Last week we were in the hotel for 7 days, of which every day for breakfast the same soup was tomato for 3 days. The tourists who were Turkish had priority and we were not noticed. The evening program was very bad. You wait in lines for a piece of chicken and if you ask for 2, they already look at you as if they will pay you. We have been going to Turkey for 7 years, but I will certainly not return there. The hotel says that it is ultra all inclusive, but there is no alcohol except theirs. hello I was with my family last year and it was great swimming pools huge food delicious with a bar outside there were beautiful rooms, eg fire and acrobatics the beach was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel this year.

Absolutely stunning hotel, with everything you need and more, the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. Special thanks to the wait team in the buffet restaurant and the animations team who made my 2 year olds stay magical. Only note if traveling with young children request a room away from the outside stage as it's very noisy until late at night.

Good place to relax. Very good staff. And pools are great. Minibar refueling every day. Food are geat. All is beautiful.

Cracking hotel, booked through Jet2. The hotel is stunning and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and grand with 2 double beds, big bathroom with separate toilet, shower and jacuzzi bath! Mini bar topped up with soft drinks, rooms cleaned every day. Really lovely place to stay for a week. Food was good with bbq most nights and sushi. Cakes were amazing. Pool was great with plenty of slides to keep an 8 year old busy. Pool bar and snack bar were great. We didn’t eat in the speciality restaurants, so can’t comment. Always a few downsides to a hotel, but I’d have to be really nitpicking to find any here. We’re not really into night time hotel entertainment which was good, cos this place was not really up to scratch. Never been to a hotel with no UK guests except us. Mainly Turkish, Iranian, Irish, Bulgarian etc. it was actually a nice change as I didn’t see one drunk person or argument/fight like I’ve seen many times in hotels with English guests. All in all, a very good place to go 😊👍🇬🇧

I really enjoyed everything about the Seven Seas Hotel. My only complaint I have that food served in the Main restaurant was never warm.They had an amazing variety which was a shame. We were in for Breakfast one morning at 7.10am (as doesn't open to 7am) and scrambled eggs, sausages etc. all cold. We tried every other restaurant which had cover charge of €10 and they were unreal, well except for the Italian. I ordered Lasagne and it was only pasta and sauce. Lady in next table had same complaint. The Andoule Restaurant was fabulous and no cover charge, we only tried this the night before we left. But I would go back, as I'd know better where to eat. Very clean, staff so helpful and didn't even have to leave our sun beds as we had a bar service there..😃😃

If you want to go there, read this carefully. The best thing is if you are transfering to airport at night, you can enjoy hotel facilities after your check out so it is very nice of them, i mean everything, food, bar, pools and tea. I will give it 4 stars because of this, there is three type of room, the beach side is super good, even the service is super, but the main problem is the sound of the people in the pool, overally the sound isolation of the rooms is so bad, i mean its terrible. But it has jacuzzi and its spacious, two sofa and a big coffee table, a table for laptop and all the things you desire to be in a good hotel, at the end i should mention the view from balcony is fantastic. The second good rooms are the ones on sides, good room, with sofa and it is normal. The third rooms are rubbish, even it is not on the floor's emergency map, there was a empty place and they make it rooms very cramp no good air conditioning and you have change it, and forget it. The pools are clean and the other facilities are very good, the staff is super nice, i spend a lot of money for tips and i really loved them. The last and very important point is if you are using the big slide on the left side of the pool, your butt may suffer a big bruise, and pain will for two days, be aware of this big human butt grater.

It was quite an experience. I would say that the facility of the hotel is very nice, the aqua park is small but fun and the beach is terrible. If you really want to spend time on the sea that is not your place. Very small beach sand and soil, the water is dirty and full of rocks. The nightmare starts with the services. There is small amount of stuff that speak English. The communication is quite difficult. At the first dinner I ask three different waiters for forks, knives and glasses at our table but no one bothered to serve us till I called the restaurant manager. The reception was also very “helpful”. The same night we called twice to ask for extra blanket. Till next day no blanket was delivered. No matter that I explained my complaints to the hotel manager the service did not change dramatically. The food was not what I am used to have in Turkey. I would not recommend the hotel mainly due to the poor services. Of course I have to say the room was clean and very nice.

We had 2 rooms both rooms bathrooms leaked all over the floor when we took a shower. And I mean a lot of water

Starting with the improvements: - The hotel could use some renovation: the sport infrastructures are not in a good shape. The tennis court is totally destroyed. Also, in the spa only one room for sauna was working. The steam bath was broken. And in the fitness room many machines are not working or are even broken. - We were unlucky with the room because we had big noises during the night, we had to change room. - Also, construction works were quite noisy during the day and even during the night. We asked for it before going and they said that the works were stopping on 15th of May but this is not true. They even work during the night - friday night they were still working at midnight… - The aquapark slides are only open 4h a day - The doctor is not really helping, just want you to go to the clinic and pay 100€ the appointment For the good points: - Food is very good and variety - The swimming pool is very nice - The personal is kind - The room is very comfortable, with a jacuzzi and a nice soft bed - You can get food and drinks the all day long - Different activities are organized and nice shows in the evening - The mini bar is for free (but is not filled every day )

Nice hotel with excellent rooms. Well maintained pools. Good beach but with sharp stones in the water. I traveled during the period with COVID restrictions and the the services are modest and preferential, especially in the case of the restaurant and the bar. I have traveled to better places in Turkey. I probably wouldn't come back anytime soon.

Currently staying at this hotel, firstly the rooms are fab, jacuzzi bath & we have a sea view which is great, slides & pool are Brill, staff & animation team especially are brilliant, really friendly & good fun, unfortunately the food selection we have found to be really poor, not really catering for British guest (although there is hardly any British people here at all so maybe why) alot of food u just have to guess what It.is as no labels to say, drink I also poor, very watered down & tiny measures. Not what we were expecting from a luxe collection hotel. Location isn't great either, nothing it walking distance. Lots going on throughout the day to keep you entertained with different activities, nighties good too but gets really quiet really early.

Friendly service. Nice hotel. Food is fine but not great. Why is there is no service for drinks in the outside part of the main restaurant and patisserie is a big question. Strange that you need to get your own drinks in a 5 star hotel. Have been to 17 5star hotels in Turkey but this is the first time. Reason for the 3 stars is that until the animation is done you can not sleep. Music is so loud. Even with kids disco. I can not imagine this is good for the baby ears. Best thing to so would be move this to the waterside as far as possible from the main building. We were thinking to visit this hotel every year but because of the hard music we are thinking of changing.

Yes, was nice hotel. The terrace KEBAB restaurant was terrible, everything served called and there was no proper meat there. Mexican Restaurant was nice. Anatolian restaurant was nice too. We also loved waffle cafe. Aqua park was so fun with kids. In the main restaurant there were not enough selections of meat dish were available. Serving meat was always cold, which were not tasty.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are renovated, very spacious and well equipped. The staff at the hotel is really friendly and helpful. The beach is pretty nice too, although it is mostly pebbly, but this is usual for this part of Turkey. The only thing that could be improved is the food - it was pretty much the same every day. Also, it seems the restaurant can sometimes not handle the capacity of the hotel and people have to wait in line in order to get some of the foods.

It was an awesome stay in the hotel! It was sparkling clean all the time! There were plenty of activities and entertainment. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, although not all of them know English very well. The animation team is amazing! The chief of animators Serkan is the best! Thank you for all the fun, bro :) ! The trainers Kader and Ayse are lovely ladies! The waiters were very prompt and helpful, especially Turgut - he's a really good professional.

Exceptional service, good food with lot of variety. All inclusive, great with family, lot to enjoy. Only suggestion is to have veg and non veg food demarcation (may be red, green colour code) to help vegetarians identify easily rather checking with staff every time .

Amazing holiday to Kusadasi in Turkey 🇹🇷 The hotel is modern and very premium. Lots of activities for all the family, nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. The beach is perfect to relax on, with the sea inviting you in when it gets a bit hot! The town is definitely worth visiting, loads of different shops and sights to see. Will definitely be going back soon 💯
