😠 Unfortunately I booked my tickets thru mayflower without reading reviews. I have been traveling a lot for the past 20 years and I could say mayflower has been the most irresponsible agency I have ever had to deal with.     Unfortunately I booked my tickets thru mayflower without reading reviews. I have been traveling a lot for the past 20 years and I could say mayflower has been the most irresponsible agency I have ever had to deal with. I booked a return ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Toronto on 16th of March for 20th of March (30th April was my return) and then less than 24 hours I called for cancelation and refund, due to travel restriction that Canadian gov announced just a few hours after my booking. air canada provides fully refund in 24 hours after your booking it’s written clearly in their website. Anyway they keep ignoring my calls and asking me to communicate thru email which I did. They offered me a date change free of charge which only need to pay the fare diff. I provide the a new date which was almost half of my original ticket price and they still asked me to pay 2700 RM( Malaysian Ringgit) which I don’t know why I booked my return ticket for 4150 with insurance now I have to pay 2700. Sounds crazy I know. Finally I have been ignored since I asked for the person in charge. Now I’m going to bring the case to Consumer Department after MCO is lifted along with two other clients who has almost the same issue. If anyone out there has the same issue wish to join us feel free to contact me.

    SUPER LOUSY agency i have ever deal with, i have bought my return ticket from Mayflower Holiday and request a change on return ticket date, have been sending more than 10 times request and follow up email to customer service, but they never bother to reply my or revert my request. this will be my first and last buying ticket from this company and will NEVER EVER deal with this agency again. If anyone is thinking of buying flight ticket throught this company, please think twice before you make the decision, or you will be regret forever. good luck all.

    I have emailed twice regarding refund or reschedule for cancelled flight. However, there's no reply at all about the status. Please be responsible on your customer's purchase.

    Bought some airline tickets through this travel agent. The airline kicked me off the flight and rebooked me on another flight on some ridiculous date. Mayflower managed to resolve for me, although it needed several calls.

    A very poor service by the company customer service Fionn Ker. Change rate within 1 hour & provide different room from what requested. Never select this bad agency for your travel. Not worth at all. Traveler should compare mayflower price with other website trivago, traveloka etc, most of the time, mayflower quote higher price. Update - succeed in ending this issue & your service soon.. hahaha

    Extremely painful. Had to chase a lot. For an e-visa as well I had to print tens of documents and go through a lot of hassle. My US visa that was self-applied was 100x easier than a Singapore visa done by a travel agent! Lost the whole charm of visiting the country with so much of pain already. :(

    Made a call immediately to CS after noticing a typo in the passenger name. Got assisted by Ms. Ain throughout the modification process. Although an agent handling fee was charged for such request, I’m still grateful for the great deal and smooth experience. Thank you Ms. Ain for your support and effort !

    This is my first time booking my flight ticket using travel agent. I used to book directly via the selected airline website. This time round as I am doing last minute booking & the ticket price is consider quite expensive. Hence, naturally I would keep searching via various website to find if any other provider/ travel agent out there could offer me a better price. Found Mayflower ticket price offered was cheaper than if I were to book directly via MAS website. I am very happy with your services given, quick & prompt response via email to my request & enquiries. Thanks so much & may consider your service for next travel plan.

    Mayflower staff kept in touch with me on my flight schedule even though I bought the tickets online. The online tickets were reasonably priced compared to booking direct with the airline. This is the first time that I've bought tickets online with Mayflower and I'm glad that my experience has been smooth so far. Looking forward to future purchases.

    I had a booking cancelled and they promised to refund me within 2 months, it has already been 7 months and I have not received a single cent of my money back. I have called and emailed multiple times with not response. Very poor customer service and I advise everyone to not use their services. Never will I book from them again.

    Definitely choose Mayflower for incentive trip. The team makes perfect arrangement for transport, hotel and F&B arrangement. Price is competitive and they ensure good quality for everything. Our company have tried many other travel agencies before but this few years we stick to Mayflower !

    The service provided is unpleasant and overcharged with agent fees for every single booking according to number of person. Cost i) Flight ticket (include insurance only) for 4 person from klia to kota kinabalu cost RM1,972. Handling charge is RM52 per person. ii) For accommodation, handling charge is RM37 per person. Service I had informed person incharge to include breakfast for my accommodation during booking made. But unfortunately, i was been told by hotel receptionist that my booking is without including breakfast. Eventually I contacted Mayflower, but their reply is "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. After a check with the hotel, the booking does not include breakfast." So for companies would like to purchase Mayflower tour package for staff need to think twice since there might have a lot hidden transaction charges which could end up few hundred of transaction charges. Secondly is their irresponsible service.

    Booked tickets to New Zealand using Mayflower website. Unable to do seat selection on Air New Zealand. Called Mayflower and Cik Ain promptly assisted to do seat selection. She was also kind enough to re-select the seats when I wanted to change. Thank you very much for your good service and will definitely look no further if I want to purchase tickets again in the future.
