This fitness club is working with fraud. I have not even received membership club and not even once used their fitness only registered from website and they force me to pay 786 zl for the service that i have not used. Also they are clever enough, when they force people to register from website. When i went to their fitness club in Krakow, they have not gave me any information and asked just to fill and review all information thought website, what i have done. And when it came to payment part i just not accepted it and closed the page. But they are really smart and think that all people are idiots. Till payment part, there is terms and conditions part that nobody reads, because we are log inning and registering through many websites and none of them fine anybody and ask each day bothering with their emails regarding fine. Anyway i have registered without knowing anything and just ignored payment part thinking that i have not completed registration and not using their services, do not have membership car and wet signed contract to pay anything. Surprisingly they are sending me emails which goes to spam and when i realised their fraud attitude to clients it was too late and now they want me to pay for the service which is not provided and i have not used before. I have not used your fitness, you have not paid because of me any electricity or water consumption fee, what for you are fine me? I will not pay and will complain to consumer rights and if needed will go to court. Because the unfair stress that you provided me during these months is unacceptable. Also, all of us are humans, how you can be so unfair and without any human feeling, when i have spoke with you so many times in club, through emails to all possible people. Anyway, guys they are “0”.

Beware of this gym and it’s customer service. They will keep charging your account without notice and only tell you to pay once the sum is big enough. I clearly asked the staff how to cancel the subscription and they said that nothing is needed from my side, I only need to return my wrist band. Long story short, they set Winkor, a debt collecting company once the sum became big and tried “taking my case to court”, but nothing happened xD These guys are cheap scammers, please avoid at all cost This gym also isn’t cheap and is quite mediocre to be honest (smelly changing rooms and broken equipment. It’s also overcrowded most of the time, even on Sunday mornings.

They are scammers, you have to pay even when you don't go there anymore. If you don't pay, they will set "winkor sp. z o.o" (debt collectors) on you. Prefer Fitness Platinum or others, they have much more transparent payment plans.

The gym is a gym, the organization is quite good - from the gates at the reception to the locker rooms. The disadvantage, however, is the too small number of free weights - dumbbells, with a larger turnout, finding dumbbells of e.g. 12, 14 or 16 kilograms is a miracle.

Went to this gym for two years. The receptionists often won't even look at you or say good morning as you walk in, as they seem more interested in gossip with each other. Staff's english non existing in a gym frequented mostly by foreigners. Be careful with you subscription also as they will keep charging your card after your quit.

Always crowded which means it’s making good profit but at the same time: - Wet sauna: broken - Sauna showers: one of them broken since 3 years so you have to wait in line - Dry sauna: turned off most of the time even when it’s scheduled to operate - Urinals: one of them is broken - Toilets: flush broken - Lockers: most of them broken - Showers: most of them are broken The only good thing about this gym is the location and the staff. Whoever is in charge of maintenance should be fired immediately

I am a regular customer here, and today I come, and it turns out that lockers in the locker rooms must now use locks. I had to buy it at the reception, well, OK. I was looking for a locker that works at all (how could you screw the mechanism wrong??) and after training, I came to the locker, but I could not open the lock for 10 minutes, because the code scrolling mechanism is stuck. I asked for a refund, but at the reception I was told that this is decided only by the manager, and he is not there. You can not call him, he is busy. Well, it's his job to help solve such situations, no? And this is the attitude towards regular customers who work out here with a trainer, and I stay here only because of him, who knows for how long

I don't understand what's going on with the club. First, in the women's locker room, normal hair dryers were replaced with the cheapest option, which does not dry the hair at all. Now I come and instead of normal civilized electronic locks, they tell me that I have to buy a lock, because now there will be mechanical locks. It was someone who came up with the idea to spend money to buy and install these stupid locks instead of electronic ones. And what's next? Will you remove soap dishes or holders from the shower? The only normal modern sports club is being turned into a cheap clubhouse. Very sad(

Broken lockers, they don’t even bother fixing them. Spa and pool are closed or occupied by some classes for most of the time. Humam is broken since 2019. Overcrowded. Lack of proper sanitation and cleanliness. I hope they will fix at least something :)

Honestly really nice gym except for the members. Absolutely no gym etiquette. People will steal equipment and machines from you and then tell you off when you ask for it back. Gym attendants are not only incompetent but the trainers were telling clients dangerous lifting techniques. If I could get my money back I would request it

I called beforehand to see if there was a first day free promotion, and they told me 'yes', and also that a daily fee was 39zl/day any other day. I planned and came with a friend because of that info, and when I arrive they say it's no promotion and that it's 49zl for entry. Honestly, very upset and they lost a potential client.

My mom bought 1 month , but They automatically charged for 5 mouths, in credit even not inform you!!! Then add you to debtors list. Now we shouldn't pay 200$(814 pln), how it can be possible? She didn't visit gym, more than 5 months.

I never leave feedbacks but this time I will. The worst customer service I have ever seen and always overcrouded gym. I paid for 1 month and they automatically extended the contract for 12 month without possibility to quit. Now there is no such option and I need to pay the whole year although I do not visit it.

The gym is decent size, and it has most equipments needed for most activities. But I must agree it's not worth the price - there are not enough weights (you'll probably have to share or wait for someone) and it seems like some of the equipment has been broken and not properly maintained for a while. I'd say the swimming pool is quite small and not ok for proper swimming practice. I'd recommend this place only if you have some sort of benefits card and can use it at this gym for doing some cardio, or yoga, or spinning, or any sort of programmed lessons like these.

Guys, please do not use a subscription to this gym, especially if you are a foreigner. It is not possible to cancel it. If you don't visit a gym, they will try to grab your money from your card, then this sum will be increased

Saunas are still not working. Both crashed recently! The steam station was out of use for months. This makes the pool crowded. The shower by the pool has been damaged for months and the same thing in the men's locker room. The advantage is the location and no time limit for multisport.

The trainers are good, but not all of them, everything inside the women's locker room is very old, also the shower is rated 2. There is much better in the same network.

A lot of misleading information, very bad customer service. They will keep charging you no matter what, broken dirty equipments, I do not recommend. Stay away from this scam

Although it's not the closest gym to my place I like to visit it whenever I get the occasion since it was my favourite gym in Warsaw. They do not have as many facilities here in Krakow as they had there (squash, wall climbing, etc.), but the sauna and the swimming pool are great additions. I also love the separation of the rooms designed for bodybuilding versus the one where you can do more bodyweight workouts and circuits. They have lots of machines and the changing rooms have electronic locking systems and even a flatiron with an ironing board for those of us who work out early morning before going to the office, which makes it unique in this regard.

I rate the swimming pool, locker room and service. The service was very nice, I have no objections. There was traffic but I had a short chat. The pool is small but rectangular and you can swim through it several times to stretch your back. The swimming pool is connected to the sauna, so it is normal for people to go there in swimsuits. There are special places in Krakow for naked sauna, which are also available on Multisport (Termy Krakowskie) and have a gym. There's nothing to complain about. What I would suggest is for someone in the hall to enforce the regulations, e.g. to warn people if someone enters the sauna without a towel or if they talk too loudly in the swimming pool hall. Of course, visitors themselves can demand silence (because it is a relaxation zone) and I encourage everyone to warn them. In my opinion, a sign about keeping silence should be displayed at the entrance to the swimming pool. I suggest that there be more markings where everything is, i.e. where the exit, entrance, women's and men's locker rooms, and where not to enter. The hall is quite dark, more light would be useful. It would be useful to have soap in the shower, because not everyone is kind enough to wash themselves before entering the swimming pool. However, I consider visiting this place a success because there is everything you need for swimming. The advantage is the location and proximity to shops. I wish the club to develop and improve its facility.

Beware any legal commitments with this club purchasing a contract or carnet. The club administration has no idea about customer service and business ethics. They charged me for the service while the club was closed due to pandemic shutdown . The central office management does not respond on emails and post letters. Focus on client and williness to resolve customer issues are completely absent here.

Terrible and shady company. Beware of the automatic payments and the terms of the subscription because otherwise they will steal your money and think they are doing the right thing.

Good gym 4/5 But I will give 3 because they haven’t cancelled my subscription payments. Tip: keep a copy of the cancellation of your membership.

I really like the place. Yes sometimes it is crowded and some of facilities are broken. What I love there is iron, hair dryer, 2 scales, many lockers, sauna and pool. And sauna and pool are accessible via MultiSport card. If you fix the broken facilities you can be the best choice.

For as long as I can remember, the steam sauna and one of the showers have not been working, but when another shower broke down and there was no way to cool down after leaving the dry sauna, this place ceased to exist for me. When running this type of place, you should invest in and take care of the basic hygiene rules, which you write about in the regulations for using saunas. Poor for such a large chain!

A great place to exercise in peace! At the entrance, very nice young smiling staff. Super clean in the locker room, because the service ladies clean everything tip top with great dedication and precision. The equipment is very good and whenever something breaks, it is immediately replaced or repaired. Upholstery for benches, chairs and supports too! Full weights and unlimited training possibilities! The music could be a bit more varied, and subjectively speaking, I personally preferred the good old atmosphere of the gym from many years ago, when everyone was doing vertical weights at the gym and the trainers knew everyone by name. Now, well... we live in different times. Nevertheless, I like this place, very much 💪🏻😄✌🏻️✨

Scammers who don’t fulfill your requests for ending your subscription and then give your personal information away to “debt collectors”! It feels like they have new receptionists every other second and all of them are absolutely incompetent and don’t fully know the rules of the gym they work in and don’t even know the laws of the country they live in!!! They are always unhappy to see you, every time I came there I was given a treatment of a some kind of an “intruder” bc I was the second person in another person’s account and for some system error they didn’t give me any gym card! It was my first gym and I will never come back here as not only their service was unwelcoming and later they scammed me and my friend, the gym is quite dirty and has a lot of really old machines that should have been replaced a long time ago . It was a deeply stressful experience dealing with them so I hope some institution of Consumer Rights will throughly check them!!!

I'm trying to call to ask if the sauna is working, because there has been a breakdown for several days. Nobody answers the phone.

Many have already written here about the stench and dirt in the locker rooms. And so I gave this club a chance because it is the closest swimming pool to my home. But after the glass (?!) door in the shower broke and injured my arms and legs, I'm seriously considering taking Benefit Systems (the owner of this and many other gyms in Poland) to court. - Three months have passed since the incident. The club wrote a report on the accident, expressed remorse, offered compensation and... fell silent. - The club still operates carelessly, although the windows in other cabins were also cracked then. I also dare to doubt whether the glass used in these cabins meets any construction standards for a fitness club. Supposedly, the renovation will take place in early 2024. Until then, what? The cash register must match, right? Or are you just waiting for someone else's body to be more seriously damaged this time, e.g. by flying into the eye? As a warning to everyone.

One of my favourite gyms in the city. Plenty of space and a lot of machines to do exercise. Very nice choice of different training classes

There is pool, sauna and a lot of equipment to exercise. Sometimes gym is a bit busy. Staff is very nice. I highly recommend this place.

I would like to write something, but if you check other comments. You will understand why 1 star: steal,lie,low customer service,broken doors, dirty are,not enough equipments and etc .

The club has recently changed the owner, but it feels like everything is getting worse. Like for 140zl per month subscription you want me to bring my own locker with me every time? In 2023, when most gyms are switching to lockers which open with a smartphone? Also there’s a function in new Zdrowappka app, which allows you to show a QR code instead of plastic card - but admins ask for a CASH DEPOSIT if you do it🤡 New management clearly doesn’t read google reviews, they even didn’t bother to change the club name on the maps. The only nice thing here are group workouts instructors, I’ve been to 10+ different classes and all trainers were really nice and helpful.

Scammers be careful, for the annual agreement they can charge you twice in a month, I counted my payments after one year and it was 14 payments for 12 month 🙂 when I refused to pay they said we will take legal actions, well I’ll do that from my side also, if you found any other gym please avoid this place. Unfortunately there is no 0 stars option

scammers! i cancelled my subscription and deleted all the payment info, but after half a year noticed i’m still paying for it. as i understood i can’t cancel it online in my personal account even there is such a function and i can’t cancel it at all, only after a year! GFY!

My favorite fitness club in Krakow ! I am training many times a week here and I really recommend it. The staff is really nice especially Ola at the reception :)
