Internet works very poorly, even only in private room, no internet connection neither in the yard nor on the pool. Reception is never ready to help and takes it usually that they have technical problems. Staff doesn't speak English . Superior sea view room for them is the room on the roof.... Dissapointed

A very nice holiday overall. We (couple 40s) stayed in the Ramada Resort & Golf for 14 days. The staff were fantastic, very polite, professional and friendly throughout all levels of personnel! I was pleasantly surprised normally you encounter at least one bad member of staff. Thumbs up the personnel training they must receive as they all had a smile on their face while offering a great service all of the time. Our room was very nice, plenty of space and a gorgeous sea view with a nice sized balcony. Bathroom was a little on the small size which didn't bother us. Facilities offered were very good especially for families, lots to do for all ages. My favorite was the Wellness Center, it was very good to say the least! The staff here where brilliant they carried out a fantastic service with great knowledge and professionalism! Food was lovely, mainly a buffet option but quite a wide variety of dishes to choose from, again pleasantly surprised with the choices, and with delicious deserts and cakes (YUM) and different each evening. The hotel was very clean a very important thing for me personally, I couldn’t fault it. A very pleasant stay overall, a high quality service, food and facilities. Thank you (Ireland+Poland)

We loved our stay here! We would definitely visit this hotel again! We were impressed by the hospitality of staff, rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Food was excellent. What I would add - more traditional food should be served instead of onion rings, potato chips and spaghetti.. there are some nice spa treatments as well, but the free stuff included like the steam room that wasn’t working properly or wasn’t working at all! Animation team was also great, plenty of activity throughout the day, you can’t get bored during your stay. There was also a kids playground and mini club as well as lots of activities organised for kids. Tennis courts were also available but with reservation! Our stay was made even more enjoyable because of one the boys from the animation team/James/ who always helped us and made sure we were having a great time! Every night there was a different themed programme(like Turkish night or Argentinian night) which was always one of a kind experience!

Amazing staff they really are helpful. The food was amazing cater for all needs vegetarian and also for meat eaters. Fussy kids will be catered to with the array of food here. The facilities are great.there are shops inside this hotel which are as well priced as the markets around trust me. Hammam and spa aswell night entertainment every night.

I'm giving it four stars because the concept is purely for families with children. Even at events mostly for kids. Most of the dishes were good but there were also average dishes. Staff are very kind and they really do their job well Dört yıldız veriyorum çünkü konsept tamamen çocuklu aileler için. Hatta etkinlikler çoğunlukla çocuklar için. This is my second visit here, fist time I came with my family in may for a week so not too busy and a good mixture of cultures. My second holiday I came in June and currently here as I write this. I've noticed a couple of negative differences first one is cats in the dining hall, they weren't here last year. There in bins and at your feet as your eating, some guests love this as they feed them but I don't think have ferrol cats in a dining hall for a five star hotel is acceptable. Other problem which is no way anything the hotel can be blamed for is the the English guests the zero respect for anyone type. Great staff great cleaning great facilities just a shame about the cats in the food areas. That's the only reason I wouldn't come back sorry Ramada

Rooms are lovely but a bit dated, food very good. The adults pool is supposed to be a relaxing place but alot if people loose the ability to read signs that say over 16 only and then we have the Russian's. Lovely people. Loud and rude to boot and totally ignore rules. Hotel is a bit outside kusadasi so taxi or dolmus.

Ramada Resort. I've been there between 30th of April and 7th May with my wife and 6 other family members and friends. We went all inclusive. (ABSOLUTELY WORTHED). About the hotel and people working there. Goods: Food - the amount of choice there is Breakfast, lunch, diner and in between, you can say you can't find something to eat. Inside and outside (the later kinda the same every day). Inside, lots of salads and extras, and the amount of cakes and sweets at lunch and dinner. Bar - 24x7 open bar in the lobby. Not a very extensive variety of drinks, but enough to keep people happy. Only one kind of Beer, the local EFES Pilsner, but not bad. Pools and entertainment team - Plenty of pools, the deepest on the slides section is 140cm, (not sure the adult one). Entertainment team - this kids work 12-14 hours a day. Everyday .... and they don't get praised enough. A la carte restaurant - a little fancy experience, if you stay for 7 nights, you get a night for free in the A La Carte restaurant. We choose the Italian one, and it was more than actually expected. People - I would like to personally say thank you to the lady with the long hair working the pool bar (sorry, can't remember the name, but she does remember you if you go and order the same thing 2-3 times, and if she sees you walking, its ready waiting for you) Emre, the young man that was working the drinks in the Diner in the restaurant, Tayfun, the young lad working the nights in the bar (best place to get a coffee early in the morning), and to the eldery lady that was doing the cleaning around the rooms on 12XX floor. (can't say the name correctly, NARIYE, hopefully got it right). The later, the most pleasant and helpful accomodation services worker I've ever met. Bads - The hotel rooms have a few minuses, here and there. In between the 4 rooms we were, one of the rooms had a problem with the shower door and after report, reception folks got that changed. Aircon is not as powerful as you would hope... small things that you can live with. Hotel private beach - is not that much to do there, and the little trailer bar they had, had nothing but water. Probably the season is not yet fully up and running, so I will give them a pass on that. General store in the lobby - DO NOT BUY SMOKES THERE. The man is a total rip off. Tried to sell me a carton for 40€. (YES, FORTY, Four Zero), while the local shops are 350 turkish lira. If you want smokes, don't go down in the bazaar area in the turisty shops. they tend to overcharge as well. - TIP: When you walk out the main entrace of the resort (security barrier), go right uphill, take a right, walk 50-100 meters, and there is little shop on the left side. Correct price. And any store like that or one that as a Blue sign outside, the same. Other than that, go ahead and expect the madness of the bazaar and the welcoming people of Turkey.

We are a family of 3 Adults who arrived at the hotel in mid October for 7 night stay we all had a lovely time the staff in all areas of the hotel that we visited were always polite & helpful . The hotel is spotlessly clean we had a superior room which was cleaned daily we had lovely food lots of choice for everyone . We walked to the town which is about 20mins taxis are always available & reasonably cheap. It's a shame the outdoor pools aren't heated as they are freezing cold , there was a lack of Adult evening entertainment dancing shows etc . We went to the Royal bar several times we think it would of benefited with suitable background music for a better atmosphere.

We visited the hotel a year ago and recommended to family, my parents have been to this hotel twice this year. Food is incredible, great variety of options and changes to a different dinner theme daily. Quiet pool is very relaxing and the pool bars are great. 15 minute walk to the town/ harbour. Would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our first holiday as a couple so memorable!

Service staff excellent. Smiles all around. Cleaners to bar staff to reception to catering staff no criticism. The many pools are spotless. The food is buffet style. You eat whatever you want. Some pile it high others are more restrained. For the huge numbers using the hotel resort the management have got it right. The patisserie is particularly gorgeous. 5 stars all over. The best coffee. The cakes are divine and the service excellent.

We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel/resort. About 55-60 minutes by bus from Izmir airport. Friendly staff, good food in the buffet and a la carte restaurant. Our room was very nice and from the balcony we had a very nice sea view. The indoor pool is a tad small but okay, outdoor pools are good size, with slides and outdoor bar and snack. Lots of entertainment every day and shows in the evening. The hotel is situated on a small hilltop so nice sea views from the bar and restaurant and almost from everywhere in the outside area. City centre is easily accessible by foot(about 20 min downhill walk) or by dolmus no1 (small bus) that takes you to the centre for a small fee of 15Tl pp We had an amazing holiday there and will certainly go back again.

Best week of my life! Amazing facilities, lovely staff, 5 minutes from the centre in a taxi for €5/150tl. Food was great, animations team are top class. Very family friendly but has a seperate, adult only area too. Ill be back next year.

We had a nice vacation there with 2 kids who like to play in the pool area. Food is nice, quality of coffee in patissiere is quite good. Water slides and pool area is quite comfortable for a family with kids. The only issue is the sea side. Beach of this hotel is not on the other side of the road as you'd think, instead it is to be reached by a shuttle in another bay. That was still OK for us. However, there is simply not enough space to swim in the sea as they set the borderline to a depth on the waist level of a grown up person. And beyond that line there are jet-skis and speed boats going parallel to coast, so you definetely don't feel like passing it. Bottom line is if you are sea enthusiasts either look for another hotel or you may try some public beaches instead of the hotel's beach.

I recommend this hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Very large selection of food. All day snacks. Bar 24 hours. Staff friendly. Lots of attractions during the day and in the evenings. You can always find a free sunbed by the pool. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

The master bedroom is very big and the bed is massive but the bathroom next to it had a leak in the wall. The staff are very kind and lift your suitcases up the stairs or to your room. The relax pool is lovely and has a nice hot tub so overall it's a really nice hotel

Good quality and nice meals

A family of 6 ranging in age from 3yrs up to 59yrs, have all just had a great holiday at this resort. The food, the staff, the pools, slides, mini disco, all surpassed what I expected. Don't get me wrong, it was still very Turkish health and safety, so not exactly the same as the UK, but as someone born in the early 60s it was fine, leaving you responsible for your own common sense. They provided free transport to their own private beach where hot food and drink were included. The beach and sea were fine for supervised children, but aren't they supposed to be anyway? Although the beach was fine, it was similar to a British beach from 40yrs ago, lots of cigarette ends. Also at the hotel the snack bars were great along with a proper free coffee shop and patisserie, and unlimited ice cream. Would definitely go back. Have not included photos as there are already 100s online. Also a good tip is to take a usb stick with movies as the TV,s handle most media formats.

My daughter stayed here at the Ramada Resort in Kusadasi before the pandemic and recommended to me. My wife and I stayed for a week and absolutely love this hotel and area. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is very clean and the staff are always keeping it spotless. The food is gorgeous and so well presented. The bars and entertainment are great. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very good all inclusive hotel. We hope to return soon. Its a superb hotel. and a credit to management and staff. Trevor and Jean Mitchell. Excellent holiday here with the family. No real downfalls to report on, everything really exceeding expectation. Family suite was huge (an upstairs and downstairs). Hotel super clean and high spec. Staff very nice. Lots of food options throughout the day from the restaurant and snack bars. Drinks in the all inclusive were pretty decent (endless amount of Tuborg Malt on draught plus decent tasting spirits and mixers). Shops and services on site reasonably priced. The private spot they have on the beach where you can also have pretty similar all inclusive experience of beer, water and food cooked for you was also great option to have (although we preferred to stay at the resort). All in all, would definitely be very happy to return and do it all again.

You get all when you choose this hotel, i mean relaxation, happiness, entertainment, very delicious Good and everything you need for a good holiday. You must test it and you will see what i mean. Where can I start from? First my hotel was changed to Ramada as love holidays informed my initial hotel was not open and Ramada will accommodate us. What a lie. Our shuttle dropped us off at the first hotel which said we did not have reservations at their hotel. So they called the shuttle to come back and get us. So when we got there they said they didn't have room for us. I booked 2 suites one with 2 rooms and one with one room. Ramada said they didn't have a suite with 2 rooms. Another lie. They were willing to give us one room with 3 beds. I told them my agent told clearly informed me we will have the same as Wyndham residences. We were very upset then they said they will give us a room which had 2 rooms. We accepted. BIG MISTAKE EVER. By 2nd night my son who has his own room clothes and money were stolen. We asked to watch the CCTV. Nothing. By the time we left all his cards were also stolen even though I requested him to be moved to another room. A few of my friends bank cards were also stolen. The reception staff were full of liars. Their food was not the best either. Half of the time they were not cooked. I wont be staying at that hotel ever again. Even if it would save my life. The rooms don't close. You wake up in the morning and your door is open even though you locked it on the inside. My experience of Turkey was not a good one.and it has put me off totally. WiFi was not good either, kept disconnecting. Pool were cold as ice. I will not recommend Ramada to my worst enemy.

The team work flawlessly together to deliver a world-class service. Each team does its best to deliver an amazing quality food and drink experience. There is warmth and genuine concern for each other that you rarely see in a modern hotel. Each team gets a ten for the outstanding chefs who put on an amazing choice of great food in all the restaurants to the special thanks to the pastry chefs who make such a varied amount of amazing desserts that you can hear a choir of angels sing. The bar staff are excellent and the hospitality team answer every question with a smile. The Accommodation was a maxing we returned every day immaculate room and was always friendly I could not have asked for better. And I have to say a quick thank you also to the grounds team they silently and professional maintained the property and made sure that the whole resort was spotless. Each morning was like waking up in a picture postcard of a resort as always spotless. Already planning my holiday there next year.

We spent 12 days here. Everyday was a surprise, food was very nice, lots variety. Service was very good, room was nice and clean everyday, staff were helpful, massage and spa were definitely a must go, excellent animation team, we participated every single event, all of them were nice arranged, different shows, activities for all ages. Great weather, good food, good animation team. Room cleaning is inconsistent, bar staff is luck dependent. Celebrating anniversary with my partner in the London bar and not only they refused to give me ice but took the ice bucket the lobby gave me and made a scene of it. A la carte restaurants are allowed if you're staying longer than a week and overall you gotta act as well connected someone to get good attitude.

Rooms not palatial but kept clean and very comfortable. Excellent & efficient staff. Very helpful and friendly. Good facilities and location. Regular inexpensive bus service to KUŞADASI (15-20 minute walk).

A nice hotel but not 5⭐️. Rooms were adequate, with a good maid service, and very comfortable bed. A 24 hour bar was a huge plus. Food selection was mostly good, and excellent on a couple of days. Only real downside to food was the need to microwave my meals after selection. Pools were of a good size and plenty of beds available.

Ja, wir haben heuer schon das zweite mal 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Im April 22 8 Personen u. Im Oktober 22 6 Personen meiner Familie. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass es im Hotel und bei den Mahlzeiten sehr sehr laut war. Da sich das Essen bzw. Lunch u. Dinner als Schweinefrass darstellte, haben wir beschlossen dieses Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr zu buchen. Es ist von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter geworden u. zwar ab der Übernahme der Wyndhamgruppe. Wir sind nachweislich insgsamt 6 mal dort gewesen u. konnten die Verschlechterung live miterleben!! Eins möchte ich noch sagen, es gibt natürlich immer was zum aussetzen aber dieses mal war es so richtig gravierend! 🤔Danke

Loved hotel , exceptional cleanliness and staff so very friendly. food was beautiful every thought put into delivery and every service. Spa treatments were wonderful. Pool areas all kept immaculate. Definitely recommend.

Room was good, clean with an excellent cleaner. Staff very friendly, especially the two young ladies in the The Royal ( sorry didn’t get their names) who were exceptional. Food was ok, but the Turkish a la carte was very poor. The only complaint was on arrival our rooms weren’t ready which was not acceptable after having no sleep and having a baby with us and me being disabled, bearing in mind it was 2pm not exactly early!! We had a good holiday and would think about going back.
