I have not experienced such good service from a retail. The retail manager. Ms Esther/Ester was very helpful and polite. he even went an extra mile to provide me info on the product I asked. Very determined to explain clearly which is rarely seen. the team of staff were good and I like how it is all organized. All the staff of this branch were courteous. Despite noticing many patients at one point, they were always smiling. I will surely come to lake field branch !!!kudos!

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about a year now. It is quite well stocked with the necessary supplies of medicines, health supplements,and most others normally expected of a community oriented pharmacy. The attending service staff has been very attentive and polite. A pharmacist is normally available to help.Over the counter tests such as for Blood sugar and Blood Pressure can also be done. Your needs should be satisfactorily met at this pharmacy.

Amirul Afiq was very friendly! Did my health test there and he was kind enough to explain the terms to me slowly & clearly. He also gave advices and tips on how to achieve better results. The other staff there were also very welcoming and polite to customers. They showed patience and professionalism in serving us even though we were there for quite some time. Will surely come back to patronise the clinic again when I visit KL. Thumbs up from Singapore!

After which he gave professional advice on how to see the figures and steps to prevent the issues on hand and also recommend the medicine needed.
