Taste like a garbage and it might be because of how they treated me in the drive through.

The lady at the drive through was so rude. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but she kept rushing us through our order and then handed me my drink without saying a word and slammed the window shut. I hope she has a better day. I’ve been to lots of scooters around town because I love them and have never been treated so poorly as I was today.

Came in for a cup of coffee with my reusable mug. Was told they don't accept them because of COVID. That makes ZERO sense scientifically because COVID is primarily transmitted through the air, not surface touch. And the stores dont require masks, so clearly COVID transmission isn't the issue. Also, did they stop collecting cash? No. Why is cash ok to touch but a reusable mug isn't? And why are they still selling reusable Scooters branded mugs in your stores? I had contacted Scooters corporate earlier in the year and was told they did accept reusable mugs. But this location said the district manager told everyone not to accept them, and I'm very frustrated about this. Plastic waste is a huge problem. Drink cups are difficult to recycle and usually end up in the landfill. Why add to it unnecessarily? Other coffee shops accept reusable mugs so I will be going there instead until this policy changes.

Constantly saying lobby is closed when you walk in with no signage. Drinks are very inconsistent, and just a overall bad experience with this location. No issues with any other location. Terrible management and crew.

Coffee and many espresso shots and still went home and slept. Coffee No Good. Can't say why?

Peaceful small cafe. Had the iced green tea , coffee and blueberry muffin. The muffin was warm, buttery and delicious in this cool Omaha Weather. Coffee was a bit light to my liking. The Iced tea was the let down. There was no taste to it and the cup was just filled with ice. I barely got 10 sips out of it.

I ordered two basic drinks, a smoothie and an iced patriot, both of which are disgusting. The young kid in the window was extremely rude and unpleasant . She didn’t ask if I wanted an extra shot or whip on my smoothie. She rushed me at the ordering box, despite saying “order when you’re ready” I called to speak to a manager in which she answered the phone rudely, refused to give her name, and stated that a manager would not be in at all today and to call back tomorrow, after which she hung up the phone in my face. I want a refund for these disgusting drinks and I’m emailing corporate as well.

Convenient location but sometimes the baristas are not very personable. Also wish, as a chain, they offered more sugar free syrup options for drinks. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious!

Very good service I have been here a couple times now. Nice patio to sit at and indoor seating too. I like the features of this location. The staff took really great care of me today! Cory I believe is her name noticed I hadn’t been helped and made sure to make sure that my experience was still good. I was having a meeting that I was late to on the patio and had to dart out quick. Corey had come up to me and took time to find out what I like and gave me advice on what would be good for what I was looking for. Thank you so much sorry I missed you I want to thank you for your kindness💯

Everyone there was very nice! I got the caramelicious blender and an everything bagel and they were both fantastic!

The service is great. But bummed that my iced coffee did not have whip. Been noticing they have not been coming with whip. Is this now something customers have to ask for because normally I wouldn't have to ask for it. Going forward I'll be asking for whip.

We stopped here, quickly, as we were on our way somewhere else. It was about their closing time. We ordered a couple of coffees and an iced tea. They were fresh, hot, and very good. I wish we could have stayed longer to get more of an experience. Since the time was late, there was no one there other than the workers. Scooter's seems to have locations all around Omaha. While we may or may not be back to this one, I am certain we'll try another one next time we are in town.

Very nice sitdown Scooter location. Good coffee, good service, and a very clean and quiet environment. It is a good place to have a meeting or work from a laptop because it is quiet and you have some privacy with the high backed booths.

This one is located near the interstate and two gas stations, which makes it the perfect pit stop before tackling the next item on your to do list. Plus, the baristas have always gone out of their way to keep the line moving quickly.

The service here is HORRIBLE!!! The "supervisor" is a young girl with curly hair and she likes to argue with her guest over an extra cup charge. The same "supervisor" tried charging me DOUBLE for the 1 coffee I got then never apologized for the error. Then she tried to say goodbye WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ME THW COFFEE THAT I PAID FOR AND THEM HAD THE AUDACITY TO ACT AS IF I WERE THE 1 IN THE WRONG!!! No one has any work ethic or any self worth anymore. This scooters has no expectations of their brain cell deficient employees. This girl was rude, demeaning and had no right to have a job in any area of customer service. She needs to go back to kindergarten and learn basic MATH AND MANNNERS.

Scooter's always delivers amazing coffee and customer service. They also have a wide array of vegan milk alternatives. In my opinion, they blow Starbucks out of the water!

This is the last time I will be going to this scooters location because one of the employees who had fuzzy black hair and had a bad attitude when I asked for whipped cream for my drink and he tried to argue with me about it when he didn’t hear it. He said that that next time there will be a price difference because of one mistake, when I had repeated the order couple of times because i studded my words around. This is very unacceptable, you guys don’t treat customers with that bad tone and threatening to price charge me for whipped cream for a difference. I-should have went to the different scooters location because they have better service and no attitudes towards me.

My fave scooters out of all of them. Very friendly staff, I go here almost every day so I've met pretty much every employee and they are all incredibly nice and happy to confirm my dietary restrictions have been noted when making my drinks.

Only complaint I can ever have at this location is getting whipped cream when I specifically order without. But no worries they always correct it the days I mention it.

It's your standard Scooter's and the coffee tastes like I expect it to. Employees are friendly and efficient. Most Scooter's locations are drive-thru only, but this one has an area to sit. If you're going to be a regular at this chain, then download their app and use that to earn customer loyalty rewards. It's a bummer that they walled it off from the credit union. When the tenant next door was U-Save Pharmacy the two sort of flowed into each other. I think the credit union would feel more warm and inviting if they weren't divided off and Scooter's would feel more open.

It's very ran down compared to the other scooters in Omaha. There were two homeless people just hanging out, kind of getting in your business. It was uncomfortable. Okay to drive thru, don't go inside.

Scooter's coffee is always good to enjoy becuase of the quality and options this coffee shop has. I prefer Starbucks, but Scooter's is a good place to get coffee. I would get coffee here again!

This place is WONDERFUL. They are great people and not only take care of me. They take care of one of the most important people in my life. My pup Daphne. She loves to go to Scooter's and because of the pupcup and the awwww and oooohs she is so happy. So way to go Scooter's. If you make my pup happy, you make me happy. I mean your coffee is AMAZING but your service is the best.

Everyone was nice, helpful, and work masks (For COVID-19). They ran out of soy milk as an alternative but they had coconut. I'm usually not a fan of coconut but it worked VERY well in their house blend!

I got a coffee and sat down to do some work. The coffee was good and I had the room to do what I needed to get done. The music wasn't too loud so I could talk on the phone. I'd go back when in the area.

I am all about Scooter's! The staff was great - super friendly & patient while the pair in front of us asked many questions and had a couple of special requests. I liked how neither worker had tried the newest drink and asked for my input on how it tasted. I'm rarely disappointed by any beverage here.

I love this place! My favorites are the Carmalicious frozen coffee, and muffin! They are served warm with Carmel drizzle.. The breakfast sandwiches are great! The ladies that work at this place are very friendly! You can also add espresso shots to any drink. :)

got a redbull infusion, cinnamon roll, and a medium blended carmelicious, when i was first handled the drink it was not this separated but i could tell there was about an inch of just liquid at the bottom . i didn’t try the drink until i was already gone from the scooters and when i got to my friends house 5 minutes down the road it looked like this. i work at another scooters location and know this is not scooters standards. not sure if something was expired or if they just put the espresso shot at the bottom of the cup and didn’t blend it in but it’s curdled and not drinkable. i’ve tried calling twice with no response. also just realized i used a free drink on the app to pay for my order and it is pretty much wasted
