Great apartment. modern and very clean. the staff is very helpful as well, when my kids got sick they helped to arrange for a doctor visit and made sure everything was ok. the location force to use taxis to get to your desired places although there is a metro station right in front of the building but we preferred taxis.

On February 5, all public transport in Paris will go on strike. Our accommodation date is February 6. In other words, we will not be able to use public transportation when we go. Taxi costs a lot of money. I canceled the reservation 1 week in advance, on January 29, and wrote to the host for a full refund. Because I canceled a week before, I pay 50% of the refund. If the main host of Air BNB cancels the stay, I can get the full refund. The owner of the house, who normally responds within 5 minutes, has not replied to me for 12 hours. I sent an e-mail, wrote on WhatsApp, but he does not call back. As a result, he bought air bnb for 50% of the money. The public transport strike in Paris is not caused by me!! And I'm coming as a tourist. How can I get around without public transport? The host could have been understanding and done this, but he/she didn't. I do not recommend thıs accomodatıon! He is not an understanding person. He/she replies quickly until he/she rents the house, but does not write when there is a problem. I have 2 children and I was going to take them to Disneyland, I am very sorry that I lost half of them, that is, 600 euros.

Room is amazing, but the only small thing is that the bedding is a little old and in need of replacing, other than that, it’s amazing

Awesome city condos. Super equipped. Located right next to the subway. The only gripe is the street noise, but hey this is Paris.

Stayed there for 3 days with my family. Had a fantastic stay. Staff behaviour is really nice. Michella and her team is very helpful. You need anything and you’ll have it. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop, metro line really close by. Would definitely recommend this. An absolute ten on ten.

We stayed for 4 weeks in this apartment and we are very happy with Michaela and her team. This apartment hotel is very well located, definitely not in a suburb! You are very near metro Porte Maillot (metro line 1) and you are steps away from so many restaurants. You are beside Palais des Congres (shops and cinema), Galeries Gourmandes (grocery), boulangeries, and a pharmacy. We found the location very convenient and we have enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you to Michaella and her team for your kind accommodation. We will be back soon!

Location, could be better. On a very "gloomy" road. It is like a suburb of Paris. The cars outside; had been broken into. This made a slight feeling of insecurity outside. Security cameras should be used. However, the building itself felt safe and was amazing. We had access to towels, and were given mints and keyrings. Great hotel overall. The lift however went incredibly slow and felt shaky!

A nice and comfortable apartment to stay. Complete with kitchen and washing machine. Near to the metro and train. Also has many eateries around it.

We had a great experience with our stay here. + Great host + Very accessible place + Great room with all facilities (dryer, washing machine, TV, …) Our host, Michaella, was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived she showed us the place and gave us some pointer on where to find what nearby. The metro and train station were less than 3 minute by walk. There was a large mall also 2 min by walk, which has a large grocery / super market, clothes shops and movie theatre.

Highly recommended appartment! Our trip to Paris was Amazing. Stayed in these apartments and cannot sing their praises enough. Immaculate throughout space cleanliness and the owners couldn't do enough for us! The appartment le in a Very safe area, Very close To taxi, metro station and bus stop. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom shower and bath were amazing. The Champs Elysées was within walking distance and the area was very chic. A return visit is a must.

Beautiful home with all that you need ( shampoo , conditioner, shower gel ,Coffe, tea , dishwasher and all that you need ) Very central with metro and train at the door ! Nice guests ! Modern house very Clean with air conditioning When i return to Paris with my family i Will stay here !!!!

It was a great pleasure staying at Residence Palais Etoile during our Spring Break in Paris. Michaella and team made every effort to make our stay comfortable and needs met. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 young kids. In the apartment, everything was set and ready for use with a guiding manual on how to operate washer/dryer, dishwasher, and stove. Detergents, nespresso, tea, and other supplies were also available. The apartment and complex were clean and in great condition. Now the better part, this place is close literally to everything. Shopping mall for groceries, fresh Paul bread and macarons was just across the street (Congress Paris). RER metro is in front of the apartment: we used it daily to go all over Paris; except Arc De Triumph and Ave Champs Elysees, which were just 10min walking distance from the apartment! The Surrounding area is pretty safe and lively. There are tons of great restaurants in the area were we ate daily. Michaella and her team offered room service during our stay which exceeded our expectations. If am back in Paris at any time, I would not stay in any other place. Would absolutely recommend especially for families.

Stayed here back in October and the location is awesome. Amenities are great, and the staff was always helpful and available for any questions we had. We had a great time here, and the area is filled with cute restaurants and cafes you can visit if you don't feel like eating a meal in your room. I strongly recommend you check out this moroccan cuisine restaurant right around the corner called La Maison de Charlie! It was delicious (best cous cous ever!) and the staff was so nice! Definitely a great choice.

The location was perfect! Metro Line 1 station next door, supermarket just next door, excellent restaurant just next door, very clean, very good beds, air conditioned - really all you need for a relaxed weekend in Paris.
