Regrettably
our
experience
was
extremely
bad
and
ended
up
harming
my
entire
family
for
a
single
night's
stay
at
this
hotel
on
July
3rd,
2022
as
we
were
all
exposed
to
COVID-19
and
ended
up
catching
it.
We
heard
constant
coughing
from
the
room
nextdoor
overnight
and
our
suspicion
and
inquires
as
to
the
status
of
guests
staying
there
was
not
acted
upon
(reception
staff
told
us
they
were
2
foreigners
who
checked
in
to
two
seperate
rooms
for
7
days)
It
is
out
belief
that
the
hotel
management
did
not
take
adequate
precautions
and
do
not
have
the
required
process,
maturity
or
professionalism
in
place
to
protect
their
guests
from
risk
of
COVID-19.
We
were
exposed
to
the
AC
outlet
of
the
room
next
door
all
night
long,
we
were
placed
right
next
to
people
who
were
obviously
isoloating
at
a
hotel
without
taking
precautions
to
prevent
contagion
and
our
86
year
old
father
is
now
fighting
for
life
at
hospital,
as
he
became
COVID
+
immediately
after
leaving
this
hotel.
We
vacated
the
room
at
4:30
AM
that
morning,
as
the
staff
were
unhelpful
and
even
apprehensive
to
our
inquiry
as
to
the
status
of
the
guests
nextdoor
and
made
no
attempt
to
protect
the
rest
of
the
guests
staying
despite
our
concerns
and
warning.
We
also
alerted
the
police
and
Turkish
department
of
health
dealing
with
Covid
cases,
not
sure
as
to
the
outcome
of
those
alerts
as
we
left
the
hotel
immediately
(evidently
not
early
enough
to
prevent
exposure)
