    PROS:- 1. Good location 2. Great team of doctors for varieties of categories 3. Parking space easily available 4. Kind and supportive staff & Doctors CONS:- 1. Getting an appointment is challenging and can take longer than expected as doctors are less than required. Overall:- Go for it ! Highly recommended.

    The facility per se isn't bad, although the availability of appointments in English is basically none. But in 1 year nothing has changed with the car park. Not everyone lives in the city center and can reach the place by public transportation. Everyone, including for example parents with children, has to arrive 30 minutes earlier hoping to find car park :(

    Fascinating, how they can’t resolve the parking issue for months!!! Ridiculous! There is a line formed by cars waiting for a free spot. Waiting time is at least 20 minutes. Seamless solution.

    No parking! It’s so stupid arranging new office with no parking available while they make tons on money! First turn to the parking and you are wrong, cause there are no signs stating that parking for LuxMed is second turn. So you have to return and then you stuck in a line for 20 minutes and still no guarantee to park. Of course u already missed your visit! 3 years passed, nothing changed.

    Worst service ever Scheduled an appointment for an hour, then receive a different hour scheduled. It's mentioned one address but in that address there is 3 different buildings and went around the 3 of them. When I finally arrive to the correct one they say the doctor can't see me because I'm late

    This place is about waiting. Worst Luxmed location in the town. Parking is a real nightmare, better to have plenty of time before visit. This location of Luxmed has 2 different locations in itself. They are on the opposite sides of the massive building, not connected, one of them have an access only once you reach a 3d floor. No, it's not healthy / sick/ adult/kids, haven't any idea how it works there. Keep in mind, especially if you're with children. I've never guessed right, so it's always an extra walk for us. Today it cost me a visit to go from one side to another with sick kid to hear I'm late and there're no more options for a child with fever and laryngitis. Other visits we have never been late but have never been on our scheduled time in any room, it's always about waiting, oh , and if you have some Cito tests , it won't be so Cito before they take it. Previous time it took more than hour to just get to nurse who can take few drops of blood. Then, of course, you have to wait for a result and to get back to the doctor. And don't forget to make some extra time before visit to find the right room in this labyrinth premises. Not-user-friendly at all, well, at least clean and have some space for waiting time (so perhaps it's a well known trait).

    The clinic is done beautifully, no doubt! But, 1. Your help to the Ukrainians is dust, it is only conditional, probably just to advertise yourself, but nothing more! 2. The qualification of your employees leaves much to be desired, I can tell you with confidence! And if necessary, I can argue very seriously!

    Worse experience ever!!!, people mostly go to private hospitals to get better treatments. In Luxmed, you pay money and they try to charge more for further unnecessary tests. I used to read negative comments regarding Luxmed, now I understand better why people are disappointed. You most probably think that your company has agreement with Luxmed and some of basic treatments and consultations are going to be complimentary, NOT REALLY!!! They will see your package and will prescript the treatments or services which are not within your coverage. And, in the end you will be paying more and more. I paid 545 zloty for the tests and doctor told me that they don't have the service to help me further... and in the end, they wanted me to go another hospital, WHY I PAID FOR THE TESTS IN LUXMED ??? if they are not able to help with my need or illness... If you are really sick, just go to public hospital or another clinic where human health is not commercialized. (especially, if you are foreigner...)

    Pretty clean and huge corporate space. There was a long queue at reception but that was none of my business. I had instructions on my mobile app with the floor and door number, so I went and sat on the chair outside the door. The doctor welcomed me right on time. So the overall entry & exit experience was smooth! Note - this review is only regarding the location and it's service, not regarding Luxmed in general. Well if you ask me about Luxmed, it's the same story wherever you go - impossible to find a doctor appointment, not very welcoming doctors as if they're working for free, hard-to-find-english-speaking staff & doctors. Gosh it's sick to fall sick:)

    Every time as it should be - substantively. When picking up the baby, a very nice lady with a great attitude towards children! Figurines instead of stickers - great!

    I am utterly disappointed and infuriated with the abysmal service provided by Luxmed, the medical insurance company I am currently a client of. For the past 2.5 months, I have been futilely attempting to schedule appointments with two necessary physicians through Luxmed. Their solution was to direct me to another clinic with a rating of 2.5, where English isn't spoken at the reception, and they lack English-speaking doctors. This is an appalling breach of the service I am paying for. I fail to comprehend the purpose of this insurance if Luxmed cannot secure appointments within their own network and so irresponsibly handles their duties.

    The facilities are really clean, the reception speaks great English and they are always kindly helping you through your medical appointment. I had an issue with my face mask and was given a new one before going into the doctor's office. It's easy enough to communicate with the doctor and have a prompt recovery :)

    I have access to treatment at LUXMED and I am very satisfied - I register online, I have access to all specialists without a referral and I choose clinics that are convenient for me and a doctor that suits me - what more could you want!!!

    availability inconsistent with the contract, an internist within 24 hours is included in the package, but there is no one, so what can you do for us, there is no telephone consultation in the next 4 days, online 12 hours of waiting and 15 people in the waiting room, and I need a blood test which is in the package but if there is no referral, I don't have it in my package, what nonsense

    Hopeless service, they refused to give my son the third dose of vaccine because he received the first two in Katowice and the vaccine was from a pharmacy and not bought from them. It doesn't matter that the vaccine was prescribed by a doctor from LuxMed. So many years of paying the subscription fee and it's still not enough for them. I do not recommend .
