I got what (the website made me think) was a single payment, one-month subscription for February. I was surprised to find out my credit card was charged for March. I found out that actually my credit card would still be charged for whole March and April due to me having signed a contract, even though I do not ppan to use the subscription ever again. Of course I missed the fine print in the contract and, unless I want to prove in court that the website is misleading, I just have to pay up. But this kind of customer-hostile practices make me sick. I will not be recommending this gym chain to any of my friends.

Very nice service and equipment, but conditioners and air circulation wasn't working at all, when we asked at the reception, they told us that it will only start operating next week. It was hot and stuffy for the gym - 26 degrees, which is quite uncomfortable temperature for the training

My fitness place Atut is an amazing place for workouts. They have a lot of different machines available. You can go for an Infrared or a charcoal sauna. I would suggest please mark the directions for the sauna properly. But the sauna is also amazing.

This fitness Center more look like sauna . It’s unpossible to make training …You can get a heart attack . Very nice place but it’s unhealthy training there… hope you will do something with ventilation in future because it is most important for fitness place.

The gym is ok but the service is a joke. First thing you notice is that they ask you all credit card details on the reception, including ccv to sign you up for recurring payment (I think, they should get fined for it). Apparently their personel is trained to get you signed for recurring payment at any cost.They didn't even offer first free training. After that they carelessly input your contact details with mistakes without double checking. As a result I couldn't log in and had continuous issues with accessing the service with their pass card and setting up payment method. I had to appear in person and terminate the contract. They added one month fee and sent it to a debt collection firm. Worst service ever.

Best gym in Kraków. Lots of equipment to work with and really friendly staff. Overall, a great atmosphere to get an awesome work out. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

Lots of equipment, big space for training. However cleaning is not sufficient, dust is all over the place and lack of sanitary conditions.

Very nice gym, great, committed fitness trainers. Maybe with the exception of Mrs. Karolina, who conducts classes as if they were a punishment and is more interested in her phone than in the group.
