The restaurant was crowded so the service was bad 5/10, but the food was delicious and tasty 9/10. The atmosphere is nice especially when the sun is setting 10/10, Good to try.

We had an amazing meal for two adults for 550Lira. We were firstly served with freshly made bread and appetizers free of charge with a salad. We ordered the slow-cooked lamb as you can see was very tender and pulled apart easily from the bone. The lamb could easily feed four adults with the extra bread etc. They also provided a free yoghurt drink Aryan which locals seem to have while dining here in Turkey! We then were served dessert (icecream with semolina helva and baklava), and Turkish tea. The customer service here was outstanding with every staff member playing their part perfectly and extremely attentive. Delicious meal for a very good price in 2022 approx 27GBP or $55 NZD.

I had the chicken sis kebab, Köy tavuk şiş kebab. It was very good. Içli köfte was good, soup was good. I did not like the Meze. too watery. but that might be personal preference. Baklava was good, not too sweet, generous with the nuts. Pide was not good at all, mushy, not cooked well. Irmik tatlısı was also mushy, not good taste. The Maraş dondurma that came with it was blend. no Aroma. I like it better with Italian Ice-cream but I understand the authenticity. biggest problem: Pricing. In Turkey, for this price, i expected something exceptional. I think people come here for the name. The atmosphere is good, nice breeze, open, couple kittens walking around. The toilets were an actual health hazard. terrible. There are electrical outlets near the wetfloor and next to the urinals. If a gentleman misses the urinal for some reason, he might get 230 volts on his tip. And not the usual tip at a restaurant... the service was a bit chaotic, orders were forgotten, servers are looking around confused with a tray in their hands hoping you claim the food that is on it.

Higher class restaurant. Food was really really good and the service was top notch as well. Menu is quite rich, you can find pretty much everything from the Turkish cuisine. Prices are higher than average (>1000TL for two) but it’s totally worth it.

A fabulous atmosphere to enjoy a dinner in Izmir. Amazing setting with views of the sea and tree trunks throughout the interior decor. Classy with valet parking available. Enjoy the fried lamb in tomato and incredible ayran— you won’t regret it. Bring money, it’s a bit pricey for Turkey standards but well worth it. Dinner for 2 in 2022 was 500TL.

Beautiful restaurant with an option for a beautiful sea view tables. The food is delicious. The staff ate very friendly and active. The menu has a variety of tasty dishes. Recommend it for all.

It was a good experience! Interior was beautiful. But the portion sizes were rather small for those prices. Even the mixed grill for two persons was small. But the quality of the meat was amazing. They do keep serving small things that you did not order yourself (like bread, salad, baklava etc). Do not touch them, else you are charged for it. Maybe this a Turkish custom, but I wasn't. Also the waiter did not mention this. But it was not on the house for sure.

Food is great, the interior design is brilliant, although it was cold to set near the outsied window in December, so try to choose a table closer to the center. Service is fast whic is reliable 👍

This place is overpriced and not that good. The Ali nazik is good and the kebabs are good but we got the main stuffed lamb dish and it was truly awful. No flavour at all and worst of all gave me food poisoning for days!

Cannot praise it more ! The lamb was probably the best lamb we have had! You have to try diced lamb in a pan ! It's the best ! But what made it even more a 5 star place to enjoy dinner is the service and atmosphere. Cetin was so friendly and made us felt like royalty! We came the first night in izmir and came back the last night again! Must try restaurant if you are coming to Izmir ! Come empty stomach ! If you can ask for Cetin to be your server, you will be serve well! P.s I forgot to take photo of the food before devouring it. It was really good !

Amazing restaurant. It’s got beautiful decor, friendly staff and most of all delicious food! You pick your main and you get a ton of meze, bread, dessert and tea!

Really enjoyed my dinner at this restraunt, a truelyy good one among the few left. Not only was the main course, the meat dish, juicy and mouth-watering, the appetizer too was delicous. Besides the food the service provided was above par from my expectations,, Would definitely visit again and recommend to others!

Amazing Türkish food. Went with a colleague from work who had had the place recommended. What a splendid experience. The menu is delicious and it's difficult to choose from the many options! We had a mixed plate for sharing and it was more than enough for the two of us. Staff was super friendly and attended to our needs very professionally. Super trendy decor and a nice feeling. The restaurant section we were in were with open roof to the night sky. Beautiful. Full of people when we arrived. If I visit the city again this would be a nice place to come back to.

Lovely place, beautiful decorations and good vibes. Amazing food I mean super delicious dishes and great service, brilliant staff they all knew the menu and were very professional. Strongly recommend. Don’t leave without trying the tea and dessert. I definitely will be going back.

A high end dinning place, nested in old Izmir right on the see bank. The general area of the restaurant is very touristy having many restaurants and many shops. The cobble stone streets of the old town give a very romantic look to the place. Even the exterior of the place stands out in the area. It is very bright and fully lightened. From inside the place is very Royal, many known personalities have dinned at this place and their pictures are hung on the wall. It has an extensive Turkish menu, I cannot spell names of the Turkish dishes but everything was toooo good. I can safely say that this was the best food during my stay in Izmir. Prices were a bit higher but dinning at such a nice place compensated. A small observation, they should increase the number of toilets and these should be build up a new.

I was lucky enough to get seated without a reservation, since even on a regular tuesday evening the place was fairly busy. Thats also my one concern: For me it was a little too crowded and busy, but i guess thats preference. The trees growing through the roof were a real highlight. Regarding the food i was pleasantly suprised that it was not only very fast, but also excellent. The lentil soup could have used a little more flavour, but my main dish was grilled perfectly and the sides served were also to my liking. The service was attentive, however as in most restaurants i visited in Izmir: Communicating in english is not that easy. Overall i would revisit!

Our hotel recommended it! We were first impressed with the ambiance and presentation it offered. A lot of famous people have dined here as well. Food was generous and thoughtful! The portions were good, but I felt they didn't deliver the food according to the menu. For example, I ordered chicken and thought it would be breast chicken, but instead it came leg. Also the waiter got confused about my husband's order. I just didn't like a cat roaming around the restaurant while I was eating and the bathroom for the women was not that presentable for a 5* restaurant. Overall, the food was good, I really liked the salad mezze and the generosity of the waiter for the dessert and tea that we were served. Thank you for the experience - we had one of the best lahmachun in Izmir. 🙏

Great place with incredible dishes. If you like lamb then this is the place to visit. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because the quality of the dishes varies from time to time, overall it is still very good and worth a visit.

It is an amazing traditional Turkish restaurant. The food is superb, I really can not express how tasty, tender, and high-quality grilled meats they served! The meze was also very delicious, I especially loved the stuffed eggplant (halma). And the grilled lambs in all varieties were the best I ever had. I know already that I will dream about this place!

I just had the one of the most delicious meal of my life. The food and service is more than just amazing. You should definitely visit this place for a nice dinner with your beloved ones.

Great spot for a lovely meal. Portions were large and prices were very reasonable. The lamb shank on rice was the winner.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Great ambience, decoration, service and food. Although the price is a little bit on the expensive side, the amount of food makes up for it. We were not able to finish since it was so much and had to take out. They also offered free tea and dessert which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend.

The food here is excellent, I searched up where to each asked a local aswell and this was one of the two places o was recommended. I have to say I’m really happy I came here the food was full of flavour and well presented. You can tell everything is cooked with love. The restaurant it’s self is well decorated and felt well renovated and looked after. The staff are excellent, literally never felt like I wasn’t been looked after and gave me allot of care with what I wanted to eat and drink. Overall one of the best places I’ve visited in turkey and Izmir so far.

Huge portions. The lamb ribs are big enough for 3-4 people. House wine was very average. Nice atmosphere.

Excellent ! Better than the one in Ankara, and the one in Ankara is already very good. This one, in Izmir is beautifully located by the sea in a wonderful renovated house. Service and food, as expected, were first class.

Best place in Izmir. We went twice, great food, good portions and amazing service.

Bad in all areas, specially the service when they know that you're foreign, because we didnt know Turkish they were laughing and giggling, they didnt even say goodbye to us after we left, very rude low class from them. Expensive compare with the food quality and service. Dont come here especially if you're a foreigner.
