    I've known Bart for a couple of years already. We exchanged knowledge and I had the chance to review his training methods. He is the type of a coach who truly cares about his clients and constantly improves his strategies. If you are looking for someone who will take care of you from A to Z, Bart is the way to go.

    Bartek is a great trainer, primarily because of his knowledge and holistic approach to training. He approaches exercises with common sense and instills this approach in his students. He can advise and motivate. And he has a great sense of humor!

    Bartek took me under his wing when, once again, cooperation with another trainer did not work out as I wanted. We went from the basics, which had previously been neglected and needed refreshing, to deadlifting 200 kilograms, which seemed like a pipe dream to me the year before. I really appreciate his responsiveness, patience in answering questions, flexibility in training plans and, above all, the fact that he taught me how to train wisely - and not to "drive" 6 times a week.

    Bartek is a great trainer. He has been training with him for several months now. The guest has extensive knowledge and an individual approach. Even though I have a herniated disc (lumbar disc), thanks to Bartek I am breaking new records in powerlifting. I exercise with weights that I never dreamed I could lift. Finally, my training is going the way I want and I am progressing regularly.

    I am satisfied with the cooperation with Bartek. I feel that I am doing the exercises correctly because he explains everything at the beginning, willingly answers questions, corrects mistakes and explains many aspects of the training.

    A great trainer for both individual and group classes! Individual approach to the client, professionalism, commitment and extensive knowledge - he will answer the most troubling questions and explain why this way and not otherwise :). Continuous improvement makes training varied and not boring. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

    We had the privilege of training with Bart for 4 months already together with my wife, and we couldn't be happier with the results. His knowledge of exercise science is exceptional and up-to-date, and he tailors every workout to our specific goals and needs. He pushes us to achieve our best, but always with a keen eye on safety and proper form. His encouragement, positivity and personal attitude make each session enjoyable, even on the toughest days. He's readily available to answer questions and provide guidance. Thanks to Bart, we’ve made significant progress in our fitness journey, and I can't recommend him enough to anyone seeking a top-notch personal trainer.

    I met Bartek about 5 years ago, when I knew little about strength training. After about 3 years of amateur bodybuilding/strength training, I decided to start working with him. I wasn't disappointed. The guy knows what he is doing and easily undertakes any task, no matter how complicated it is. It doesn't matter to him whether someone has been injured, wants to lose or gain weight, does recreational exercise or more ambitiously takes part in powerlifting or calisthenics competitions, because he still knows how to help a given person to maximize results or heal injuries. I recommend it wholeheartedly, because Bartek is a great, constantly developing trainer.

    I came to Bartek completely by accident, but I don't regret anything ;) I just wanted to "learn how to exercise on the equipment" and Bartek gave me a barbell and I was lost. In a year, I went from a person who was afraid to step foot into the gym to one who can no longer imagine a week without training. Bartek is a trainer with great knowledge, commitment and patience with the client. You can see that what he does is his true passion. With a clear conscience, I can recommend Bartek to everyone who, like me, has no experience at all and is afraid of going to the gym for the first time.
