The staff members were so friendly and welcoming. I wanted to cancel my reservation after checking in, as I had to leave the city. They accepted my request and provided me with a full refund even though I entered the room and put my stuff in it. They were so generous and didn’t consider it a problem. I was delighted with their attitude though I had short time experience.

It was awful, the room was full with insects, we were 4 people’s and there were only 2 towels. The room smells like eggs all night. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! WE PAY 80 EURO FOR THAT!!!!

It's a really great hotel. First, the reception is absolutely great. So friendly and understanding, they even give you ideas on what to do. You can tell them to prepare your food, you can tell them to arrange an event at the balcony and more. The rooms are great too. You can select rooms from 1 to 4 people. The rooms are equipped with nice looking and comfy beds and a great TV with a lot of channels and storage to put your stuff. And there's a phone in case something happens you can call the staff for something or if you ordered something they can call you. There is Wi-Fi too, but sometimes it's difficult to connect and sometimes the signal it's a little weak. Other than that the hotel is great and I definitely recommend it!

I have stopped just for a cup of coffee and the only thing I can say was that the staff were very welcoming and polite. Good services.

The room didn't have any carpets, the bathroom socket was hanging from the wall very dangerous stuff, we didn't have any bedside lamps, they were missing, only 1 pair of towels for a triple room, the shower was dusty and dirty on the outside, we didn't have any toilet paper when we arrived in the room we had to ask for it at 4 o'clock am and we paid 250 Turkish lira which is a lot for a room like that. Disappointed!!!!😥😱😰😟

Very reasonable prising. Owner is a lovely, helpful, engaging gentleman. All great staff from doorman to maids. Breakfast staff realy helpful. Great food. Give pay rise for B/fast chef. Will definitely call back.

Satisfied by the stuff - they are wonderful! May be it needs to be renew a little bit - the carpet's floor is not so recommended for an hotel - it's almost dirty in the lift. And when it is so far from the town, guets need a real restaurant for, at least - the dinner! But I liked!
