Good value accommodation in the heart of Krabi. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool. Friendly staff. Extra thanks to the kitchen staff who accommodated our vegan choices with delicious breakfasts. Located close to the river, town centre and night markets. Recommended

We have booked Seabass accommodation for 13 nights and is a time almost to go back home Australia. What can I say,only the best things,location is great,rooms are clean and spacious enough,staff is so helpful and wonderful. So easy to travel from Krabi town to different places and if you don’t know something just ask staff they will help with pleasure. We didn't have any language barrier. And guess what,coffee was great and reasonable price.

Bad experience I highly recommend to not to book this hotel.. No one understands basic English, no dental kit was given when asked thrice even after showing image of a toothbrush and paste they did not care about it, reception and manager was very rude..for a late check out of just 1 hour i was charged..no courtesy for a guest who are staying at the hotel who checked in late on the day of arrival .. breakfast had no options for vegetarian and not many option same boring menu everyday.. when asked for a discount on late check out charged they threatened me and said that i would be handed over to police if the late check out charges is not paid.. Rude behavior..did not expect this travelling from a different country..

(Editing my review daily till the time of stay) Edit 2: the experience was overall very nice. Breakfast spread was also decent. other than the initial problem during check-in the staff was pleasant. Specially 'amp' who despite our language differences was able to help with our asks. Edit: increased rating to 3 based on quality of room. Rooms are actually very nice and has everything you will need when on vacation. We booked the hotel for 3 days. Today is our day one. We had an early connecting flight to Krabi from Seattle, US and reached hotel by 9.00am in the morning. The check-in time was 2.00pm. We requested an early check-in before boarding the flight to Krabi aroundam . They said okay and see what can be done. After traveling for 2 whole days wwanted a place to freshen and rest up. It's about 2pm we still are sitting in hotel lobby and waiting for room badly tired. I understand all the limitations with the room being full. But I find it really hard to believe that with a checkout time of 12 the hotel was not able to speed up the process. Will update the review based on our experience on stay. So far our ,xperience with the staff has been disappointing

Room was really clean, the bed sheets and towels smell so good. Service was great. Cafe downstairs had excellent food. Few minutes walk from convenience stores. Will definitely come back!

A very nice place to stay. I have a great experiences during my stay. Have a very nice view and facilities. Helpful staff and proper maintenance facilities. Provide a helpful motorcycle rental which i think really tourist-friendly, the price also affordable. A very walking distance to night market, laundry and restaurant. Recommended for everyone who want to explore Krabi 👍🏻

The hotel is located in the center of town with coffee shops, night market, convenient store and restaurant surroundings. The hotel seems like brand new. Standard but clean and cute decoration. The bed is very comfortable. Motorbike rental service is also available at hotel at 350 baht/day. Moreover, hotel also has room service and coffee shop.

The hotel was amazing in this price - great design, perfect lobby, helpful and professional service, nice swimming pool (not enought swimbeds because of low space close to the swimming pool). Cheap prices in bar and restaurant. Location nearby night market and lots of restaurants/street foods. Room was comfortable and modern designed. In room available coffee, tea, kettle, fridge. Internet is available in all hotel areas - good and enough for Netflix. Breakfast good, enough and delicious. We were in this hotel only one night but it is good for a longer stay.

Stayed there for 1 night. The hotel is friendly budget and takes care all of your needs. Rooms are well cleaned, amazing smell everywhere and especially on the bedsheets. Beds were super comfortable. Toiletries are in the bathroom with conditioner, shampoo and soap. Pretty amazing as a hotel!

Great hotel at a really good price. The room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. The staff were amazing, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location was a short distance walk from the main town which wasn’t a problem.

The room wasn’t that clean, we had mold and bad smell on the bathroom, we had noise from another rooms and the hallway at the night & morning time. The breakfast was very basic and there was a few empty containers that was for food that has been eating and they didn’t fill it. The service was good, the reception help us a lot! Very well organized! We book a ferry and a taxi! Thank you guys!

Nice hotel, 10 mins walk from main part of town. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms well decorated, clean with good aircon, nice bathroom. One disappointment, breakfast not good enough. Many things not kept warm enough....

Hotel was nice enough with a clean room, quiet cool air con and a comfy bed. There was also a nice pool. Breakfast was varied but everything that was suppose to be hot held was freezing cold so toast it was every day... One morning we saw a guest complain about his cold noodles. The plate was taken from him by a member of staff and taken through a staff only door. A few minutes later the same member of staff was seen bringing an identical plate of noodles back through and scrapping it into the 'not hot held' dish of noodles. If this was the same food the guest had tried this is disgusting... The hotel policy was not usual to all other places we stayed. The welcome pack consisted of an itinerary of all items in the room and the cost if broken/taken. The serving of food and drink finished at 5pm but there was no mention of this on checking in, the menus themselves or in the room. Despite this being a modern hotel there was no safety deposit box in the room (there was a large general safe at reception) and no plug near the kettle so you had to place this on the floor next to a socket. No robes or slippers supplied and if you wanted towels for the pool you had to sign these out separately at reception. You could not put food or drink on your room and had to pay as you went. Not ideal when you were using the pool/outdoor facilities. There was no consistency with this process as sometimes you could order a drink, then food or another drink and pay the total at the end. Other times you had to pay drink by drink. Luckily it was quiet but not very relaxing to leave your wallet on a sunbed... The hotel policy made you feel very much it was for their our preservation and not their guests. Not experienced this before in other hotels in Thailand at various star rated. The airport shuttle service was far too expensive also. A grab or local taxi was half the price.

A surprisingly very good, cosy, clean and hospitable hotel in a non-prime area of Krabi. It's not even on the main street itself. So you get to enjoy the serenity. walking distance to a 7-eleven. Unfortunately it's a rather long walk to the town core where the jetty is. It's not luxury, but definitely comfortable. Receptionists didn't have trouble understanding English also.

Rooms are good and spacious only one thing I am not that satisfied was the service .... Didn't find them friendly enough especially the girl at reception on the first day on my arrival....

We requested for early check in as we had reached the hotel at 9 and our activity was planned from 12. Despite being in a remote location and having limited guests they were not ready to accommodate our request which was highly disappointing. The hotel staff said rooms we’re not available which was a clear lie! Next day we got a call from the receptionist stating that there will not be buffet breakfast and ala carte orders would be taken as there are limited guests! Failed to understand where did these limited guests disappear when it was our time of check in! Rooms were decent! However, in-house restaurant closes by7 so no food available! On top of that you get no food deliveries post 7:15 as it is far away from the main centre! Hence keep some food handy! Also we requested an iron as one of our clothes had crumbled ! The receptionist told me there is no iron available! Which was horrible! Upon questioning on the laundry facilities, she then told that laundry services start by 8 am. Being in a servicing industry, simple customer requests are not adhered to. We stayed at 2 hotels in bangkok and koh samui but the hotel staff and services were kind and accomodative! Staff at sea bass made us feel as if we are staying for free! Horrible services and pathetic staff! Pls do not plan ur stay here. Location and hotel both suck! Its just the hotel infrastructure which is good, but im sure the hospitality of the hotel staff is enough to overshadow the one good thing about the hotel! Thank you!

Really nice hotel with simple but good looking decoration, spacious room and bathroom, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool pool too :) The only down side could be the thin walls, so if you have a loud neighbour, you might be disturbed (but in this case i'm sure the staff would react fast). Overall great value for the the money, i can recommend.

Stopped by here for one night. It wasn't too bad for price. Definitely one of the cheaper places we've stayed at. My only concern is that if you stay here longer, it's out of the way from a lot of hot spots that you'd usually go around Krabi. You'll get what you pay for here.

fantastic. excellent service (helped us with late check in, and arrange transport to Koh Lanta via minibus/ferry). the rooms are spacious and well layed out, with big comfortable bed, balcony, and strong AC. the best part is the pool, big and good setup with shade and sun to choose, salt water (so no chemical smells), very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Walking distance to the night markets. Great friendly staff that can't do enough to help you! Stayed here twice now and will definitely be back for a third time.

Room was very clean and good size bedrooms, anything was great and the staff are friendly but speak very little English, nice view from outside with good size window to view the outside. overall happy to recommend.

The Krabi Seabass Hotel was a nice hotel for a short stay. It has nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. It’s a bit smaller than we were used to but was decorated very cute. The water pressure in the showers was great and lots of hot water. The price is right and it was close to a night market and the beach. There were a lot of great restaurants in the area. The staff were very quiet but pleasant. They offer a breakfast buffet on the weekends and a menu on the weekdays. They also offer a scooter rental.

Clean rooms. Nice hotel inside and outside. Helpful and friendly staff. Location is bit behind the corner but not far from city center. Don't need car to eat somewhere. Can easily walk to night market and riverside.

They have quite comfy bed and pillows. Nothing to watch on TV unless you understand Thai (no YouTube, etc). There’s also very limited parking space in front of the hotel, so you’ll have to park outside of the hotel area which makes it a little insecure. Breakfast starts at 7am and they serve a standard continental breakfast spread. Beer is also available in the lobby if you wish to buy some.
