Witam. Szczerze powiedziawszy mam mieszane uczucia co do kliniki. Obsługa generalnie miła, miejsce czyste i zadbane, ale dr Janeczko jest "przereklamowany". Przy każdym spotkaniu wyglądał jakby się spieszył i w pewnym sensie nas zbywał ("tu jeszcze trzeba takie badanie, tam takie, można je zrobić u nas"). I takie umawianie wizyty za wizytą, żeby tylko się dowiedzieć, że trzeba zrobić kolejne badania. Moje odczucia są takie, że co innego jest na pierwszym miejscu niż empatia w stosunku do ludzi, którzy jej potrzebują. Rozumiem też, że klinika jest nastawiona na zyski i musi je generować, ale uważam że trzeba się skupić głównie na tym, żeby pomóc tym wszystkim ludziom spełnić ich marzenie ograniczając ich koszty jak to tylko możliwe. Przyznam, że straciliśmy z żoną sporo czasu płacąc za to nie małe pieniądze jak na nasze zarobki... Byliśmy wysyłani na mnóstwo przeróżnych badań, które generalnie nic nie nie zmieniły w procesie leczenia. Na szczęście pewnego razu przypadkiem trafiliśmy do dr Dawida Maduzia, który wykazał się zrozumieniem i w dość krótkim czasie pomógł nam się przygotować do całej procedury in vitro za co jesteśmy mu naprawdę wdzięczni. Pozdrawiam i życzę wszystkim powodzenia w dążeniu do celu :)

Oczywistym jest ze każda opinia o klinice jest uzależniona od wynikow leczenia. Jeżeli jest ciąża to nastawienie Pań w recepcji albo samego lekarza nie ma znaczenia. To że się nie raz czekało kilka godzin w kolejce pomimo umówionej godziny też nie ma znaczenia. Gorzej jak po kilku inseminacjach i in vitro nic nie wychodzi. Tak jest w naszym przypadku niestety.. Personel w naszym odczuciu profesjonalny, empatyczny. Lekarz który nas prowadzi raczej pozytywnie nastawiony. Ciężko jednak wyzbyć się wrażenia że lekarzowi wciąż się spieszy bo inni czekają i wizyta odbywa się w atmosferze pośpiechu co w następstwie prowadzi do wrażenia że lekarz nie ma jak w spokoju zastanowić się / przeanalizować sytuację. Zdarzało się że Żona lekarzowi podpowiadała kolejne kroki z teco co w necie wyczytała... Reasumujac: ciężko coś polecać skoro nie otrzymało się tego po co się przyszło. Choćby w poczekalni były sofy z krokodylej skóry a gabinety ociekały złotem i marmurem a Panie w recepcji witałyby każdego klienta kawą i ciastkiem to nie zmienia faktu że przychodzi się tam przede wszystkim rozwiązać swój problem płacąc za to niemałe pieniądze.

Big thanks to Mrs. Estera Kłosowicz! We came to the "Parens" clinic when the previous doctor's knowledge had been exhausted... In the clinic, especially with Mrs. Kłosowicz, we received everything we expected, thanks to the help and individual approach. Our dream came true! Due to the individual approach to patients... it is worth remembering that visiting hours are highly contractual ☺️

The worst clinic ever , we had a visit to check the tests results after we paid a lot of money and doctor told us (you still need to do one more) that’s it and he charged us 200zl for (one sentence only )they don’t care about patients at all , they care about money

I recommend Dr. Janeczko. He is a very good specialist and a man full of empathy and balanced humor. The doctor helped us a lot in our attempts to have a baby.

I highly recommend the clinic! I was surprised by such a low rating, because I have no reservations and I am a demanding person. Let me start with the service - starting at the reception, through the nurses, doctors and embryologists - all these people are wonderful people. Every phone call was always taken care of, every one helpful, so that we could help at any time and provide the maximum amount of information. Appointments were quick, the waiting room itself was very comfortable and provided maximum privacy, with soothing music - a revelation. The entire staff are warm and empathetic people, just what you expect, of course with very extensive medical knowledge, not random prehistory. The technical facilities are also of a high standard, treatment rooms provide maximum comfort and, most importantly, the staff helps with everything. I recommend!

Szanowni Panstwo, proszę szanować czas Panstwa klientow. Umawianie wizyty na konkretna godzine oznacza, że o tej godzinie odbedzie sie wizyta. Po przybyciu otrzymuje sie jednak "numer " w kolejce. Jestem w stanie zrozumiec godzinne opoznienie, ale oczekiwanie w "kolejce" ponad 3 godziny?! Uczciwie byloby z Panstwa strony informowac pacjentow, że pomimo umowionej wizyty na konkretna godzine obowiazuje kolejka. Podsumowujac: aktualny system kolejkowy zawodzi. Pozdrawiam serdecznie

I don't know why the clinic has such a low rating. We are patients of Dr. Kłosowicz, wonderful, empathetic and committed, with great knowledge. I am an absolute fan of the Doctor and I feel cared for and at peace. Let's add to this the lovely midwives and a FANTASTIC embryologist and this will give you a picture of the treatment at Parens. The only "minus" - you should be aware that the visit time is approximate and sometimes you have to wait a long time. However, I put it in quotation marks because this way you can always count on finding a short appointment time when you need it. Even if the doctor's calendar is already busy. Moreover, each of us receives as much attention and time from the Doctor as we need. Also something for something. We were afraid of the in vitro procedure. Thanks to Dr. Kłosowicz, we passed it smoothly and with peace of mind.

Najpierw jako pacjentka Dr. Janeczko, a później Dr. E. Kłosowicz udało mi się spełnić największe marzenie. Dzięki Nim po 6 latach od poronienia i morzu wylanych łez zostałam mamą ślicznego bobaska. Szukanie przyczyny i leczenie trwa i kosztuje, ale przez NFZ nigdy by mi się nie udało. Dziękujemy ❤️

The treatment was successful, the first transfer was successful and now we are happy with our daughter. We recommend Dr. Maduzia, a professional, specific and empathetic doctor. Nice atmosphere during visits, and good telephone contact in case of an emergency. In general, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased, thank you :)

After having attended a fertility clinic here in Ireland we were advised to try Parens in Krakow and it is really to be recommended. We cannot praise all of the staff, every one of them. Our first contact was Urszula Kaminska and she has been invaluable to us, providing advice and assistance about the process and documention, payments etc from the beginning. Nothing was too much troublefor us to ask. We had 2 failed attempts at ivf and the staff were all so supportive and really cared, that was very obvious. The single most important person for us was of course our consultant gynaecologist, Dr Estera Klosowicz who was obviously heartbroken at the failed attempts and she both comforted and supported us through the process. Estera would tweak the medications and dosage etc to try improve our chances and at the time of writing this we are now 19 weeks pregnant. The staff in the lab, the reception, everyone was so friendly, so professional. We would love to recommend this clinic without hesitation.

Najlepsza klinika w Krakowie. Dr Janeczko rzetelnie i przejrzyście informuje o przebiegu leczenia i kosztach - bez kręcenia i naciągania jak to się zdarza u konkurencji. A efekty są!

After two visits to Mrs. Estera Kłosowicz, I rate the clinic very well :) The doctor was very empathetic, nice, and approached the subject comprehensively, during the examination of the patency of the fallopian tubes, everything was explained in detail and the next steps were discussed. The overall impression of treatment at the Parens clinic is very positive. I am very satisfied and I will recommend it further :)

My wife and I do not recommend the clinic and Dr. Estera Kłosowicz, it is a scam for money on in vitro, I do not recommend it!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Parens. A very qualified team. I started my adventure at the end of 2019. A lot of knowledge, help and understanding. The pregnancy was managed by Dr. Estera Kłosowicz. Honestly, I don't know such a great doctor, more importantly, with a vocation! There was no situation where the Doctor did not respond to text messages or did not answer the phone. HUGE SUPPORT. Dr. Esther is a walking angel on earth. I am glad that thanks to her involvement I managed to get pregnant for the second time, sustain it and wait patiently until the day of delivery. 🤗🤰🏻

We recommend the Parens Clinic wholeheartedly! My wife and I are extremely grateful to Dr. Estera Kłosowicz. Her extensive medical knowledge and exceptional empathy meant that our entire pregnancy was peaceful and fully supported. Thanks to her professionalism and warm approach, we felt safe and confident at every stage of our path to parenthood. Doctor Kłosowicz always had time for our questions and doubts, and her answers were always clear and comprehensive. Her understanding of our emotions and willingness to listen meant that each visit was not only medical support for us, but also spiritual relief. In January of our lives, our beloved son, Leon, was born. It was thanks to Doctor Kłosowicz and the Parens Clinic team that this moment was not only safe, but also magical. We thank them for their care and commitment, which we will not forget for the rest of our lives.

I highly recommend Parens Clinic - it was the best choice. My attending physician was Dr. Estera Kłosowicz. In hindsight, I know that I couldn't have made a better choice. She is factual, precise, and at the same time kind, sympathetic and patient. It's just a pity that I found it so late. Today we are happy parents. Thank you very much for your care and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We went to this clinic on the recommendation of another doctor. We came to a specific doctor. She ordered us to undergo tests. After doing so, it turned out that the doctor no longer worked there. We found out about it by accident when I called to make an appointment. We were suggested to go to the clinic's website, read about it and choose another doctor. We decided to give Dr. Janeczko. And so it began.... I have to collect all the information, I have to decide what treatments we do, because the doctor always replies that we will do what I want. We performed a patency test and everything seemed fine, insemination. Unsuccessful... The doctor orders laparoscopy. I had already made an appointment in Ujastek. And it turns out that the fallopian tubes are completely blocked on both sides. Fortunately, they performed plastic surgery in the hospital and unblocked the fallopian tubes. After a month, Dr. Janeczko performs a second insemination and a miscarriage. Well, okay, it happens. And this is where the drama begins. I'm running out of research. We do the second one and I get a positive result for AntiHBc total. Up until now, I have had these tests done every year and nothing has ever been detected. I called the clinic in shock and was told it was nothing, it couldn't be treated and would stay with me forever. I didn't give up and did tests in another laboratory. And surprisingly, the result was negative. What does Dr. say? Janeczko said that now he doesn't know which of the results is correct and if we decide on INVITRO at this moment, my cells will go to the container with diseased cells. The family doctor and the virologist said that if one result is consistently positive, the test is repeated. And this result is considered correct. And that every Doctor knows about it! Just in case, the virologist conducted very extensive research in this direction. They all came back negative. The doctor was shocked and didn't know why the tests were positive. Treatment at this clinic is a waste of money. Taking out money and a total waste of time! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is an amazing clinic, I got all the help that I needed. I am expecting a little bundle of joy. My husband and I are so happy and thankful.

I didn't think that such arrogant people work in an infertility clinic without any empathy or understanding. The ladies at the reception desk seemed as if they were there as punishment. We were given incorrect information during the telephone conversation.

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband made an appointment with Dr. Wiatr via the website knownlekarz. While on his way to the clinic, he received an SMS that the visit was canceled. He tried to call, but it was a miracle. So we got there and it turned out that the doctor had unfortunately canceled the appointments, and we were supposedly informed right away. I believe that such matters should be dealt with by phone with the additional option of receiving a new date as soon as possible. I ignore the time and money wasted on travel (we are not from Krakow) and the holidays taken. During the registration, we received information that we could make an appointment with the doctor in a month, but a prepayment was required... so the clinic can cancel the visit without any major consequences, but the other party doesn't have it so easy because they lose money. I understand that the Doctor may have surgery and cancel appointments, but informing via SMS and requiring prepayment (where it was not required during registration with a well-known doctor) when registering for the next visit does not have a positive impact on the perception of the clinic. And looking at the clinic's responses to negative comments, I warn you that we will not use the services of a place where there is no respect for other people (their time and money).
