Stuffs are very friendly, food was delivered to me when hot and fresh.

Went through the drive-through this morning and received great service. Monica at the window was very friendly. Food was hot. Ordered the mix-and-match two for 599. I will definitely return.

10:30Am 9/14/23 Cashier short changed when I order food. She did not print receipt, hand me a wrong receipt and short change by $10. She needs to be fire. She shouldn't be cashier for drive through... There isn't anyone but me ask me to drive around to the front and then short change. Nice try!!! disturb my attention for drive around When there isnt any other people cars. whatsoever...Make sure to pay attention when she asks you meet you in the front for take out food.. Especially there isn't anyone in line but you! She was stealing from company and she was stealing from customer. The food tastes kinda not fresh.. She didn't clearly print the receipt.. I asked.. But she said it's too late... That tells me she was stealing!!!!

Maybe I just catch them at bad moments, but they take FOREVER with the food whenever I go, which isn't often. Last time I was there, there was only one car ahead of me, and it took 10 minutes for them to get their food. I ordered a single cheeseburger, and STILL had to wait at the window for my order when I pulled up. I'm going at night after the dinner rush so maybe it's better during the day.

Great drive-thru experience. Ordered a Famous Star with extra onions and the total order was perfect. Carl's has tasty charbroiled burgers and they didn't disappoint. Drive-thru service was fast and friendly.

There was a huge hiccup on Postmate’s part with my order. The staff here helped me fix Postmate’s mistake. The food here is always great. I really do appreciate everything they did for me today.

The store got remodeled. Looks nice. Store is always cleaned inside. Food always fresh and hot. Will be coming back.
