's area. We had time in between contracts and came down to visit family in Kingsland. We read the reviews online and saw the location. We figured we would give it a shot. Not only is this the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed at but it hands down is one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. We are currently here for another day before traveling again. But on our way back up north we will be stopping back for an evening. That's how's much we have enjoyed our stay here. If you're going up and down 95 and they're not ready to deal with Jacksonville's traffic or you're dreading the long drive back up 95 North like we are this is a great place to stay.

Pulled up diagonally in a parking area with absolutely no people around just to let my wife and two little girls out of the car. A lady came out of the office and immediately started yelling at us that we couldn’t park there. We told her we were just doing a drop off, and she continued to stare. Super unfriendly and unprofessional.

Definitely would stay here again! We got in late and Ms. Lou the front desk lady could not have been any nicer! She was patient with us after a long day of moving. The rooms were well cleaned, the air conditioning worked like a charm and it was a quiet night.

Fun, Lively little town, but was probably because College football games where that night I was there and it seemed everyone out and about was really having a good night. Apparently they also have a party train of some sort that went back and forth through town with people having almost too much fun, but then what's that mean? Too much money. No such thing. Hotels itself and staff were more then acceptable and all the guests where friendly.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy but the rates are affordable and the room was clean. Our room had new paint and an upgraded bathroom. Very comfortable beds, and it was a quiet night. Easy access from the highway and it seems to be in a safe neighborhood. Will definably be staying here again on our future travels.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Location is perfect. Right off the freeway and I couldn’t even hear the traffic noise. The room is a tad dated but clean and comfortable.

Reservation was made for the wrong night. Spoke to someone at the hotel. They refused to change it. Told me to buy another room. What's the point of being a rewards member? What's the point of years of staying here if the don't help when something goes wrong? Absolute bottom feeders here.

Stayed here and was very happy with how clean it was. The beds were very comfortable too. They could improve on breakfast selections and variety but overall a very good place to stay. I would stay again. Convenient to get to off the road traveling too.

The staff was friendly. Very affordable place to stay for the night. The bed was actually very comfortable and the pillows!! The morning breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts I’ve had. Can’t forget about the Cracker Barrel right across for convenience!!! Thank you Baymont.

Nice staff. So very sweet and accommodating. Room was outdated. Door looked like it had been kicked in from the inside. Mirror was crooked and that bothers me because I am silly like that. I took a picture to make fun of it to my husband. Daughter was so embarassed 🤣Breakfast was good.

Hole in the middle of the tub, A/C sounded like a helicopter all night,, and no ice in the machine. Don't waste your money at this place. This gives Wyndham a bad name.

Great night staff Jessica. Cozy little rooms. But heavy smell of mildew in each room. Really bad smell. Breakfast was bad. They seem to be using unnamed 3rd world products . These tastes I've never tasted before were horrible. The orange was not oj thats sad. Won't stay again ever due to the smell alone

Everything was very clean, I never saw any bugs which was amazing. The continental breakfast was widespread and awesome overall we had an amazing stay.

The bathroom had a smell that wasn't pleasant and the pool looked very questionable. This was on a stop on my way to Florida so I won't be back or recommend it for anything other than to sleep

My fiancé and I arrived to check in at 6:55. Apparently if you arrive after 6 they will preauthorize your card, which is fine. However I was not made aware that an additional duplicate charge would be processed and remain pending on the account for 3-10 business days. We laid down to sleep at 10 PM and the AC was barely working, we considered going to the front desk but the fire alarm began going off. Front desk was unable to disarm alarm from 10-11 and fire/police services had to come. The fire department had to bang on the sensor multiple times to get it to turn off and notated there was no reason of our fault for this alarm to go off. Once emergency services left we decided to leave as well, our stay had been completely ruined. The front desk associate offered to reverse the charge as we had been at the hotel for only a few hours/ our bad experience. The next day I noticed the two charges on our account so I called to speak with management. No management available on Sunday so waited to speak with Mr. Patel on Monday between 9-2. Mr. Patel refused my refund as the front desk associate made no notation of his promise. Mr. Patel agreed to call me back after speaking to the associate. Upon following up he informed me that the associate may have mentioned the reversal but because I did not ask for the refund myself, he refused to honor the verbal promise. The entire experience (my birthday weekend) was traumatic and I will be reporting these transactions as fraudulent. My 1 star rating is based off the facilities being run down, AC working poorly, and rude/unethical staff/management. Take your money elsewhere.

The decor was very nice and clean. The girl at the front desk was wonderful! The only drawback is that they have roaches!!! I'm so upset every time I looked up there was roaches climbing up the walls and into our drinks.

Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here .. the room smelled bad the refrigerator and microwave was dirty , the tub was clogged up , the sink was dirty , me and my husband was coughing and sneezing all night because there was mold in the walls when we turned on the heater it smell like strong cigarette smoke we called down to the office to get a better room and she said there are no rooms available. The beds was uncomfortable .At 11am checkout some how they know how to disconnect the WiFi . And the housekeeper left a note saying enjoy you’re stay wow the stay was a nightmare.. we ask for a refund no refund . The price of the the hotel was to high that hotel is literally worth 50 a night not 130 a night just ridiculous..
