We
stayed
just
one
night
in
this
hotel.
The
hotel
itself
is
luxurious
with
a
fantastic
location.
It
has
all
the
standard
amenities
expected
from
a
hotel
of
this
standard.
However
we
were
majorly
let
down
by
the
staff
at
reception.
You
are
not
made
to
feel
welcome
at
all.
The
communication
is
poor
at
best.
We
were
served
at
reception
by
Omer.
He
literally
just
told
us
our
room
number
and
said
one
of
his
colleagues
will
help
us.
Then
one
of
the
bell
boys
came
to
us
and
pointed
towards
a
corridor
and
said
just
follow
this
and
take
the
lift
to
your
room.
Our
room
was
quite
a
distance
from
the
reception.
On
reaching
the
door
of
our
room
we
found
out
that
the
reception
staff
had
forgotten
to
activate
the
key
card.
I
had
to
trek
back
to
the
reception
to
sort
it
out.
On
expressing
my
displeasure
about
it
I
was
told
it’s
a
mistake
and
just
shrugged
his
shoulders.
Absolutely
appalling
behaviour
from
the
staff.
For
the
queries
which
we
had
on
phoning
the
reception
desk
we
were
asked
to
visit
in
person
to
talk
about
it
which
beats
the
purpose
of
having
a
phone
in
the
room.
It’s
a
shame
that
such
a
beautiful
hotel
doesn’t
have
staff
to
match.
We
wanted
to
stay
one
more
night
but
decided
against
it
after
our
experience.
The
hotel
premise
has
a
big
pool
and
lots
of
lounge
chairs.
There
is
plenty
of
room
to
sun
bathe.
There
is
small
pier
where
one
can
watch
the
beautiful
sunset.
The
breakfast
was
sumptuous
and
had
lots
of
variety.
We
would
love
to
come
back
and
stay
for
longer.
Hopefully
the
staff
would
treat
us
better
next
time.
