Hotel recently renovated, but very loud. Could hear everything what was happening a few rooms next to mine and it seems to be common that the other guests sit outside drinking deep into the night. I checked the bed for the first time at 7 pm and noticed that it was very dirty (black hairs and just a big black smudge on the sheet). Went to reception desk to ask for a clean sheet but nobody there. Called a number on the business card and a nice lady showed up 15 minutes later. After showing the problem to her she proceeded to change the sheet for the mattress but not the blanket nor pillow.. had to ask for that. She was very engaged in her doing but unfortunately I noticed that the new sheets were also dirty. She could have checked if the new sheets were clean at least, but no.. The lady had already left and I didn't want to go through the same procedure again so I spent the night in my sleeping bag and left in the next morning even though I had booked for another night. Can't recommend, sorry

Perfect pool. Good location, not so near from the town, but twenty minutes walking. Up to you! All hotel new, rooms very good and bathrooms five stars.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 months. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The walls are a bit thin, so when they have noisy guests, you can hear them banging around. The pool was nice, and I regret not using it more. The internet was great for the first three months, but I think the router near my room went out or something, and the hotel didn’t take steps to fix it. I’m glad data is cheap for my cell phone.

Lovely place bit out of the way buy we had scooters the whole time so not a problem for us I like being somewhere quiet. It's super clean beds are amazing pool is fab!!

Lovely hotel with amazing staff who treats everyone like a friend. The place is clean and well look after, lovely pool, and in the spacious rooms you can find everything you need. Great WiFi. The location is convenient and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The best place to stay in Krabi. Highly recommended. Thank you to Smile and Thip Thip Hotel for making me feel like at home for 9 days that I stayed with them.

Great almost brand new hotel. I would highly recommend it. There are also great places to eat within a walkable distance.

There a great pizza shop across the road that delivered to my room, pizza shop far better service than the hotel. Scooter driver that lived nearby made it easy to get around.

Room very nice 👌 and so big clean good Wi-Fi 👍 and good price. Staff every friendly and service smile 😃 will go back stay again.
