Great place for adults and children. Everyone who wants to be active, experienced and beginners will find something for themselves here. Technical and human resources at the highest level. Friendly trainers with extensive experience and a great approach, especially to the youngest sports enthusiasts. There's no boredom here!!

This is not another OCR gym where the only differences are new multirig grips - it is something more. More different swinging structures, 4 ramps and a lot of fun. It's a bit cold in winter, but you can dress a little warmer.

The best place to train OCR and Ninja in southern Poland. Also for children. Great technical facilities, but most importantly, professional (with a capital "P") coaching staff. I recommend it to everyone - both experienced competitors and those who are just starting their adventure with obstacle running.

What can I say! A place created by people with passion for people with passion. BF24GYM is the OCR/NINJA cathedral and definitely one of the best training spots in Krakow. I definitely recommend visiting this place and recommend it wholeheartedly! Believe that all the best will happen to you here. I come there not only to improve my form and technique for OCR runs, but also to meet people (coaches, other competitors or simply club members) from whom I can get a decent dose of knowledge and motivation, and at the same time have a good time: )

Kapitalna miejscówka do treningów tak ninja jak i typowego ocr. Świetne wyposażenie sali, m.in. salmon ladder, flying bar. Fajna atmosfera. Warto odwiedzić i dać szansę!
