the pump water heater doesn't work dan the water so slow, dirty room with so many ants and bugs, and the worker allowed or they invited their drunken friend to have a karaoke, singing, shouting its so noisy until late at night, so bad memories in this hotel, 3 days 2 night become nightmares

Water pressure too slow.. Overall.. Good hospitality.. Value for money. Just the water pressure too slow.. Please take action about that.

Sadly I didn't manage to get a room here. My fault due to urgent search for a place to stay. However the front desk lady was very helpful in trying to find a room and evwn after I had left the premises, she continued to search until she managed to find one. She definitely deserve a pay raise from her management

'Cash Only' kind of hotel. According to them, they were scammed by someone whose paid cashless (credit card, debit card, QR code, etc.) and they didn't received the money afterwards. Not quite sure about that, so I didn't stay overnight here, hence I didn't know the room condition, facilities whatsoever.

Clean. Suitable for short stays. Near to many restaurants, shops.

Not suitable for family... Bathroom is not clean, mattress dust n plastic cover not open yet.... Not comfortable for family....its noisy place, astro not working ..when ask why not working they said must ask boss 😡.... Very disappointed....after this I won't book by online

Friendly boss. Some rooms could be better maintained. Quality of front desk service depending on individual staff. Not much food outlets nearby and around.

A simple and quiet place to stay. It have hot shower and air conditioning. Bring your own astro card if you plan to watch your usual tv programming otherwise you are stuck with Njoy channel listing. Their wifi is decent. Their beds are comfy but their pillows required an upgrade. There is a mini market next door and a restaurant next to it. There is even a burger stall nearby. And if you are willing to walk a lil bit further, there is an food-court type place where the infamous Kulim's Laksa Tempurung is served. Awesome laksa. Overall it was a very comfortable stay for its price.

No water for shower. A lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the room. The bed was left with yellow stains so it seems that they never change/clean the bed sheets. Will not revisit it again. Service is good and hence the 1 star. Else it does not deserve any star.
