    Small outlet but useful for those wanting to top-up their TnG card using credit cards (as the kiosks around town do not provide such payment option). Service can be quick depending on the time you visit this place, so I advice to visit in the mornings. If you have any questions about the TnG card, this is the best place to go. As for the kiosk, this is one of the few kiosk that accepts reload payments via credit cards. Unfortunately there are not enough kiosks that accepts credit cards, which is pretty silly as the company is extremely wealthy and profitable.

    This is the only TnG station that be able to do account problems. My TnG account was suspended without reasons and 2 months still same . Even make 3 complaints to CS. I got problems with TNG as following 1)TNGo too expensive. Example RFID..... 2000% profits 2) difficult/unfriendly to buy enhance TNG card. Example TNG created supply carde shortaged. 3) TNG like to suspended ewallet acount. 4) My refunded for missing IC TNG balance still pending after 3 reports at TNG services center. Morr then 6 months.

    from hq bangsar to Nu Sentral. we didn't know Hq was only open on weekdays and finally we tried google somewhere else .... stumbled upon Nu sentral which is open every day .... many people in nu sentral ... but fast service even though many people.

    Came here on a weekday around 4pm. Took the number queue for purchase of new tng NFC card. Number got called up in less than 25minutes ( fast for purchase of card only) paid rm10 for card , they accept cashless payments only. Customer service was decent and quick. Keep it up touch n go.

    Came during lunch time to get my expired card changed and balance transfered. Lady at the counter was really helpful and friendly. Managed to get everything done in 5mins. Wait time was approx 10mins. I believe NFC cards are reserved for those with expired cards as other customers that enquired about it were told that they were out of stock.

    Visited on Saturday morning. 5min wait. You need to get the ticket number and wait until your number is called(displayed on the TV) But you can get the new touch'n go card from self service kiosk by credit card, Also top up on either machines by cash. Top up by credit card is only at the counter.

    It is Touch n Go main office (previously located at KL Sentral departure side) located at Nu Sentral 2nd Level, together with the rest of the communication brands like Maxis etc. The staff at this office is quite well-versed with the operations and SOPs. Am quite happy with the service here as they are rationally and logically flexible. Not like some brands where there are idiotically fixated or recklessly flexible.

    Great customer service. Open even during lockdown June 2021(MCO). My card was deactivated suddenly and the customer service personnel was patient in checking the problem and then proceed to refund the balance to me. However, when I got the refund in my email after 7 days, it was less than the amount in my card and I emailed to ask why and they refunded me the difference. So please make sure you are aware of your balance and have your statement on hand.

    Service is polite. But no cash payement is accepted here, can pay by credit card or various form of cash less payment only. Open 10am. The que is already long. Maybe because of Saturday. Mostly ask is about card being black listed. Im one of them. Made sure the card is register under your name or else nothing can be done. Owner of the card must be present.

    got 2 touchngo cards to pay for trains. it is much easier than queuing up to buy tokens and dealing with lots of loose change. love the e wallet feature. you get to scan duit qr code and make cashless payment. simple to set up. touchngo can also be used for paying toll charge if you drive. it can be used overseas. it partnered with alipay, so it can be used in china.

    Very fast services for renew the expired card, the balance can fully transfer to the new card, and it is totally free of charge. Recommended to change the card directly in service centre. Also convenient location for many people.

    Arrived before 10am (opening time) and didn’t expect to see this many people already waiting for the staff to start operations. Visited this outlet to get funds transferred from old TNG card to the new NFC. Done within 10 minutes. I’m happy with the speed.

    As far as I know there are not too many of these hubs around KL. We parked at an MRT outside the city and travelled to Sentral train. We had an issue with two cards and needed to consolidate everything to one new Enhanced TnG card. There was a long wait and a Number System was used. The staff we encountered were professional and very helpful. A good experience.

    It took me just a few minutes to wait for my turn and less than 3 minutes to transfer my available balance from one TnG card (which has expired in 2021) to another existing TnG card. It was a smooth process. The staff was pleasant & helpful. Kudos!

    The company its self problem. You put on ads regarding the new card launch but at your own centre not available to sell it. Whenever new things out TnG will make their user miserable.

    If not mistaken the only Touch n Go hub around. Usually a small queue. Rather small place. There are also 2 self help kiosks. Staff are friendly & helpful. Sadly they seem to be struggling with stock of their cards. Annoying for those who have expiring ones.

    Came over Friday lunch hour and although there were about 10 ppl waiting before me.. I was called up within 5 minutes. I spent 10mins getting my faulty card sorted out, purchased a new card and finally top-up my balance via a self kiosk before walking out. Good and fast service πŸ‘ keep up the good work!

    Very rapid and efficient. Tng card expired. Straight away 1 to 1 change without charges. Old card credit transferred to new card automatically. Can use another 10 yrs. Less than 15 mins.

    Went to get a refund for my touch N go card as it was expired. The process went smoothly as the lady explained the procedure of the refund. Luckily I had my dear friend pass me his old touch N go card and transfer the expired card funds into the existing card that I had. Great service and fast friendly and kind staff that helped me resolve the matter. Thank you.

    WHY is my balance money in my IC kept missing few ringgit? I kept the receipts whenever I top up money everytime for reference but yet I found missing few ringgits from my balance in my IC on my next visit to the lrt counter. Who is taking my money without my consent? Is it T&G or the LRT ?

    On the second floor of the Sentral shopping centre, getting a touch n go card for local public transport was relatively quick and easy. Although the self-serve machine wasn’t working for issuing new cards, the wait for desk service was short. I’ve had no issues with the card since and it has made using public transport as a tourist really easy.

    Small office to entertain many people. No place to sit. After take the number, you have to be outside the premise. Not friendly for oldies or pregnant women. They also do not sell touch n go card here. Not all counter open for service during my visit, making the queue so long and waiting time for refund complaint takes 30 minutes. Big company but lack of skill to invest more for the consumers.

    Google had "suggested" that traffic to this shop was slight during lunch on a Saturday, compared with weekdays. I was therefore very surprised to find that the whole Nu Sentral shopping complex was teeming with people on most floors. no surprise then when I located the lot, it had people spilling out on to the outside. The air-cond was also not helping as it was quite warm inside the shop. Anyway, I was served after taking a ticket and waiting for about 30 mins. Everything was settled satisfactorily in short order. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and knew exactly what she needed to do. Bravo!

    Went to buy touch n go card. Luckily got new enhanced card even though they put sign in front saying new card no stock. Limit 1 card per person. Long Q nos. but very fast. Pay wave ur cc/dc rm10, take card & go.

    Went to renew my mum's expired TnG card. The guy at the counter Azizie was very prompt with service around buka puasa time. If your expired card is unregistered, they'll ask you a few security questions regarding your card current balance, last top up and where you usually use it.

    take out the phone and throw it away.. finger press all answers "busy"... feel sorry for those who need your help... the problem is the wrong entry into the RFID lane out of TNGO, when you call customer support you have to apply in Wab, the problem is that Wab has an internal problem, the money is not returned yet.. dozens of calls are not picked up... customer support should please release the money.. easy for users. .when asked if they can't do what can be done by users themselves through wab... there is a β€œcap ayam” sistem that makes it difficult for people &for all user

    I have calling customer care line, very bad experience for me, third calling say will transfer the line to PIC and cut my calling, regarding from the issue, i have reload to my e wallet, and system issue, i get nothing at my e wallet and payment been deducted from my bank account, and now, what is the issue yours system issue and customer need to stuck the money as 4 working days from your side? Cannot to make it refund immediately? Because this is not customer fault!
