The hospitality, friendliness and service of this place along with the overall value for money deserves nothing but 5 stars. This is not a fancy luxury hotel but you also don’t pay anything like that. Instead it’s friendly home stay with the kindest family that makes sure everything about your stay goes as well as it can. Highly recommended and look forward to staying here again anytime I go to Krabi.

The room was very large and clean, perfect for families. The shower was very hot with good pressure. Best of all were the owners who are extremely friendly and helpful. They collected us from the airport personally and also drove us to Koh Lanta. On the way we stopped for breakfast at a place they recommended which was excellent. In the evening we are at a very good restaurant 200m from the hotel which the owners recommended. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Krabi. 🙏🙏🙏

Great place. Super friendly like other reviews mentioned. A little far from town center but "Uncle" will drop you off if you need to go somewhere and runs to the food carts at 7pm/ picks up. Bed was a little hard. Room I was given was huge. Very hot water. Have a large capacity washer for 40 baht per load, detergent was free. Drying racks on roof.

Very friendly staff and you can ask them anything. They help you with booking ferries and boats. Our room was neat and clean but it had a smell to it that didn’t go away. The shower only had cold water. The price value is phenomenal! I would go there again on a tight budget.

Best hosts in Krabi. Uncle give you drop so that you can catch a sao thao (isuzu mini trucks) to Ao Nang beach. very helpful, friendly and kind people. Will visit again.

The most welcoming owners I’ve ever met. They were more than happy to help us with anything they could. The family is wonderful, accommodation is great considering the price, and the location is nice and quiet. Will be back again

I rarely write reviews, but after staying here, I have to say a few words. Very affordable just some minutes walk from the city center. The family stays on the first floor, and they have 3 rooms on the second floor that they rent out. Big rooms, clean, but not super modern. Had my own bathroom, but it is not connected to the room. Free instant coffee. What really makes this place special is the level of friendliness and hospitality from the hosts. Uncle himself offered to drive me to the night market at 7 pm, and pick me up at 9 pm the evening I arrived. All for free. He also gave me a cheap ride to Ao Nang when I was going there, a little cheaper than Grab and other apps. Highly recommend to stay here. When taking into account the hospitality, location, facilities and price, I give this place 5 stars without a doubt.

Alhamdoulilah! Staying at Uncle House was a delightful experience. The host, Uncle and his family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The house itself was cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. We even got offered to be brought to the night market free of charge. Uncle's hospitality was exceptional, as he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From giving helpful local tips to providing delicious fruit, Uncle's personal touch made the experience truly memorable. I highly recommend Uncle's House for a warm and authentic homestay experience.

Nice and large clean room with mid size fridge in the room, with a table and 4 chairs, very convenient for us to buy something to enjoy in the room, parking was no problems. The owner of the unit was so friendly and helpful, very humble and smiling face all the time. Recommended and absolutely 5 ⭐.

The owners are super kind, always welcoming you with a smile on their faces! Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious, and we were offered complimentary water & toast and coffee, as well as a plaster for my finger in pain. 😀 I would come again. The location is great too, close to evening markets and other food and drink possibilities. The only thing that could be improved it's the water pressure. And also, the sea view is not a sea view but a dirty port view, but we didn't mind. Summary: Quiet location close to the center, kind owners, great wifi connection, only water pressure is low.

Spent 2 weeks travel all over Thailand. This was at end of trip, we booked one night- stayed 3.able to relax a bit off the track yet close to things to do. Large room. Best hosts. And economical

I would like to emphasize an attitude of the owners - they were always nice to us and tried the best to fulfill our requirements. "Uncle" helped us to plan interesting trips. He also arranged them with his friends so we just came down to the hall and everything was prepared. We had all day trip with his father that took us to all interesting places we wanted to see near Krabi.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Great hospitality from Uncle and his son who are always willing to help you with recommending activities to do or offering free taxi service. Via Uncle and his son you can also book daytrips, scooters, etc.

It is such a beautiful hotel with the most welcoming hosts, who help and assist you in all matters. The view from the upper rooms is beautiful and everything was clean and soo calm. I also love the area which is much calmer than Krabi town (however not far) and good seafood restaurants with live music around. The restaurant next door serves delicious Thai breakfast with a local atmosphere. I recommend staying a view days to wind down and enjoy the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Great hospitality by Uncle and Family. It’s nice to be out the city centre that doesn’t offer a lot more than this quiet part of town with some great places to eat. Our hosts left us out a free delicious breakfast and even offered to driving me down town for free. The place is ultra comfortable as well with a view of the old boat yard and estuary.

The owner must be the nicest guy in Thailand. Closest thing to a hotel mixed with a home stay, nothing was too much trouble. Out of the way of the city hustle and bustle with an amazing restaurant down the road. Lovely home made sticky rice breakfast included and great price. We only stayed one night pre flight but would have stayed a second happily.

Nice room with a view of the river. The best part about this stay, however, was the kindness of the owner and his family. They offered a free shuttle service to and from the town center and they were kind to assist us when we needed to go to the hospital. They’re also very helpful when it came to sightseeing and we could book everything we wanted to see with them. Can highly recommend this home stay to anyone visiting the area.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms! I would recommend it every time again! There is even a small breakfast included. I came back here twice during my trip. The host can provide you a lot of information about current events.

Highly recommended. Friendly staff and very accommodating. They truly go the extra mile. Upon arrival we got a plate with pineapple and for breakfast the following morning. They even took us to the nearest 7/11, so that we don't have to walk. I would highly recommend Uncle House Krabi.

We had a fabulous stay at Uncle House. Big, comfortable, clean room and bathroom. As others have said, it's almost like staying with family (that you like!). They helped with everything we wanted to do in and around Krabi which made our stay so much easier. Highly recommend!

I highly recommended Uncle House. The family is so nice, room is clean with great view, the toasts, coffee and breakfasts are included, laundry is possible for 20 thb and they even took me for free with car to rent a motorbike. They are very helpful and very very friendly. Amazing experience!

Wonderful, kind and genuine family!! Super clean and big room with a nice sunrise view. Sunset can be seen from the island just next to the hotel. Calm neighbor 5 minutes away from Old Krabi city center. Recommend 100%
