We stayed just one night in this hotel. The hotel itself is luxurious with a fantastic location. It has all the standard amenities expected from a hotel of this standard. However we were majorly let down by the staff at reception. You are not made to feel welcome at all. The communication is poor at best. We were served at reception by Omer. He literally just told us our room number and said one of his colleagues will help us. Then one of the bell boys came to us and pointed towards a corridor and said just follow this and take the lift to your room. Our room was quite a distance from the reception. On reaching the door of our room we found out that the reception staff had forgotten to activate the key card. I had to trek back to the reception to sort it out. On expressing my displeasure about it I was told it’s a mistake and just shrugged his shoulders. Absolutely appalling behaviour from the staff. For the queries which we had on phoning the reception desk we were asked to visit in person to talk about it which beats the purpose of having a phone in the room. It’s a shame that such a beautiful hotel doesn’t have staff to match. We wanted to stay one more night but decided against it after our experience. The hotel premise has a big pool and lots of lounge chairs. There is plenty of room to sun bathe. There is small pier where one can watch the beautiful sunset. The breakfast was sumptuous and had lots of variety. We would love to come back and stay for longer. Hopefully the staff would treat us better next time.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The views are amazing of the sea. The rooms are very clean and the mini bar is a bonus. All staff (except one) were so so friendly and helpful. I stayed here after a gastric sleeve and they were very accommodating of soup and lactose free milk. The location of the hotel is great for the marina to go do some shopping. The only issue I had, was a guy in the lobby bar with long blonde hair. He was very dismissive and rude on more than one occasion. Aside from him I can't wait to return when I am fully recovered and enjoy a relaxing luxury break.

We had a room overlooking the ocean on the 6th floor for 3 nights. The area around the elevator smelled strongly of something akin to diesel for the entire trip. We were the closest room to the elevator and the smell often filled our room. The room also often also smelled of cesspool, likely coming up through the drains. The room was otherwise nice. The hotel charges can be shockingly high. For instance, we need more drinking water and the front desk told us to go to the lobby bar. I was charged 180TL (9$US) for a plastic bottle of water. The food and mixed drinks were good. The restaurant staff was very attentive.

Nice hotel, spacious clean rooms with great views out to sea (although they do have peeling wallpaper which you don't expect in a 5 star hotel). Great selection for breakfast, walking distance into town. We paid a very reasonable price for this standard of hotel so overall we were happy. BUT we have deducted one star due to the unfriendly staff. Many of them look very unhappy and do not make you feel welcome. We did not have change to tip the porter taking our bags to the room and decided to tip before we left. However, we decided against this when he deliberately looked away every time he saw us, obviously because we didn't get the chance to tip, not good customer service at all. Restaurant staff do not greet the guests, you work things out for yourself. Reception staff are not welcoming, this is not the best first impression of a 5 star hotel at check in. It does not cost anything to smile. The attitude of staff is the one area management needs to fix.

We had a lovely holiday at Charisma Deluxe. The rooms are beautiful, very clean; the view is spectacular. The staff (reception, housekeeping and waiters) are very kind and helpful. I had a problem with the location of my room (travel agent didn't mention that some have a land view, you need to be careful about it, ask specifically for sea view) and Rana at reception very patiently and kindly helped me change the room. The swimming pool and deck for sunbathing are excellent. Food is very good, we had breakfast and lunches at the hotel. We were there with a 14 month old baby and he had a great time in baby pools (both inside and outside) and the play areas in the hotel. I would recommend stay in Charisma Deluxe to friends.

My Husband and I had an amazing experience throughout our two days of stay. Excellent service offered by their staff named Erdem, very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for spacious rooms and service and surely one of the best properties in the area. A magical experience altogether.

The receptionist, Rana, was outstanding she was helpful, super responsive and even knew how to resolve a fairly tricky technical problem with one of my devices not connecting to the wifi at first. The gym is a full sized gym with EVERYTHING. Full set of machines, free weights, cardio, cross- fit like implements (kettlebells etc). Best I have seen in a hotel. The buffet, both for breakfast and in the evening is second to none, true five star. It is impressive - my room and the entire hotel is impeccable.

One of the best locations on Agean sea, from the lobby you can see complete view of the sea with Cruise ships coming and going. They have nice water sports activity such as scuba diving etc., nice restaurants layout on the sea, you can walk along the sea. A nice place with a family and kids

not a five star, wasn't given the room we paid extra for,no room to get changed in,as check out was 12-00 our pick up 19-30, told couldn't keep our room hotel fully booked, yet other guests were able to keep their room, had to use the toilets, not given receipt when buying, drinks or food,I don't think they like English tourists,6 years ago a totally different hotel was 5star then, would NEVERgo there again, would find another hotel. Drinks WELL OVER PRICED.

Excellent!! Rooms are nice & spacious. All sea facing rooms have a breath taking view of sunset and the ocean. Breakfast and dinner buffet was really good with multiple option. Downtown was walking distance with greta night life. Staff is very polite. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything is outstanding, 10 out of 10. Location. View. Service. Food. Cleanliness. BUT Internet is 👎. I had serious problems with video call, tried both room and lobby wifi. AND I have to update my review, because of the case happened at the end of our stay, we were unlucky to found that if some body from your neighbours smoking inside the room - you have your room also full of disgusting smell as well. and the most disappointing things that hotel staff can do nothing with it. Also I was upset how case was handled in general - they made me think that's my personal problem, but not the problem of the hotel that they need to resolve and inform me.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel as a family. The rooms were big and luxurious, really 5 star level. The balcony views were facing out to the Agean sea and was undisputed. The bathrooms and amenities were also top notch. The service is where it made a difference for us. We flew in to Izmir, which is a 90 minute ride to the hotel, so we reached the hotel late in the evening. As we were on a local tour, the tour agency (Turkey Tours Company) had pre-arranged for some sandwiches for us. And the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet also had a wonderful spread. On the last day, we had to depart the hotel early, so we asked for them to pack sandwiches for us to take on the way as the breakfast buffet was not open yet when we had to depart for our next destination.

This hotel has an amazing structure, for sure 4 or 5 stars, however, the service is terrible, worse than a 2 or 3 stars. They charge for coffee even if the reservations include breakfast, no one helped with the luggage and you have to call the room service all the time to ask for towels and bathrobe that were missing from the room. Only recommend the spa, stay in another hotel and pay for the spa day, it is better!!!!

The hotel was really lovely. However, I didn't think it was value for money. The views were spectacular. The service was average. Location was good walking distance to the main street where all the restaurants and shopping are. Rooms were clean and neat.

Our two night stay at this hotel was pleasant. Our room was for three people (triple room) and had a view facing the Aegean sea. The hair dryer provided was really powerful. The pillow was firm and comfortable. Wifi was good. However the shower area had no space to put our toiletries, the room was quite dusty in general. The spread of food for the breakfast and dinner buffet was alright.

Was disappointed with our room. We booked a deluxe superior with sea view. Was a lovely view but room was more of a 2 star. We were all inc with coffee making facilities but we got 2 sachets of coffee & coffeemate per day+2 bottles of water we didn't even have any cups to make a coffee for 8 days after complaining everyday for cups to be put in our room. A new cocktail bar opened but when we went for a drink was told we would have to pay even thou all inc.food was fine plenty of choice

This hotel is perfect! Great location, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, great attentive service from the staff, good breakfasts and probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The facilities are superb! The place is spotlessly clean! The staff are super nice! A special mention to Yusef who we met on his night shift. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. He gave us great advice on places to visit. His service was quick and efficient and he made our holiday very pleasant and enjoyable. 5 Stars !

We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks where we also got engaged. The hotel facilitated my partners request for a surprise engagement sign on the bed upon arrival. The staff members throughout the hotel are superb, very polite, helpful and hard working. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated with a good aura, and the view we had was magnificent, looking out over the pool into the ocean. We had breakfast as part of our stay, and it had the best selection I have ever seen in any hotel. Everything was fresh and tasty. The food available throughout for order in various parts of the hotel is excellent too. The prices are also very cheap especially considering its in a hotel, with room service available 24/7. The pool and sea area is amazing. The pool itself is very generously sized with plenty of available sun loungers surrounding, as too is the area at the sea. The water is clear, beautiful and good for a refreshing swim. The hotel has a SPA called ira, which we used twice. The facilities are 5 star, we had a Turkish Bath, the setting was like Ephesus inside. The masseurs were highly skilled and were of the utmost professionalism.
