We
arrived
at
the
hotel
as
part
of
our
honeymoon,
the
outside
of
the
property
was
not
as
nice
as
the
photos
and
we
had
a
gut
feeling
it
wasn't
going
to
be
great.
When
we
went
up
to
our
room
it
was
like
a
sauna
and
very
dated.
We
were
the
only
ones
staying
in
the
whole
hotel
and
they
had
put
us
in
a
tiny
double
room
overlooking
the
road
and
some
dirty
street
whilst
the
back
of
the
property
looks
over
a
beach
and
the
pool.
We
went
out
for
something
to
eat
and
when
we
got
back
we
noticed
some
bugs
all
over
our
bed,
we
told
the
staff
and
they
come
up
with
some
bug
spray.
I
advised
that
they
looked
like
fleas
and
we
don't
want
to
stay
here
they
tried
showing
me
3
other
rooms.
I
checked
all
the
beds
and
they
had
fleas
in
them.
I
asked
for
the
manager.
When
he
arrived
I
asked
for
our
money
back
and
a
lift
into
Ao
Nang
so
we
could
find
another
hotel
as
we
weren't
staying
here.
The
manager
disappeared
for
about
half
an
hour
when
I
went
to
find
him
they
were
trying
to
make
up
another
room
saying
that
this
one
didn't
have
bugs.
I
said
that
we
are
not
staying
and
repeated
what
I
wanted.
He
said
he
couldn't
give
us
our
money
back
because
it
was
with
the
agent.
He
got
a
member
of
his
staff
to
take
us
into
town
so
we
could
find
somewhere
else
to
stay.
We
found
another
hotel
at
our
own
expense.
We
emailed
expedia
(the
agent)
and
they
tried
contacting
the
hotel
to
hear
their
side
if
the
story.
The
hotel
refused
to
respond,
we
eventually
got
our
money
back
but
nearly
3
weeks
later
the
agent
still
hasn't
heard
from
the
hotel
(Stefan
the
manager).
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
best
to
avoid.
