It is just over crowded, and commercial as heck place. They also don’t make you feel welcome at all. Very long waiting for your turn with the spas, massages and bath. ITS ALL ABOUT HOW MANY EUROS CAN THEY GET OUT OF YOU. Just the massage is the best part. Very kind ladies there. Hats-off only to them.

This Falez bath and Hamam has impressed us very positively. Yesterday 30. we were in Ottoman Turkish Bath in Kemer/Antalya (90€ per person) which we had book through an agency shop in Antalya, Ottoman bath was disappointing. We wanted to see the difference, the Falez was in all aspects much better. The price €70 per person was very good. Sauna, stem bath, peeling & foam, mineral salt, face mask and 60 minutes massage and two drinks. It was really very good. The staff were very politely and helpful. The massage was very good and strong, she asked where I have pain, she did it very good. When we come back to Antalya, we will definitely Visit this bath Hamam again. Thank you very much for your hard work and friendly behaviour. You changed our mood to much better 😊

Amazing experience at this Turkish Spa! I got the mix package which started with a very hot sauna followed by a unique steam room. It also included a fish foot massage which felt nice. The culmination was the Turkish bath and massage which were worth every penny! The price was reasonable for the quality and the 2 hours spent there. I left feeling so relaxed and clean. I highly recommend it and the nice staff if you find yourself in Antalya.

This was sensational. I didn’t know what to expect having never visited a Turkish bath spa before but I loved every second. I had use of the sauna and steam room before having a hamam Turkish bath and then an hours massage. The entire appointment was luxury! I will be back. Thank you so so much :)

All the women are very professional and make you feel very at ease. The massage was amazing! I felt so relaxed after! One small issue, not a complaint the water did have a sight smell but I don’t think the establishment could control this. Would definitely come again!

Incredible! I got the Bali package and for 60 euro, I spent 10 min in the sauna, then in the steam room, then had little fish cleanse my feet which was so cute, then had a Turkish bath. Let me tell y’all, if that wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever done at a spa in my life! I wore bikini bottoms, because I was more comfortable that way but I didn’t need to and it was amazing. It ended with a Bali hour long massage. The massage was okay. She even did a facial mask after though to build collagen back up. Three hours here was perfect. I’m peaceful, at ease, sleepy and ready for a meal and bed. Money well spent!

Sauna was not bad, i missed the smell of wood... hammam was perfect. Massage was also perfect. Kind and friendly personal😊

It was my birthday wish while in Antayla to experience my first Turkish massage. My husband and I came together and both thoroughly enjoyed it. We requested a bath, scrub and massage with no add on services, and we’re pleasantly grateful for the experience. Only during the bath/scrub were we asked for one additional service for 200 Tl., and I chose to decline while my husband didn’t quite understand that it was an extra and it was good for him. So be clear what you want and choose your extras or upgrades at the desk. I hope they can improve the communication a bit better so the customer knows what to expect. English is good at the desk, and then not too good once you enter the downstairs or upstairs for the massage. I would come back again if not for the trip home to the US in 2 days!

Very enjoyable experience, particularly the massage. They made sure to accommodate for wife's pregnancy as well (bear in mind this will mean no sauna). Went early afternoon on a weekday and very few other people there.

If you ever in Antalya you should definitely come and visit Falez Hamam and spa. From the moment we arrived the customer service was excellent, Gokhan the receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and attentive, which put me at ease from the start. The treatments were of a very high standard and would say it was the best I have so I would definitely recommend you pay them a visit.

Best Turkish bath/massage place in Antalya. Went with my mum. She also enjoyed. Very professional. All the workers there were exceptional. Polite, kind and really took their time with what they were doing. It shows they are dedicated and qualified. Will definitely come back to this place next time.

We used to go there with the family. However the last time we were really disturbed by the smell of plastic in the hamam and the smell of chemicals and canalization in the shower. The pealing and foam massages were great, very friendly and professional staff. The sportive and Bali massages were too soft - only caresses with some oil. On top of everything the prices keep raising. In general we are sad to be dissapointed, because it used to be a nice place for relaxing and recovering.

It was supposed to be the best in the area. But I would say only the massage was enjoyable. The rest is so so. The worst part is the covers given in the change room had disgusting smell. Also the slippers were wore and should be cleaned or replaced with new ones.
