Homesick so decided to walk 2 miles for this place to feel at home. Wasn't greeted and got a dirty look from the western girl working there so I just left. Go the hub British pub around the corner, much friendlier and welcoming staff.

Cosy, Irish pub with Guinness on tap. The staff are friendly and chatty. English is spoken. There is a good food menu and a range of spirits, including Irish whiskeys. Kilkennys is not served here.

If you’re Irish, save your money and don’t bother visiting. The only thing Irish about this place is the name. I’m not sure if the older man there was staff or not, but when I mentioned they seemed to be favouring British music over actual Irish artists or even trad tunes, he told me to “get out” and stop being political. Seems like just another place that wants to see Ireland as an extension to Britain (or just cherry pick the things they like), disappointing to be so rudely spoken to and even about my own culture.

Friendly staff and a rotating selection of craft beers. A little on the small side and I didn't see a food menu. Go for the beer selection and chat with the staff.

You can have great time here especially there is a big football game. You can watch it on a big screen. But there is no food menu, so you have to have something before coming here!

Thank god they started selling food again- great casual food - dogs, fries , fish & chips, pizza at reasonable prices. Small and friendly but weekends can liven up.
