Decent hotel with basic facilities, a decent enough swimming pool. It's Muslim owned and provides halal breakfast in the morning, which was a great plus point for us. Our messenger exchanges with the hotel representative was very smooth and they were always quick to respond. The rooms are a bit dated but we found it clean & tidy during check-in.

Service was impeccable. I checked in late and the receptionist at the counter was able to help me through check-in and next day reservations for transportation. Great English. Polite staff. The breakfast was a buffet that was halal food. The rooms were spotless clean, sheets were clean, and bathroom was clean. Towels were fresh. Lobby was chill and comfy. Internet was fast and reliable. I enjoyed my stay at the resort.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel, staff were very welcoming, although we thought the breakfast selection was very limited, had one rather disappointing steak meal on the first night, which was returned to the kitchen virtually untouched as the steak was tough and not cooked as requested, no comment was made by the staff and we were charged the full cost of the meal. Not exceptable! The following 3 evenings we dined elsewhere as we didn't feel we had been treated appropriately. Booked hotel purely for it's location and views over the river and sea, we were not disappointed.

Nice, clean hotel with nice and kind staff. The location is not the best, but the offer offers free shuttle bus to the center (it is about 5-6 minutes drive). The buses are in every 2 hours from 8 am to 10 pm. The hotel has a restaurant next to it and a pool on the third floor with a small bar. The breakfast is nice. Next time, when we are in Krabi, we will stay again in this hotel.

Perfect hotel, the staff was very professional. The pool was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. If you are a Muslim I would Highly recommend going there.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. It is very far from everything. There is no shuttle to the beach and you have to pay 400-700 Bhat to go to Onang. There was a bike convention with loud noises from early morning hours and we couldn't sleep this noise continued till 11 am!!!

Pool closed. No free shuttle to town. Both of these were advertised on the website. When we complained at length the pool became miraculously open and a shuttle appeared. So some improvement. Then in the evening a big school group arrived. Some were roomed on our corridor and predictably made a noise especially at 6.10am. Couldn't they have been placed in one of the other blocks and other guests all together in one block? No thought or consideration given to guests.

Pros: This hotel is out of the hustle and bustle which is nice. The rooms were reasonably clean. Air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly. Good value for money. Cons: the shower curtain was mouldy and the bathroom had a terrible smell which infected the whole room. The pool water was very cloudy. The bed was very hard. Overall I would stay again but reading about other places in Thailand this might not be too bad.

Place is good not the nice and neatest. The downside is that locations is far away from everything.

Room was clean, staff are friendly, and price per night very competitive. However bed rock hard, and pool water cloudy and starting to go green.

The hotel restaurant and the restaurant in the opposite are halal. For restaurant hotel buffet had limited choices of food and the quality was so so. The restaurant in the opposite were quite expensive considering the food taste. The room is nice although the bathroom had low light. The swimming pool was warm and the chlorine was not so much. The staffs were very friendly. The beach was dull and not clear.

Perfect location. Far enough out of town to be seperate from the hussle and bussle but close enough for ease of access. Overlooking water over road. Service was outstanding, staff went over and above for us, very helpful and polite. Our room was nice, didnt spend much time in it but lovely to sit on balcony, bed was fairly solid and i love that. Swimming pool is amazing. Wish we had more time there Thanks guys

The hotel is good, rooms are spacious, well lit and the staff is very helpful. But its location is a problem, it is in the middle of nowhere with very poor accessibility to Ao Nang beach. Location is the only negative, otherwise hotel is good !

The room was spacious and well presented, love the bathtubs! The location is nice, next to the river. We thought that the service could be improved. There was no taxi or shuttle in place (apparently they have one driver for the shuttle and he was on sick leave...), no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room...and no room service...it's strange because the way the hotel is presented it seems like at least a 4 stars...so please raise your service standard!!!

Customer service: Very helpful and friendly Room Quality: Amazing and very clean! Nice and modern! Location: Average, only one restaurant within walking distance apart from the hotel restaurant. Free shuttle into krabi town was good. NB: Pool was amazing and big! Right next to rooms. Hotel restaurant was not amazing. Go across the road for good food.

Comfy, spacious room with a delightful view. The facilities are good. The swimming pool has a Mediterranean feel to it which feels quite luxurious and looks lovely during sunset. The staffs are friendly and responsive. The hotel also provide bus shuttles for accommodation.

We had a great stay at the Krabi Front Bay Resort! The staff was very friendly and always delivered excellent service. We can highly recommend staying here when visiting Krabi. They offer free shuttle service to Krabi town and help you book some day trips if you want to visit some of the beautiful islands around. Also, the food and drinks at the restaurant are delicious!

Nice laid back place with good views over the river estuary. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. One downside is that its a fair hike into town over a small hill and transport can be troublesome though the hotel does do a couple of complimentary runs into town during the day.
