First time experience was amazing been a British Muslim as its Halal, the the young lady was so help used here phone to translate for us. Belive the big chain do take advantage off staff when comes to pay 😔. Over all the restaurants was nice and clean 👍

After waiting for 25 minutes for a small order of two burger menus to be ready, we sat at the table only to realize they screwed up and served us a different burger than what we ordered 🤦🏻‍♀️. We did not have the patience to go back and tell them, because we did not want to wait another half hour for the correct burger. It’s annoying to see so many people that ordered after you get their food before you when your order contains pretty basic, popular burgers that they always have on hand.

Machine to order doesn’t work but there’s no sign to say out of order. Wasted my time adding orders x2 and they don’t tell you. Also 0 English, so you 100% need google translate or hope your order is on the big display to point at. Staff are rude, impatient and laugh at you.
