Live comfortably as a family.

We arrived at the hotel as part of our honeymoon, the outside of the property was not as nice as the photos and we had a gut feeling it wasn't going to be great. When we went up to our room it was like a sauna and very dated. We were the only ones staying in the whole hotel and they had put us in a tiny double room overlooking the road and some dirty street whilst the back of the property looks over a beach and the pool. We went out for something to eat and when we got back we noticed some bugs all over our bed, we told the staff and they come up with some bug spray. I advised that they looked like fleas and we don't want to stay here they tried showing me 3 other rooms. I checked all the beds and they had fleas in them. I asked for the manager. When he arrived I asked for our money back and a lift into Ao Nang so we could find another hotel as we weren't staying here. The manager disappeared for about half an hour when I went to find him they were trying to make up another room saying that this one didn't have bugs. I said that we are not staying and repeated what I wanted. He said he couldn't give us our money back because it was with the agent. He got a member of his staff to take us into town so we could find somewhere else to stay. We found another hotel at our own expense. We emailed expedia (the agent) and they tried contacting the hotel to hear their side if the story. The hotel refused to respond, we eventually got our money back but nearly 3 weeks later the agent still hasn't heard from the hotel (Stefan the manager). I would not recommend this place to anyone best to avoid.

Very nice resort, wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Super nice, very friendly staff! Highly recommended for families with children.

So we've been in this hotel for eight days now and unfortunately I can only report good things! Familyfriendly! Clean for Thai standards! The family rooms are a nice size and only on the ground floor they have direct access to the pool. We had a baby monitor with us and went to the pool in the evenings, always keeping an eye on the door and also noticed when the children aged 2 and 4 woke up! The rooms have a small kitchen and microwave. There is a small children's pool at the pool, which is great for children with a small mushroom in the middle where water comes out. There is a small children's play kitchen and water toys at the pool, there is also a small slide there, unfortunately you can only slide there if you put water on it first because it is older. The service in the hotel was also great, no matter whether you needed a doctor or someone to open a coconut for you, it was no problem. We can only recommend the hotel and would come back immediately. Tip! Be friendly to the staff and if you have any problems they will explain it to you. They are very keen to make you happy but as it is, they are only people and Thailand has different standards. There is direct access to the sea, unfortunately there is no beach, but you can reach it with taxis or hotel drivers. Negative: The air conditioning is relatively loud and there is a harbor near the hotel and you can hear ships at the pool day and night. (Not in the room) which is no longer noticeable after a few hours.

Average place with no telephone in room, exhaust/air outlet in bathroom, experience breakfast. But the hotel staff is very helpful with good cook and a nice view of the bay.

Worst hotel I have ever been. While booking the hotel we were attracked by the photos they have shared but the actual is way different than the photos. First of all its very far from the main tourist area ( beaches and market) and they dont provide any bike rental facility to go any where. We walked around 1.5 km in the scortching heat to get a bike for rent . Moreover they dont have restraurant inhouse. Once you will get into the hotel you wont have any option to go out and we were the only person staying in that hotel at that point of time. Once we called the reception at 10pm for some emergency. Nobody picked up. We felt like we got into a haunted place and there is no way to escape. Its like total wastage of money.

The rooms were neat and spaces and the staff were really friendly and they were always willing to help with everyhing. The view and facilities are very nice. Food is ok, all that we didnt enjoy was the noise( we stayed on the road side which was very busy) and they dont have daily room cleaning. Only give new towels and make the bed. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Will definitly recommend it.

Perfect hotel for a family, a couple or alone, unlimited swimming pool when leaving the room, magnificent view of the sea, perfect location far from the world, delicious restaurants around, port of ao Nam Mao pier for outings. The hotel managers took me by vehicle to exchange money, to the doctor for my 2 year old daughter, made an appointment with the most wonderful person with a degree in Thai massage. They are very caring, take care of us graciously. I will go back next time I go to Thailand. We were lucky to have a family with children as neighbors with whom we shared a lot. The hotel is much more beautiful, the swimming pool much more beautiful and modern in real life! the photos do not show the brightness.

Staff were wonderful, Room was very clean and modern, Pool was luxurious, Grounds were immaculate! What a perfect, quiet oasis!

We had an amazing time here in February 2019. We really loved the staff! They really go out of their way. We like that the resort was small and cozy. We did have a motorbike rental. It cost $250 TB/day (from a third party). I didn’t leave them my passport but had to leave a $3000 TB deposit which I got back upon returning the bike. I would recommend having one as it is about 15 mins to get to the main area with all the restaurants and shops in Krabi. Our room was very spacious. We had room 6 which has a view of the pool overlooking the ocean. Don’t book a room facing the street if you can. The pool is nice. the common areas around the pool and restate very nice with great views. They have free kayaks and life jackets that we used to go to a nearby beach. We were the only ones there! The beach isn’t really suitable for swimming here. Take your motorbike to town. We really enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. You pick what you want and they make it for you. We had Hawaiian pizza one night from the in house restaurant and it was really good. As a side note I also got a SIM card in town for $88TB. Unlimited data for one week. Hope this helps!

Nice little place. Pretty clean, nice staff, warm shower, and a nice pool. Right by the beach and pier and free access to kayaks. Only disadvantage was it's far away from the more developed beaches of Krabi so you have to catch a taxi into town if you want to venture somewhere or eat out.

Fantastic place. They met our every need and even upgraded our room. While it is about a 10 minute drive to Ao Nang it is worth it for the quiet beach and beautiful view. With a motor bike rental place right next door it I easy to get to Ao Nang. It is family run from what I can tell. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. I will come back for sure.

It's a place I found by chance. And even more coincidental was finding a good room. The atmosphere is good and the surroundings are beautiful. Next to the beach, the view is very good. Plus there is a swimming pool to play in at any time. The price is too cheap and worth it 😊 And what is most impressive is that the employees are very cute. Take good care and give very good advice. The most friendly, like we've known each other for a long time. I have to say that we live together like a family. 😁🩷 #There is definitely a chance to go back and stay again.
