I had an amazing experience today with the pharmacist Ms. Ng sze en at the Caring Pharmacy located in Pearl Point Shopping Mall in Jalan Klang Lama. She is extremely kind and helpful, who helped me out of the way to find my prescription medicine which I was not getting anywhere. I was getting so worried as I would not survive without the medicines and I am stranded here in KL due to lockdown of airports both in Malaysia and my country. With the help of Ms. Ng sze en, I will be able to buy the medicines that I need. As a foreigner, I am feeling much welcomed in Malaysia with this kind of positive, kind and helpful gesture of the pharmacist. I recommend others to visit Caring Pharmacy for such great service. Very well done !!!

The indian girl (cashier/staff) showed anger towards customers and she was not patient at all. She was showing a very bad attitude and faces to the customers. TRAIN YOUR STAFF FIRST BEFORE THEY SERVICE. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Sunday 22nd October 4.07 pm. Your staff behind the pharmacy counter, pharmacist I assumed, the young one with the golden brown color hair. She doesn’t belong with your brand. Zero customer service. Zero product knowledge. I asked a few questions, she didn’t even open her mouth to answer, i even feel like she threw the tablet strip in front of me when requested to have a look at the medicine.

Efficient work and good medical advice. Thank you to the young lady with gold hair. Will come back again. Tq
