    The ordering experience is not efficient you could find other people's orders taking priority over yours despite ordering before them also the milkshakes are not as thick as they used to be

    yesterday 02/09/23 around 20:45 i bought lemon&herb grilled chicken by bulawayo steers what I received was literally boiled chicken brushed with lemon& herb sauce This is totally unacceptable Steers Zimbabwe To make matters worse the chips didn't come with vinegar or tomato sauce and they never bothered to notify me prior to purchase They offered me BBQ sauce or 1000 islands dressing

    It’s now the second time getting what I did not order. Very disappointed. I paid for a burger with bacon but instead got something else after waiting for over 30 mins soo disappointed. Improve !

    Had parking problems with the Security Guard and Petrol attendants at Zuva garage. They insist on reverse parking whilst there is no proper signage for motorists

👍👍 I had a great experience as I stopped at the nandos on my way to Harare. The service was excellent at if one was seating at a proper sitting down restaurant. The food was great, fanatic flavor as always when you are at Nandos. Keep it up!!
