One of the most beautiful sites to visit around Antalya. Termessos is a Roman city destroyed by an earthquake or by many. Most of the buildings are more rubble than structure, but enough is left to give you an indication of what the city used to look like. Plan 2-3 hours for Termessos, wear hiking shoes and take water and snacks. The various buildings are easy to find and the theatre is to me the most imposing with spectacular mountain views and on a clear day you can see Antalya. Don't take the same route back, but descend along the opposite side of the gorge where you will be surprised by many tombs and a view of the carefully built rock path high up on the slopes if you look south-east.

This place is fantastic and well worth the visit, especially for the low price. There's a great picnic area at the parking area and the hike is only 15-20 minutes to the theatre. There's no food sales here but there are very clean bathrooms in the parking lot.

A fabulous place to visit only 30 minutes from Antalya. Pretty much untouched or renovated due to the geographical location I think. Drive through the park approx 9km to the car park at the foot of the ruins. It’s then a good 20 minute walk up a quiet challenging and rocky path. But worth the walk when you find the amphitheater. £2 to enter the park, which is fantastic value for money.

Quite a hard walk. Not for some people though. Amazing sites and amphitheatre at the top.

AMAZING PLACE!!! Didn't want to leave this place, because it's such a nice and powerful place. I was late by 2 hours to work because of that :)) my new power spot in this world.

After entering from highway you have to pay 12.5 TL. Then starts mountain climbing narrow road for 9 km upward. Drive very careful otherwise it can be fatal. Up in the hil there is parking area from where you will start climbing on your feet for another 1 or 2 km. It is difficult and dangerous as well. Proper shoes and stick for climbing and going down might be helpful. View and fresh air is fabilous.

Gorgeous park that's currently being renovated. Lot's and different kinds of wildlife. Head for the Termessos ruins for spectacular views. Well worth the cheap price!

Beautiful nature, antique city, National park. You can visit with car or bike. Even by walking. It’s not free. It’s an open museum
