Easy appointment making (within 15 days from memory), punctuality respected. It runs well and quickly. The reception is a little narrow for expectations to discuss with the secretariat. But if we have a decent waiting room and the different rooms are very clean and the staff is always attentive. I've been there several times and I recommend it. There is always cheaper elsewhere but you will have to wait ages for a simple appointment.

Il est apparemment plus facile pour eux d'être irrespectueux que de se remettre en question. Malheureusement pour vous (heureusement pour nous) les avis sont publics. En résumé, passez rapidement votre chemin.

Centre de vision très agréable. La dame de l'accueil est adorable et prend un peu de temps pour bien vous renseigner. Les spécialistes sont très ouverts , clairs et sympathiques. C'est bien simple, j'ai 48 ans et c'est la première fois que je rencontre un ophtalmo avenant, souriant et sympathique. C'est tellement devenu rare dans la profession que je tiens à le souligner. Seul bémol, j'ai eu pas mal d'attente car ils avaient un panne informatique. Je me dis donc que ce centre est parfait en temps normal. Je reviendrai c'est certain.

J’ai découvert le centre grâce à mon opticien. J’ai eu un RV très rapidement. L’accueil a été très agréable, les locaux propres et confortables. La consultation impeccable. Tout le monde est extrêmement aimable et bienveillant. Je recommande.

Nouveaux à La Rochelle, nous avons découvert ce lieu spacieux, propre, et en rez-de-chaussée. L'accueil, deux personnes, est agréable et efficace. Avant le rendez-vous avec le médecin, une personne nous reçoit. Celle qui m'a reçu, même si polie et compétente, a un peu trop insisté, à mon goût, sur ce que je devrais faire pour soigner ma blépharite. Quant au Docteur Maxime Ansquin, jeune et courtois, il répond à toutes les questions, il prend son temps ... nous avons particulièrement apprécié.

Too expensive for little consideration. I consulted Doctor Guyennet several times, in order to monitor the evolution of my vision. And I must say that I find that the cabinet has changed, I am now disappointed. I came to consult with my 2 year old daughter. I took care to specify her age on the phone (under the advice of the doctor who advised me out of doubt and made a prescription) and I wanted to take advantage of my visit to ensure that she had no problems with vision. The secretary was very nice when we arrived and I have nothing to say at this level. But we were received promptly, and in consultation I was told that I was not equipped to really see if my daughter had any problems, and that at that age it was not obvious anyway, which is what I can understand but I had specified his age. All this for her to say that she sees car or boat symbols... it's light. Same when I ask a question, I am gently pushed towards the exit and the answer is prompt. We limit the impression of disturbing. In total in 10 minutes we both ended up with a 150€ bill, for almost no checks it is very expensive.

Obtaining 2 appointments very quickly, at the date and time I chose (that's great) first consultation, modern premises, easy parking, all the staff are very welcoming, smiling, friendly and attentive . I have already recommended it to everyone around me.

The general consultation appointment went well. However, I was very surprised by the price (76€) which is not indicated when making an appointment or on the website. In addition, there is very little human contact, the staff (doctor and the person before you who does the checks) do not introduce themselves, and answer your questions very briefly when you dare to ask them. All this happens very quickly, you leave with the feeling of having simply paid for a prescription.

Incredible incompetence of the Secretary who not only is not aware that they have a branch in Saintes where an orthoptist carries out the consultation (she is very competent on the other hand), prescription then issued by La Rochelle, but in addition is pleasant as a door to prison and treats you with contempt and condescension.
